if i was to recommend a chinese food place in syracuse it would be this one. have been ordering here for two years and the food has always arrived freshly cooked and every bite delicious. sesame chicken is crispy on the outside tender and very flavorful the rice was very well seasoned but not overly. i also have tried their pan fried dumplings among many others things and was not disappointed.

Have ordered lunch via GrubHub for pickup a few times. Very convenient, it's just a couple of blocks away from my dry cleaners. Food is always ready very quickly and always made exactly as I ordered it, including special requests.

Tried Asian Palace tonight as it had great reviews of Grub Hub. It was absolutely amazing. Its very hard to find a place that has both good chicken and lomain but with this place both were spot on. I got the bourbon chicken and my husband got the seseme. Great portions and flavor. I will definitely be ording from again.

We live in Ohio, and found Asian Palace by asking an employee at a Thruway rest stop where they go for chinese food. We were not disappointed. It was not super far out of our way, and they were super quick with our order. They did an excellent job with the veggie lo mein (some of the best my wife had tasted), potstickers, sweet and sour chicken, and boneless spare ribs. There definitely isn't much of a seating area (we were used to eating in the car by this point in our trip) but for delivery/take out we only wish these folks were closer to our home!

Orders on Grubhub and my order came PIPING hot and they included rice and 2 fortune cookies as a little something extra. We’ve ordered their catering before and it was just as delicious. It’s a decent price for that amount of food ($35 for 4 meals worth of sesame chicken and lo mein). They PACKED my lo mein into the container but for $10, I wish there was just a bit more. Never stepped foot in here so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but: 5 stars for food because duh. The food is great. 5 stars for service because my food was HOT.

It was a small thing, just a side order, and it really wasn'ta big deal - 1st time in 5 years that anything like this has ever happened, and we decided to just forget about it, as things do happen. However, not long after the delivery, they actually called us to let us know that they realized the mistake and that the driver was swinging around to drop them off! That was incredibly kind of them for going above and beyond to ensure our order was correct. Asian Palace is an excellent Chinese restaurant and I highly recommend them!

Food is good and quality acceptable. Food came almost a half hour late.

So it's February, 2023 and they still won't let me back in the palace. They make us stand out here in the rain like dogs waiting for food. Covid's over.

I thought we could try a different Chinese takeout place other then our local one for Mother’s Day this year since I didn’t want to cook and we next to never do takeout I read a lot of reviews about how good the food is and it had a 4.6 rating on uber eats so I thought let’s go ahead….it was really bad iv never had Chinese that I just wanted to throw out instead of having some for left overs and it was very expensive for what we received I feel bad making this review but I will never be back there and I honestly wish I could get my $ back.

I waited 2 hours for my food and when it finally arrived (after the woman at the restaurant lied to me and Grubhub multiple times about when it would come) it was low-quality, stale, generic Chinese food. It is shocking to me that their excuse is that they are too busy. How is a business that has customer service (and food) like this still open and flourishing? I usually read reviews before buying from anywhere and this time I didn't. My mistake.Trust me, there are better options, I urge you to avoid this place.

After providing my address to the Asian Palace employee I was given the ‘go’ to place my delivery order. He never said anything about my location being too far away, took my order and said it would be here in 45 min. 80 minutes later I called to check, and the woman whom I spoke to stated “its on the way”. I then received a text saying my ‘order was canceled’. I called back and was told by the manager it was ‘too far away’ to deliver…… If it was too far away you should have said so at the beginning of the call. I ordered from here by using Grub hub. I order two quarts of chicken lomain, 4 egg rolls and an order of crab regoins. The prices were decent I must say. The delivery came on time but the chicken lomain was very dry. It also had no taste. The crab regoins were fried so hard they were like potato chips. I was very very disappointed in my food. My children wouldn't even eat their lomain. A total waste of money. Never again will I order from here.

I ordered via the EatStreet App and my order was only 25 minutes LATE! Then the driver refused to bring the order to my buildings front door! The driver and woman at the restaurant insisted that I walk to the car and retrieve my FOOD!!! I declined and they cancelled my LATE ORDER! Order arrived quickly with no issues, while eating my food I noticed a piece of tin foil stuck to my chicken. Once I encountered that i decided to see if there were any more pieces and sure enough I found some in my lo mein. I will refuse to order from Asian palace again and will not recommend them at all.
