Excellent place to eat the chicken, it's very tasty, but I suggest they grill the meat fresh because we got some that had been reheated and it was tough. We've ordered the same dish before, so we noticed the difference.

El pollo está al 100 el mejor de tkt desde creo pero no por eso tiene uno que aguantar mal trato del personal entre mas gente valla menos salsa, cebolla y tortillas te quieren dar En un combo de 2 pollos te quieren dar 3 tortillas por pollo cuando eso se come 1 adulto 3 tortillas ami no me gustan y la hacen de pedo con los totopos ta bien venden bolsas pero ami no me gustan esas tortillas casi yo como el pollo con puros totopos ahora llegaron 2 personas y un niño mas pidieron medio pollo mas y unas orden de flautas y pedimos mas salsa, cebolla y nos querían cobrar la cebolla, la salsa y las tortillas cuando ese medio pollo incluye y las flautas tambien incluye eso entonces no conviene ir en grupos grandes como que piensan que te quieres llenar de puras tortillas o de totopos y salsa pregunten bien que les lleven tortillas por cada pollo o cada cosa que pidan y si no los tratan bien no dejen propina ya que es gratificación por buen servicio si a ellos les vale el servicio no se molesten en dejar ya que cuando regresen los tratan como si no le vieran dejado nada la ves pasada ustedes comprenderán en la otra sucursal tienes que contar tus piezas al momento no solo los complementos si no se van riquis con una pechuga de tu pollo osea te dan 1 menos en el pollo completo yo me di cuenta por que es la única parte que me como y por eso lo compre completo por las 2 pechugas entonces como que si te da coraje pues

Today, July 6, 2025, from 2:40 to 3:40 p.m., I was waiting for a chicken because the guy grilling it was giving priority to other people, all because I asked for a chicken that wasn't burnt like the others that were coming out. The guy simply said he couldn't do that and that he would grill it the way it "should" be grilled. The chicken was not only burnt, but dry, and the worst part was the attitude of both the guy grilling it and the clerk at the register. It took an hour to receive a chicken. As if that weren't enough, I ordered grilled chicken, and they started grilling it after the chicken came out. When the grilled chicken was already ready, I now had to wait for a potato that, as I was told, would only take 2 minutes. These guys need to learn more about listening to customers, being respectful, and not engaging in this type of passive-aggressive behavior. Furthermore, we weren't told or even told that the combo meal we chose included a soda. We realized this when we got home when someone pointed it out. I hope someone with the maturity to do this can correct this undesirable attitude among mediocre employees. The photos show how dry and burnt the chicken was.
