Tehachapi Domino's is great they have fast and fresh food every time. There Customer service is awesome and keeps people coming back for more. Thank you to all the employees for your hard work.

Placed an order in the app for two half priced pizzas. I appreciate that they do curbside delivery and allow you to input details like which side of your vehicle you'd like them to bring it to for the handoff. We only waited a couple minutes at most and the pizzas came out nice and hot. Great for a quick and easy dinner for the family.

This Domino’s in our town, is VERY WELL MANAGED! I ALWAYS receive FRESH, HOT & QUICK deliveries!!! Every employee works like a real team member and they get things done as a team! Highly recommend Domino’s to everyone who wants a simple, affordable and quick dinner or lunch!!!! Thanks to all of you!!!!

I haven't always had a great experience with Domino's in general neither was I ever a fan of Domino's to begin with. But this Domino's location was being ran by one guy named Michael who was doing all of the work by himself and he produced the best Domino's pizza I ever had. The service was stellar for one person running the entire place and he deserves the 5 star rating for being a GigaChad. Keep up the good work and never let the grind stop is all I have to say.

We came in from out of town for a game and wanted something late. Kristina went up and out of her way to accommodate my hungry family as we prepared for our over 2 hour trip. Her service was kind... friendly and superb! Her manager Samantha is doing an amazing job with the employees here. Keep up the good work and you'll have our business most definitely next time we are in town.

They were very kind and took responsibility and sent out another pizza they way I asked for it. Mistakes happen all the time. A company that corrects its mistakes, now that doesn't happen all the time. Respect for the management: You're doing a great job.

I sometimes find it difficult to place orders at national chains, and they actually get it correct. I like extra sauce on my pepperoni/green pepper thin crust pizza and this location was spot on. Good job Tehachipi Domino's, keep it up!

Not sure if it's because of my service. I'm on AT&T network. Or if it was just the app not working, I've tried to use it twice and have not been able to keep track of my order much less have it. Tell me that it's done. Other than that can't complain great otherwise.

I've ordered from here for years. Have always enjoyed the food. But like all places they have there slips. The only main issues I've had has been the sauce amount on the wings. Some times it's plenty, other times it's so little amount that it should have been plain. Even when you request extra wing sauce. However, they have always made it rite later on.

I love that they have their coupons built into the app. I have to get gluten free and it lasted pretty good and wasn't super expensive. 4 pizzas + a gluten free meatzza with 2 2liter cokes was about $66 (with tip). Their app makes the process fun and enjoyable. I have order through their app twice and it was easy and I can make the pizza how I want. Then when I got there I was able to just click in the app that I'm there for pickup and was able to skip the line (face it here in Tehachapi I don't think there would be much of a line). On my second order I got the notification to pick it up and I was already on my way to get it but was still over 5 minutes away, and when I showed up they weren't finished with the pizza. They were still coming out of the oven. I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before I got them. They did bring it to my vehicle though. It was a good thing I wasn't in a really big hurry.

I was told 10 minutes. Paid for my 12" and then when she handed my card back, she said 10-15 minutes. No biggie. It's friday. After 30 minutes, someone checked on me/my order No one processed it They offered me whatever, I asked for another pizza. The associate had to then ask the manager, (who. Btw. Never looked at me or apologized) she would not let me keep the charge on my card and get another pizza. Hell they were voiding my charge anyway. I've never been here before today (well last week but it was an hour wait, so I left). I won't return. You have ONE chance to make a 1st good impression. The staff is doing great... except for missing my order . But your staff is only as good as the manager allows them to be. I sensed they walked around on eggshells while she was working the floor. She needs to lighten up. And oh an eye to eye apology would have been nice! She was on the floor working. Been about 45 minutes now since I arrived... Still waiting...

We get great pizza and delivery 95% of the time. For the other 5% --- meh, errors happen. It's cool. What's NOT COOL is that in order to redeem my Piece of the Pie rewards I have to use the website, which WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SELECT DELIVERY. Trouble with this location on the website for years now -- website will not permit delivery. Frustrating that in order to get my reward pizza I have to arrange a carry-out.

I have never had problems with them but one night I ordered delivery. I couldn't figure out what the specials were talking about with the wings, it wouldn't let me choose my sauce of choice on my boneless wings so I called to be reassured that there is a basic buffalo sauce that comes on it, and that's when the guy said the boneless AND bone in both come with basic buffalo sauce. They said yes so I ordered online so I would get my reward pooints. I ended up getting my boneless wings with no buffalo sauce on or beside it but a side of ranch. When I told them I just wanted a cup of sauce brought back real quick, the delivery chick and the manager argued over the phone and couldn't understand all I wanted was sauce on the wings and said they couldn't remake them and sauce doesn't come on it (like as if I didn't understand it the first 3 times they said it to me). After like 5 minutes of arguing, the lady said she would bring it back in 10 minutes. Well I'm glad I had Franks Red hot in the fridge because she never returned. I will probably stick to Pizza Hut or Hungry Howie's like I usually do, I just liked the deal I was getting with the Dominos.

Pizza has improved. Nice variety of side dishes to choose from. Prices are still affordable. Just one complaint.... They do not delivery outside Tehachapi City. So Stallion Springs, Bear Valley and, Cummings Valley can't order if your disabled, or can't drive into town to pick it up.

Food was good until my daughter noticed a hair in her stuffed bread. Ruined our appetite right away.

I don’t like not being able to talk to a live person when I call to order a pizza. I need to give directions because the address online is incorrect and when they “say” they will transfer, they just hang up. As a result, by the time they find our house, the pizza is cold. Talking to a live person SHOULD BE AN OPTION.

Not great. Half the time the pizza is not cut through and full of bubbles that push the ingredients off. Super expensive. If you're gonna spend this much money for pizza, I suggest ordering Two Brother's.

Tonight I ordered a special medium thin crest double pepperoni and cheese they had a special for medium to 3 toppings, But when they delivered it it was a medium pepperoni and cheese, So that's only 2 items. I ordered a salad that was just pretty much iceberg lettuce. Not even really a salad for family enough toppings for one person. When I told the guy it was the wrong pizza he told me that he almost grabbed the one with the double pepperoni. But the driver That the tag said to this address so its said I order a special but that I only got 2 toppings. And that was my fault, Not theirs. I order quite often from Domino's . Not anymore, I pay $29 for that wasn't worth it.

I scheduled a pick up for 12pm a whole day before and the order still wasn't ready for pick up putting us behind for our event. What's the point of ordering ahead of time if it won't be ready? Really frustrated with this service.

While it was never the best pizza, just average franchise pizza, these guys used to have a pretty high standard of customer service and satisfaction... Sadly, their inefficiency just gets worse and worse; and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it did. I'll never order from this place again... I'll take my money to a business that actually works hard for their customers and deserves to stay open

Placed an order online at 1:26pm. Called the the restaurant an hour-and-a-half later. I was told that one of their drivers called in sick, I was next and my pizza would be ready in a few minutes. I asked how long a few minutes would be and was told an additional hour before I get my pizza !!!!! I then cancelled my order. Never doing business here again !!!

Worst experience. Senior employee was rude, would not accept coupons, rude explaining it was valid only if on line order. I don't have a computer! Will never go in there AGAIN

The larges are like mediums (but priced as large). The pastas are usually served half full. The time it takes to get your order is way off from what their system tells you. They offer a no contact delivery, but they still knock on your door. By the time the food gets here, it's lukewarm at best. The last two deliveries, they forgot items and this last one, never came back with the forgotten item. There's even more complaints than this... We won't be returning customers 👎👎

Have had a 2/3 deliveries in the past 2 months tipping $10 each on $30-$40 orders. Called in a delivery today. 10 minutes later call back, “we don’t deliver there” REALLY? You have 2/3 times in the last few weeks! “That must have been a mistake. So they have my address & phone in their system but those deliveries were in error!!! You can come pick it up. I’m disabled, if I could drive there late afternoon I wouldn’t order delivery!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Said ait would take 15 minutes to make. When I arrived they said they were a little behind but mine was next. 30 minutes later they said my 2 pizzas were lost and they would have to remake them; with another 40 min wait. To make matters worse, they have away "extra" pizzas to some customers because they were made but not needed. I canceled my order, got my money back and left.

I don’t normally leave reviews, however, the Tehachapi Dominos has Consistently forgotten the garlic dipping sauce every time I’ve placed an order with stuffed cheesy bread. I can understand every once in awhile, but every time for the past 4 months. And sometimes the driver will offer to bring some back and then they never actually come back, like tonight for example. Another time the driver just stood there saying oh call the store and have your account credited for next time?! How does that help when you ordered it for this meal!? What’s more, is that every time the driver responds with the same excuse as to why they didn’t bring any, “oh I didn’t see it.” How do you not see the “garlic dipping sauce” on the side of the box!?!?!? If your store is not going to give people what they ordered, or make it right, then don’t offer it as an option.

The tracker showed my order was checked for accuracy at 6:57 PM but didn't leave store until 7:17pm and arrived at my door at 7:30pm both pasta dishes were only luke warm and one looked like half an order compared to the other. I quit ordering pasta dishes awhile back due to not being right or burnt and tonight I'm sorry I took a chance

By far the worst Pizza in Tehachapi. Very disappointing. Very rude customer service and food quality is very poor. Hungry Howie’s is much better and it’s always fresh

My order came 45 minutes after the tracker said it was out for delivery. Box was greasy from sitting so long. The so called Manager said they would remake before delivering but they clearly did not.

Ordered using my cell phone. NY pizza deal we saw on TV. Order app said it was $10.99 for 3 toppings. Drove there to pick it up. Added a 2 liter coke. They tried to charge me $23.89. I complained so they reduced price to $16 and change. I paid and left. Opened box in car and it was a cheese pizza with no toppings! They said not to trust the AI system because it doesn't work good. Terrible pizza experience, I couldn't eat the pizza I was so disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would my sister made an order for delivery an hour later she called to see what was going on because we hadn't received the order and the guy who answered said they didn't have an order for her number so I would like to know who took her first order and all the credit card info. I'll never order from this Domino's pizza again. Absolutely awful service
