My stuff came out great, but wanna let it be known that they use the lavender from the parking lot. An employee came up and asked where to get it and the manager rudely told her to go outside and pick it. I hope they at least washed it. Soooo… ya… I dunno if customers realize that they are getting that type lavender in their drink.

The food and drinks are fine. Consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks. However, the customer service at this location has been disappointing on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced staff members being curt or even rude, which makes the visits unpleasant. Hopefully, management can address this so the service matches the quality of the products.

Everything was great (the people are super friendly) besides the one barista who stared at me blankly as if my dog died when I told her my order was wrong. Still got my side of strawberry inclusions.

Clean restrooms. Friendly staff at register. Unfortunately lost my enthusiasm once i got my drink. Ordered a Carmel Frappuccino. They forgot the Carmel drizzle. I was told it doesn't come with Carmel drizzle. I've been ordering this drink for over 10 years. This is the first time I've never had Carmel in my Carmel Frappuccino!

Coffee was great, as usual, but bathrooms were gross and they seemed to prioritize the drive thru and mobile orders. Staff was, however, very friendly and seating area was clean enough.

VERY slow service inside... All the attention was given to Drive thru. 4 people on drive-thru no one to take orders... not a good combination. Workers seemed stressed but maintained a friendly attitude.

I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and they give me no bottom bun, how do you possibly even put a sandwich into a bag without the bottom bun, smh.

We ordered 3 drinks, 1st 2 were prepared quickly, then apparently doordash orders get priority and waited another 15 minutes for the 3rd.

Two in a row. I agree with Tim. I got the rudeness as well. I can't say I was exactly friendly. My last review was 700 miles ago in 24 hours. WiFi kind of off. Well Fargo ATM ==> over there. It just sort of scares me when they're cold. I live for Starbucks friendliness. It gives me hope. I will ooze friendliness at my next Starbucks. But the one downtown in my town sort of sucks as well. Damn it. What's happening. One step closer to Zombie apocalypse. Illuminati you're winning. I took away a star because I had to argue about a pour over and then got lied to. Ugh. ....here again. They’re friendlier, but this town is so conservative and blah. The people pierce your soul with their eyes. There are missing chairs!!!? Standing room only people. They could fit another few tables and unearth the missing chairs!! How is this possible? Barely any outlets. I am willing to wait for Sumatra again so hopefully won’t get forgotten. Cashier helped me fix card problems. Everyone is moving so fast on the other side of this mountain with nothing to do. I imagine they’re transplants from the south. Love the memorial to Chavez and the twirly train circle. Find and explore the side excursion nearby. It’s free and worth it. Cranky old ladies, resident guy in corner and students deep in the important stuff of their 20s. I Promise not to tell them it’s all a viscous lie to get them to run in circles. Added a star in because whipped cream with chocolate sprinkles if FREE!!

I've ordered the egg and chedder box 6 times every time it is expired that dayno one wants to eat that!!! I even got a box that was a MONTH expired I called and they said that they didnt know how that happen cause they get them delivered every day will never get food from them again
