Valentine’s Day - We had reservations, but it was going to be a bit of a wait, as there were a lot of walk-ins and people were taking longer to eat. We found a nice spot in the bar to wait. Our Server, Nicholas K, was so friendly and helpful that we gave up our reservation and ate in the bar. His timing was perfect for checking in on us so that we could enjoy our conversation and meals. It was just as nice as sitting at a table in the restaurant. We had a wonderful evening.

From the time I walked in and seated it was a positive experience. My server Paige was welcoming, cheerful, and personable. She provided top notch service and made the experience more enjoyable. The food was great too. Flavorful and filling. The service was great and food came out in a timely manner. I would recommend this location to everyone I know :)

I love eating at this restaurant. Nice atmosphere. You can eat in the bar area and enjoy happy hour there or dine on the other side. Family friendly. The music isn't loud, but it's not a quiet place either (for those who want it quiet). We love their wings here and their salmon dish. Definitely finish with their pizookie (cookie baked in a personal pan sized pan--topped with icecream). We ordered the "mini" size for my kid. So delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

I ordered pizza, pasta, and salad togo for an event and everything was fantastic! Takeout was quick and efficient, everything was bagged up nicely, and the food was delicious. Arrived and was told there was a 30 minute wait. Gave my cell number and went outside. Text message received within 5 minutes stating my table was ready. The place was a sign of hustle and patrons enjoying themselves. Customer service was well above par / expectations. Waitress was very upbeat / cheerful and knowledgeable. I ordered fish and chips (slightly over cooked the fish but still delicious). My guest had the parmesan chicken which was very tasty. Environment was definitely a place of excitement and people enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this establishment and will be returning in the near future. In the years I have been doing hospitality evaluations, this establishment ranks within my top 10% EASILY. Thank you.

We had such an amazing experience thanks to our server Teagan ! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Went in for lunch with my family and our server Paige was absolutely fantastic! She was very attentive and never let our drinks go empty. She was very great with our daughter who’s only 18 months, it’s refreshing to have this kind of service!

I regularly go here and enjoy the $13 pizookie meal with my fianceé. I recently went to try out some of their beers in order to take some canned packs home. Lissette, one of the bartenders, was extremely hospitable and helpful!

Took the kids here for dinner. Our wait was about 15 minutes on a Thursday night. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The place looked clean. Our plates were about $15 each. The food was good and hot. We didn't have to wait long for it. Portions were right for the price.

Respectfully please disregard Charles Moore and D C comment about how they were treated unfairly. I was waiting for them to a post review. I was waiting for my friends to show up at this location and the gentleman host was very sweet and sparked conversation with me. DC who I know is the lady that came with her two kids, was clearly rude to the host and made everything about herself. She was rude and seemed under the influence, she had two kids, one with special needs and the other child who was a bit older. She left leaving both her sons behind and clearly made the impression that while her older son stayed behind to walk out his little brother he said “she doesn’t have a lot of patience, we are very sorry you guys had to deal with that”. It clearly shows what kind of mother she is. Charles Moore who claims to be the dad wasn’t present and if you can’t wait for the host to come back to greet you after seating another family please cook at home. Thank you BJS, your food was great and me and my friends had a great time.

I have been here multiple times and they never seemed to fail me. Me and my dad go here pretty often and we never have complaints about the food. The food is amazing and not too long of a wait either, their pizookis are SOOOOOOOO good, their handcrafted root beer is so tasty, wonderful service and you never have to wait too long for a table.

It's such a great place for food! I got the spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread, and it was to die for. Drinks were really good, and our waiter even gave us a pizookie on the house! Overall, great experience with great food. 👍

Went with my family of four for a lunch date. We were able to get in and be seated pretty immediately to arrival versus our home location is usually a 20 or 30-40 minute wait time. We tried the $11 lunch specials and the children's combos. Great selections especially with picky kids. They loved their appetizers and having abilities to choose their favorites off the menu. Our server was especially attentive, kind, and helpful, everyone had plenty of food and drink refills this afternoon. Overall a great experience.

Great experience. I don't think you can order anything here that isn't delicious. They make excellent drinks in the bar. Our server was great. In addition to us she had a massive party come in (36 people) and handled it like she did us.

Our server & bar tender Elise was amazing. I hadn't been in BJ 's in over 6 weeks due to having Bronchitis. Eloise remembered exactly what I drink, how I like my food cooked & even what dressing I wanted on my salad & I like it on the side. The food is always delicious & everyone is so friendly. BJ's has become the place to go after our Bowling league on Tuesdays. You can't beat their specials. The prices are so reasonable.

At BJ’s - the food, drinks, service & ambience is ALWAYS incredible! - Went in for small and light dinner and dessert. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share - the avocado egg rolls wrap seemed a little less perfect from the outside (presentation wise - it didn’t look the best but tasted its usual greatness!) - We dared try the new Dubai Chocolate Pizookie - too sweet for sure but definitely good and worth trying. Our server reminded me that I have a free Pizookie from my account so that was great! - Although I don’t remember her name - the server was sweet and attentive! - The craft sodas are always a good option for drinks if you’re not going for a good beer or cocktail! - All in all - 😘😍😁 thank you!

They have very nice employees and I did the option of ordering online and dining in so our food was in the oven before we got there which was very convenient so that we didn’t have to wait long. Super good food and it’s decently sized so that everyone has room even if it’s busy.

We had a great experience at BJ’s in Temecula. Our server, Derek, was incredibly charismatic and took excellent care of me and my husband throughout our meal. We started with the mac and cheese balls and chicken potstickers, both of which were delicious. My husband had the weekend special and I went with the boneless wings, which were flavorful and cooked perfectly. We will be coming back the next time we are in the area.

The chickenin tortilla soup had a weird thickening agent in it that actually made the soup stringy. Check the pictures. The bar service was the worst in 60 years that I have experienced. They couldn't make a Bloody Mary, even if they tried they are for over $10 each.

Bjs never disappoints me and I’ve eaten at many locations. We stopped in for lunch and shared a plethora of things ! To start, my bf got a Jeremiah red beer and I got a tropical tequila drink. It was huge but very good. Me and my bf shared the ahi poke appetizer- it was delicious. The chips they used for it had fantastic flavor. I then got a starter wedge salad and my bf got the clam chowder- both were very tasty. We then shared the “kickin crispy chicken sandwhich” which was delicious and not too spicy. For dessert we shared the strawberry shortcake pazookie which was perfectly sweet and cooked.

The portions are generous, and the flavors never disappoint. The service is usually good, though it can be a bit slow during busy hours—but that just shows how popular this place is! Update: great experience this time. Whoever is running the kitchen tonight should get a raise... spot on sliders and extra great extreme pepperoni pizza. Good job, BJs!!! Advertisements promote HH during pro football games. We visited during a playoff on Saturday and charged full price. This GF pepperoni extreme pizza is $7 during HH and $24 regular price. It's definitely not a great pizza for full price. This go around was missing the extreme part of Pepperoni Extreme topping. Staff is hit and miss with friendliness... but they are never rude. Sometimes, they appear to be going through the motions... which I get, but its nice to have someone who doesn't despise their job.

Food has been good last time however the cold slaw had something in it very very bitter. Service is good as well for the most part waiter sadly kept wanting to pour water into anothers sparkling drink they got. But he was trying I guess.

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The slimmed down menu has everything I want. I enjoyed the mozzarella and tomato starter salad. My one complaint is some lettuce isn't fresh in the salads sometimes.

Our wedding party stopped in for a reception. They had forgotten our reservation but quickly set a table to remedy it. The food and service were great. They even congratulated the bride and groom. Recommended for family events.

We do take out. Food is always ready when expected. Only one incident of an item forgotten and they made good on it. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

I like BJ’s is one of my favorite restaurants but lately I have noticed that the quality of the food is very poor, it feels like I’m having Denny’s but otherwise that, I love their service and atmosphere

It was delicious but busy on a Saturday night so be prepared to wait at few minutes to be seated and to get food. My kids loved being seated next to a family with a baby and the free garlic knot and fruit as their starter. I hope I can say it was their choice to sit us in here vs in the main room with the guys stumbling off the bar. They had kids coloring and baby slings there. That was one downside was the drunk people vomiting and bouncing off the walls to walk to and from the bathroom. Additionally, we tried to use the bathroom but all the stalls ran out of toilet paper, luckily I carried a roll but bathroom maintenance is important to our experience as food because we are coming here with kids to dine. But food was good. I ordered the Peruvian Quinoa bowl because I wasn't that hungry. It was a perfect portion and I went home still thinking about how good it was. Husband got a burger, 7 year old got the kids burger but it was massive so we brought half home, 5 year old got mini corn dogs with as side of fruit and we brought about half home. The server was as kind as can be. I think I would prefer coming back during lunch time instead of at 7pm. But the food was good and it was away from the mall side so we will likely comeback if we are in the area to dine here because of location.

I've dined here a few times and I didn't have the best experience.(due to food and service) I only come back for the pizookies. The restaurant is always pretty busy and the wait times can vary. I don't think their food is the great BUT the pizookies make it worth it. I ordered take out this specific time and everything help up pretty well.

I visited on Sunday with a party of 16 and had an amazing experience. Sophia, our waiter, was amazing , she had a great attitude and provided exceptional care while juggling her other tables. Thank you for great service.

I’m writing this review for BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse after a fantastic Sunday dinner experience. Our group included 8 adults and 3 babies, and we were impressed from the start. Without us even asking, the staff brought out coloring menus with crayons, grapes, strawberries, and goldfish for the kids—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. We started with the wings, which were a hit, and our entrees, including the chicken Caesar salad, grilled chicken, and fish & chips, were all delicious. One of our group members had the warm, toasty pretzel, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Our server, Asia, was patient, attentive, and accommodating throughout, making the experience even better. For dessert, we tried the spooky Pizookie, and it was a perfect sweet ending to the meal. BJ’s is highly recommended, especially for large groups or families with kids.

Went on a Sunday night and was seated within 10 minutes. Starting with the service: 10/10. Very helpful, patient, and attentive. This was by far the best aspect of being here. Our server was amazing and a few food runners bringing out dishes made everything go very quickly. Properly staffed this night, which is rare nowadays. The food: taste and quality was great. No complaints about how everything tasted, but hesitation on the presentation. I was missing a great deal of sauce on my burger (which was one of the reasons I chose it) but the server was extremely quick to notice and brought out a whole side portion for extra to put on. The avocado on the avocado egg rolls was smushed and just didn’t quite look very appetizing but the taste was great. Could turn some people away, I didn’t really care too much. Overall very happy and the service made up for the lacking presentation of food. The Mac & cheese balls were fantastic. Absolutely no complaint there. Crunchy, two sauce options (both were great) and just highly recommend.

The vegan selections are very limited at BJ’s but they do allow you to tinker with some of the menu options in order to get them your way. As an example. The pizza crust can be gluten free if desired and you can add all of the veggies on top. You can also get it without cheese. I would just recommend getting extra marinara sauce on the side because it becomes too dry. I tried their cauliflower barbacoa tacos that were great and come with a quinoa salad. I just had to remove their creme and cheese from it. Good service and lots of screens if you’re wanting to catch a game playing somewhere. Enjoy more plants.

When I have eaten here in the past I never felt like I felt today and I always come with my service dogs but today I was approached by the manager asking about my service dogs and we've eaten at this particular restaurant for a number of years. Usually I get my items to go and they made me feel very unwelcome because they never brought the requested bowls of water for my service dogs to have a drink of water at the very least. While the waitress was very nice to me I left her a 22% tip, when I asked for items to go she brought me items all dished up as though they were ready to be served at the table and said we can't let you have any of the items to go. I can bring you a container and I was forced to put my own food into the container. And the salad into its container. Overall I felt ill at ease I didn't feel very welcomed in this restaurant today. I feel that when I requested even with his considerable tip items for even my service dogs to partake in a little bit of water while I eat that was never given. These dogs help me do so much for myself and the veterans community these people should be honored to have them in their presence. I'm not making this up. Anyway the other item that I was presented with was I was given five different spoons actually, three of the five spoons were filthy you could see residue on the spoons. I don't like eating out much because of experiences like this but I hurried to get out because I was feeling very uncomfortable with the treatment.

Food is like any other brewery. Nothing special. Service is horrible. No manager follow thru. They don’t call back when you had a bad experience to even apologize. Atmosphere is blah.

The service and food are always great at this location. The takeout quality control, however, is not always on point. My favorite item in the menu is the crispy jalapeño burger, after ordering it online for takeout I expected more than 1 single jalapeño chip on my burger.

Horrible portions . We ate here on a Sunday at 3pm My husband and I ordered a $20 entree to share , we did not ask the waitress to split the meal . Kindly she did , but it was a child size bowl with literally 4 small bites per a bowl , our meal was lukewarm. The full size pazooki literally was a quarter filled of the pan. The portions were so chincy . This food is average in contrast to the restaurants we patronize in San Diego . Sure it’s a fun atmosphere, but quality for the price sucked . This is not the 1st time my family has experienced this . I will not be eating at this BJs again . Another thing is the pavement surrounding the restaurant is disgusting and dirty as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Gardening around the restaurant hasn’t been done in a month . Very poor management and presentation on many levels .

I got the ribeye togo and asked for med well...it was burnt on the outside and rare on the inside. This is not the first time...I wont be ordering steak from them ever again...its too expensive to not get what u want.

Went for dinner Thursday. Just needed a table for 3. The hostess said it would be 15-20 minute wait. I walked through the dining room and counted 4 open, clean and ready tables but they wouldn't seat anyone. What is up with that. Waitress was nice and checked on us ok.

The picture of the pizza I ordered is exactly what it looked like when I opened the box. The crust was so burned that my husband thought I was eating chips.

This review is for this meal only it was unsatisfactory except for the mini pizza. We have had other meals here that were fine. This one wasn’t. We’d had the Prime Rib dip sandwich at other location which was excellent. Not here. Asked for medium-pink on meat, but it was overcooked and tasteless. Nothing on the roll. No onions or cheese and the au jus was also lacking flavor. The salad was smaller than I’ve had at other locations and dressing skimpy. The redeemer was the awesome mini pizza that melted in your mouth. We paid way too much for a late lunch to just enjoy a pizza we could have had at happy hour for just a few dollars.

We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately our experience was a big letdown. If not for our server, this would be a 1-star review. After putting our name down, we waited about 30 minutes to be seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. That was the first surprise of the evening. Once seated, our server was genuinely kind and attentive, but it quickly became clear she was in a difficult spot. We waited the entire meal for a second round of drinks. She apologized multiple times, explaining the bar was short staffed, which we believed because every table around us was in the same situation. This wasn’t her fault, but it was frustrating that management didn’t step in to help. Something as simple as putting another person on taps or soda would have gone a long way. The food was where things really fell apart. One steak that was ordered medium-rare came out blue. It took so long to arrive that it was eaten anyway, but only out of hunger. The rest of the meals were equally disappointing, so much so that no one at the table finished their dinner. The only highlight was the pizookie dessert, which was a nice ending but not enough to redeem the evening. Overall, the service from our waitress was the only positive. She truly did her best, but the way the restaurant was run left her—and all of us—set up for failure. After reading other recent reviews, it’s clear our experience wasn’t unique. Sadly, we probably won’t be returning.

Manager and 2 male servers are rude to our family, left us waiting to be seated. When we arrived there was No wait, no customers in front of us, We were told that , they would be right with us but we stayed waiting. A white couple came in behind us and they were seated immediately. Leaving us standing there, as if we were invisible? I asked the manager that very question, he replied with a rude remark back to us and then asked a server to find us a seat. We were told to wait again, so I informed him that we would leave and that we felt unwelcome and BJ’s restaurant Temecula, didn’t want us there.

The server was not even trying to be attentive. We ordered drinks and it took 25 minutes to bring them and at the beer for my husband 10 minutes after. We ordered the food at the same time as the drinks and they brought it to the table 20 minutes after the drinks and by that time it was cold. We got the receipt and even though the tip is not optional anymore I payed it but they need to know their service doesn't deserve any tips. We are not going back.

Horrible staff experience. Took my Grandma here for porkchops, no mention listed online of times the porkchops would be available. We called to confirm they would be available by 2PM was told they were served all day. Got to the restaurant and was told they cant serve us porkchops and told us no call came in calling to confirm their times. Staff said we didnt call and refused to acknowledge. Horrible experience.. foods still good though.

Compared to other BJs & other restaurants we've eaten at, this was disappointing: 1) my wife ordered a salad for a starter. The salad was delivered, no silverware. Took almost 5 minutes before our server reappeared so we could ask for silverware. Took another few minutes before she returned with the silverware. 2) other BJs we've been to provide a pie spatula with their pizzas. This location provides a rectangular spatula. Very annoying... 3) We ordered 2 draft beers. When they arrived mine was 12oz, my wife's was a small brandy snifter (a lot less than 12oz). We asked why, our server said "it's a lot stronger". Other restaurants serve the same size, regardless of the "strength". We sent it back for something 12oz.

This place has really gone down hill. Arrived at 4:45 on a Tuesday and was told we had a 15-20 minute wait, which seemed odd because more than half the place was empty. Both my wife and I noticed the floor seemed extremely dirty compared to our past experiences there but decided to stick it out because my 10 year old daughter wanted a Pazookie. 20 minutes later we noticed that people who came in after us were being seated. When I asked the girl at the front desk why, she said we were next and my daughter said she saw her roll her eyes as I stepped away. After 30 minutes we got up and left after seeing another couple get seated that had also come in after us. We use to enjoy the atmosphere and food but wont be returning.

Unbelievable—that’s exactly what I told the manager. This was a catering order, well above average in size, meant for hospital staff. I placed it for pickup, and not only was it 20 minutes late, but the experience that followed was beyond frustrating. I specifically asked the manager if everything in the order was correct. He hastily said yes, speaking so loudly and with such little care that it felt like he didn’t even want to be there. After I left and drove 9 miles, I discovered items were missing. When I called to explain the issue, his response? “We’re not the ones delivering the order, so it’s on you if you don’t want to come back.” Really? So I had to drive another 18 miles round trip—just to fix their mistake. Do you want service like that? Do you want to be treated like your time doesn’t matter? Do you enjoy being talked to like your concerns are a burden? Then this is the place for you. And it gets worse. When I returned, the manager didn’t even come to the front. The mozzarella sticks—yes, the ones missing—still weren’t ready, nearly three hours after they started the order and called me to return. If this is what management looks like, it’s no wonder the service was a disaster.

I order take out here regularly at night as there are few late night decent options in Temecula. Often when I go to the counter to pick up my order I wait several minutes to even be greeted by staff and my orders are missing items or wrong. Just a few minutes ago I was waiting for my order and one staff member saw me and ducked her head and turned right around. Then another came over 5 minutes later to tell me she is waiting for fresh fries. 10 minutes go by and a staff member comes and starts typing and completely ignores me and other people waiting for orders. Then she tells us she is off and it’s not her job she’s not the person for orders. The fries are cold. Waited 20 minutes longer for cold fries and to be ignored. I will never return to this place again. The food is decent sometimes good but fast food has better service.

I ordered a kids pizza for my son about 2 weeks ago and it was horrible. My son wasn’t eating his pizza at all, I took a bite and realized why. The pizza was disgusting. The bread tasted like old bread and half of the pizza had nothing on it as shown in my picture provided. I usually love BJ’s pizza, so it may just be this Temecula location that isn’t good. If you’re in the IE I recommend the BJ’s Menifee location rather than this one.

An experience worthy of a negative star. Table smelled like dirty mop water. Was re seated to a new both with food and something unknown on the seat and then re re seated and abandoned at a table with a sticky floor. Literally gripped and held on to my friends sandal. Food on at least one piece of each set of silverware. Should have stated NON diet sodas in our order. Crispy Calamari just wasnt. Seriously was like a soggy floppy tv diner crinkle cut french fry with a rubber core. Asked server to try a piece and she herself that it wasnt right. She took it back on her own and never came back with another.

I recently ordered a pizookie for takeout from BJ's, and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. When I finally got home and opened my dessert, I was shocked to find that the ice cream container was already opened and looked like someone had eaten half of it! It was a major letdown, especially after looking forward to enjoying a nice treat. I can't believe this happened — it definitely made me question the quality control and cleanliness at this location. I won't be rushing back anytime soon!

They can’t even get orders right . Order you meat well done, you get raw… order a salad, you get French fries… and they don’t pick up the phone when you call to talk to the manager about the absurd level on incompetence. Will never ever be a customer ever again. Food tastes like crap and service is even crappier.

I've been a long term customer for over 6 years at this location and the service and quality of everything has gone drastically downhill since a couple months ago everytime I come with my girlfriend or family I get the worst service waiting for 30 mins plus and a waiter who is arrogant and rude. Also everytime we get pazookie or any of the appetizers they are always filled with random pieces of plastic and each time we bring it up they say that it comes that way. I don't know where anywhere else pieces of plastic and wrappers are ok in your salad and desserts. Never coming back to this location waste of money and time.

The food was decent but overall I felt like I was forgotten about or ignored throughout the entire experience. I said my hellos to the hostesses and asked if it was open seating or do I wait for a server. The only response I got was that the bar had open seating, not even a hello or them asking me if I would like a table. So I go up to the bar and I’m greeted by the bartender which was nice until it came time when I got my meal and my drink. The food was okay, not hot and the presentation was messy, but tasted alright nonetheless though there was certainly no chipotle. Tasted like salmon with black pepper more than actual chipotle. As for the drink, it was terrible. I only took three sips to know that my drink was messed up (I’m surprised that they messed up an Arnold Palmer tbh) I was waiting for my bartender to check up on me but he never bothered to. It was only until the female bartender asked if I was okay and I told her that my drink was extremely bitter. She had a puzzled look on her face noting that my drink didn’t look right and offered to remake it for me. I declined but of course she made another one which tasted great! Though I was already annoyed at that point and kindly asked if they could just strike it from the tab but I’ll still pay for the salmon. When I asked for the tab, the female bartender had to grab the guy bartender to get it. All he did was print out the receipt, hand it to me, and walked away again. Not even waiting if I was going to pay by card so i had to wait another 5 minutes for him to show up again. He seemed more interested in talking with certain patrons and cleaning than checking up on any of his other patrons. I won’t be coming back and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you wanted good service.

Made a reservation for my son's bday, had the reservation confirmation in my phone. Got to BJ's and was told they didn't have my reservation. We do get seated, I order the pork chops with pizookie combo. I am served prime rib. I hate prime rib. Server finally comes to check on us when everyone is done eating and I told her I had ordered pork chops. She told me "oh, well we were out of pork chops." So you just bring me whatever without telling me???? Conveniently what she brought me was also $10 more expensive. By this time we had been there for almost 2 hours and everyone was over it. I asked for our pizookies to go and when I got home I saw she gave me the wrong pizookie too. Comically bad experience. The Menifee BJs has never done me this dirty.

I ordered a medium ribeye on Uber eats from this location around 830pm, my ribeye was completely rare or even blue in some parts, one of my sides was missing, fries, and the other side, loaded mashed potatoes, had 2 small hairs in it 🙁

My wife and family visited this location and received the worst service ever. The staff and manager totally disregarded them and they were bypassed for a white couple behind them. They were rude, entitled and disrespectful. The manager there sets that atmosphere, and they weren’t even that busy. He dismissed my wife and deferred to a server, “go find her a table”! By then, she was already ticked and said they were leaving. We’re long time BJ’s customers and patronize whenever we travel. But this Temecula location stinks! They all need retraining in Customer Service and how to have compassion for others.

What a joke this place has become. We started going to BJs 20 years ago in La Jolla as an upscale brewery with amazing food. Those memories kept us trying this place again and again. We are done. My daughter's "fruit" side of her meal was literally 10 pieces of the chopped pineapple they use on their pizza and 3 grapes. My wife didn't get her bread and my ziti came with a piece of bread about the size of a golf ball. Mediocre taste as well. This has been the pattern for the last 3 orders. They just don't care. It's not an exaggeration that we have spent thousands at BJs (please be mature here). They aren't getting a dime more.

After 20 years of coming here, the quality has really declined. My favorite pizza was burnt around the edges with very little cheese. The sausage was only on half the pizza, and there were literally just three bell peppers in total. I could have gotten a better pizza at Little Caesars for way less money. Very disappointed.

We only came here because my youngest son was awarded a free pizookie from a school program. Our Silverware came out dirty multiple times. My son order the boneless chicken wings with honey BBQ glaze: The boneless chicken wings were so overcooked it felt like I was trying to chew a rock. I ordered the Tri-tip and shrimp scampi with cheddar mashed potatoes and seasoned asparagus. The shrimp scampi were so salty I couldn’t eat them. The steak was cooked to a nice medium but the flavor was lacking. The asparagus were slightly thicker than toothpicks. The highlight of the meal were the mashed potatoes…… Neither of us could finish our meals. I guess I can thank this establishment for the free item.

Arrived at the restaurant and was quoted a 30–45 minute wait, but ended up waiting about an hour and 15 minutes for a table. I get it the place is busy I can choose to wait or not. Had friends visiting us so we waited. Once seated, it took another full hour before our food arrived. Not my bad on this one, once you seat a party you’re on the clock. The first items out were the salads and kids’ meals. The chicken tenders were fossils completely overcooked, hard as rocks, clearly sitting under a warmer for hours and then possibly even refried. I can not believe a kitchen would send that out. No excuses it was intentionally lazy. Im not being dramatic either they were inedible. The kids’ pizza was supposed to be pepperoni but came out as plain cheese, this one ok simple mistake and a simple fix…. Nope took the laziest approach to a solution on this one too. When we sent it back, it returned the same pizza but with what looked like microwaved pepperoni slices sprinkled on top. Then the adult entrées arrived. The boneless wings were nearly as bad as the tenders, coated in sauce but clearly fossilized nuggets underneath the disguise of honey bbq sauce. The large pizza we ordered was literally cold to the touch. I’m not exaggerating, it was ice cold. I don’t how this is even possible… how long does a pizza have to sit out before it’s ice cold? By this point, we had been there for over two hours. When I asked to speak with the manager, he seemed irritated rather than concerned or even apologetic. His attitude was unprofessional, and his lack of empathy made the experience even worse. His attempt at a firm handshake was intense and came off as a show of force and very douchey. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by bringing up a very valid complaint of food safety. If I were in his shoes I would have been embarrassed the kitchen was sending out food like this. In the end we got up and left over fears that food safety is a priority here as they are clearly not following proper food hold times and or cooking temps. I genuinely can’t believe this place has repeat customers. I would never return to this location and strongly suggest management reevaluate both their kitchen operations especially food safety and their customer service standards.

Came to this place around 3:00PM, we decided to wait outside until a table was ready. I never received a text message and after waiting 40 minutes asked for an update. The same girl I talked to when I arrived was there. She didn't apologize, but offered to seat us at that time. We waited a long time to have our orders taken, and for food to arrive. I didn't blame the server, but I would've liked to have the manager make things right. He came over and apologized, but did nothing else. The food wasn't good either. I would not return to this location.
