1st time ever coming here. Loved this place. Had a real Italian pasta house. I was hoping their food had flavor and sure enough they delivered. Not only was there food good but it had flavor and a real Essence of Italian cuisine. From where we were sitting we can see the chefs preparing the food. It's as if they were moving to culinary beat. Music to my ears we had 4 different types of appetizers and again full of flavors. We got there around 10 PM and they close at 11 pm. Our waitress Lauren was great and very friendly. She made sure we were taken care of. The restaurant had a great vibe to it looked like an old Italian barnyard What's a bunch of barrels wine bottles Olive oil bottles the décor was real nice the atmosphere is very gentle Christmas music playing in the background great place to take friends and family in a great place to enjoy your night

My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner tonight and we were highly impressed. Our server Monet was friendly, helpful, and kept checking in on us. Definitely worth the trip!

Today, we we're invited into a meeting dealing with health. We arrived late today, sorry, it was a cold day and bring my senior. He walks slow and cold 🥶. It was very educational. Plus, this place has always had amazing food and service. Our salad 🥗 and 🍞 baguette with cold butter 🧈. The meeting lasted little over an hour and a 1/2. There was plenty of people there. Had a nice setting, people were able to talk, ask questions and the servers came in. Asked if we needed anything when the meeting was done. The server came back again right after it meeting adjourned with containers for us to take the rest of the food that we had home. Everybody thanked us for coming on a cold January day. It was a really good meeting, and this service was amazing.

First time here. Yesterday, Mothers day, we got there for dinner. Our server Ashley was most excellent. She was sweet, funny and attentive. It was EXTREMELY busy in there and she did great!!! A young man was going around playing the violin. It was FANTASTIC. Overall good time!!!

Our server Aaron R. was simply amazing! His service this evening for our party was top notch and exceeded all expectations. He deserves the shout out! Aaron was fun, attentive, and overall made sure our experience was the very best. All our meals were great and when ordering he made wonderful suggestions. I will be coming back and asking to sit in his section next time I dine out. The food tasted great and we had no issues whatsoever. Thank you, Aaron! We appreciated your kindness and wonderful service.

This place is great. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. I like it so much that I have had family parties here. Large party of about 20 people was easily served. We went with a toddler and when her food was ready he brought it ahead of the rest of ours so that it can cool down before she eats it. Unfortunately they don't do anything to celebrate birthdays but everything else was still delicious and worth the trip.

Our server was quite busy, so the manager (male, I dont know his name) stepped in and served us. He was a sweetheart. Very helpful and kind and a great server x manager (for jumping into assist his employee who was in the weeds) The kitchen messed up an ingredient in my pasta, and he offered to have them remake it, but it was a simple mistake, so I opted to keep it. Our "compensation...?" We left with 2 pieces of cheesecake, gratis (because my daughter and I do not know how to share 😏) Overall, it was a good experience with good food and great service!

I’ve only eaten here twice since I’ve moved to Temecula in 2011. I personally did not love the food. I think it’s too simple and plain. The portion size is on the smaller end for the price. The service was alright, it was pretty lonely both times I’ve gone and took a good time to get the food to the table. Both times I’ve had their fettuccine alfredo and just didn’t love it. Their artichoke dip was pretty good though.

I’ve only eaten here twice since I’ve moved to Temecula in 2011. I personally did not love the food. I think it’s too simple and plain. The portion size is on the smaller end for the price. The service was alright, it was pretty lonely both times I’ve gone and took a good time to get the food to the table. Both times I’ve had their fettuccine alfredo and just didn’t love it. Their artichoke dip was pretty good though.

Came here with friends, we’re in the area and had a gift card. Parking lot was empty 4:30. Four of us split entrees, chicken Marsala and fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, lobster bisque and cedar salad. The fresh bread was delivered warm with oil (photo) oil tasted rancid 🤮. Both entrees were served slightly warm… lobster bisque was salty and had no lobster 🦞 Don’t make this mistake!

The food, when it arrived, was good. The service was very slow and our drinks were completely forgotten. We were first seated at a very dirty table and asked to move. The second table was fine, but the dishes were dirty. This might be a better place for takeout than eating in.

The Greeter didn't even ask me my name on my order. I never been here before. But It's not good at all. Crispy Brussels sprouts. Not crispy at all. Just baked or boiled. Strawberry Cheesecake. 5 being the best. It was a 2. And I have had better pizza from the dollar store. The total cost is $54.92 What a shame. Im adding on to my original post because the owner responded. And I thought wow! He/She cares. So I did like they ask and gave a full review. And got no response back.

Went for my husband’s birthday June 1st 2024 (his request)While waiting for our daughter, we decided to go into the bar and have a drink. we told the host we were waiting for someone so we would like to just go into the bar and have a drink and then be seated at a table in the dining room. he handed us menus and told us to go have a seat inside the bar. I told him we don’t want to eat inside the bar. We would like to eat in the dining room after we have a drink. He handed us the menus and said there’s a table inside the bar . We sat at a table and waited. We ended up just eating there told the guy it was my husband‘s birthday. He never even acknowledged that it was his birthday. I said it 3 different times throughout our visit and again it was never acknowledged and by acknowledged, I mean, simply saying happy birthday thanks for coming to see us anything but he never even acknowledged it nor did he even look at him in the eye he could careless. My daughter’s boyfriend ordered chicken fettuccine with broccoli , and there was no chicken in it so had to flag down the bartender to let him know there was no chicken in the chicken fettuccine. We ordered appetizers prior. The mozzarella sticks were just OK. We were never given the bread. I had to request the bread and the oil and we ordered a dessert FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY the chocolate cake was absolutely disgusting it was not only dry but had no taste. We have eaten there many times prior to 2020 and have always loved this place. It has since gone downhill. We will pass eating there in the future. It’s really sad to go out for a meal to celebrate someone’s birthday and not feel important. It wasn’t even busy.

We understand that we have to sit outside due to covid but it was freezing and they had no heating lamps. Then they sit us outside under a patio ceiling fan. We asked if they could turn off the fan and they said they couldn't because it was broken. They didn't offer us a new table. It was so cold that our hot food was cold after a few minutes. The free spaghetti & meatballs they offered Veterans was so bad (so bland) my husband could not eat it. My husband said that was the worst dinner experience he ever had and doesn't want to come back. My Pasta Milano was good but the whole reason we went to dinner was for him. So upset.

⭐️ 🤢🤮 Very old place bad service the Kitchen has very very old furniture Dirty Place And the workers look upset the bathrooms Orrible Dirty smells bad and the furniture is Old for the price! I better recommend a thousand times! cheesecake factory 👍 which is in promenade mall 3 minutes walking

The tablecloth and dishes were dirty upon arrival, the service was slow, the server had to be reminded multiple times for different things, and the food came out cold. The server was a genuinely nice but the experience was bad.

We advised our waiter and would have requested to send it back if we hadn’t been waiting over an hour for our food. Sadly, my wife’s birthday dinner didn’t go as planned.
