This post is a little late, but I had to share. I love their donuts! Their themed donuts are so cute! This location just opened up a couple of months ago, so glad they did.

Don’t listen to the comments about cold donuts. Not true, they are hot and delicious!

The place is new and the workers they hired are so sweet. Loved the experience they gave us when we went.

This Krispy Kreme is amazing! They just opened recently but compared to the awful Menifee location, they always have ALL of the specialty donuts in stock! It doesn't matter what time of the day - when you place your order, it's one and done. No phone calls saying they don't have it in stock, or that they'll have it later in the day but that turns out to be a lie, which is a guarantee with the Menifee location. It puts the Menifee location to shame. I don't know how the Menifee location isn't more embarrassed how this place just started and they're more efficient and competent than they are. It may be a bit of a drive, that I won't deny, but would you rather know for a FACT you're getting your order with friendly, cheerful customer service or be pissed off that yet again they don't have what you ordered, sometimes even days ago?? The answer is obvious. Keep outperforming ! You make it a joy to have a little sweet treat every now and again!

Krispy Kreme is finally open. Been waiting for what seemed like an eternity to open with little visible progress being made on the exterior. Good old Yellow Basket will be missed, but happy to have Krispy Kreme donuts back in Temecula. They are a bit more expensive than I remember. You know exactly what you're getting though, hot and fresh delicious donuts that are far too easy to inhale at an alarming rate.

The doughnuts were so fluffy and delicious. I bought a box of 3 thinking id eat one and take two home, and nope! ended up eating them all right there lol. I couldn't help myself.

Wonderful addition to town. Cool to watch your donuts being made right in front of you on the big conveyor. Everyone I have been in has slightly sticky floors.... And smells like sweet :)

The woman with the southern accent (I think it was southern) that was working the drive thru this morning Dec 12th at 830 AM has a heart of gold. She was so kind to me and my daughter. Her happiness was so contagious, it had me leaving the drive thru feeling grateful for today. Thank you kind lady!

My uncle passed away, and I wanted to bring home donuts to cheer my family up. A very nice worker brought me the fresh batch of donuts straight from the oven when I wanted glaze, and I told him thank you and that I really appreciated it. And before I left, he gave me an extra warm fresh glazed donut from the oven. I wish I told him how much those small gestures really felt to me. Even if it’s just standards from his training, small things like that really make a difference. I never make ratings, in fact, this is my first rating ever on google. But they really deserve it. Thank you to that nice worker that gave me fresh donuts :)) my family and I appreciate it.

The donuts were warm and fresh... so soft, melts in your mouth. Customer service was above the rest. When I called, Shannon picked up right away. She was friendly and asked what she could do for me. I was assured the manager, Josh, will take care of it. Sure enough, it was a done deal. Impressive service and product.

The employee Christian was not very helpful at the front counter. He forgot about our coffees and still didn’t remember about them even after we had to walk back up there. There had only been one other customer that walked in after us then he proceeded to make the coffees with a very horrible attitude. And made them wrong so he had to redo them again. All in all, someone else should be at the front counter making it a good experience. It should be a fun time getting donuts not feeling unwanted or a bother.

Love the hot, fresh donuts. Look for the illuminated sign. It is hard to believe the prices for donuts these days. The staff can be a little slow to acknowledge you when you walk in. Especially during production.

But Tyler and Isaac had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. They had great attitudes, which created a cool environment, and also helped me make a decision on donuts for my kids. Definitely coming back

First time eating the donuts. The plain glazed was very good.

Drink order was made completely incorrectly double of one rather than 2 different ones and a couple glazed doughnuts took a really really long time despite being the only customer at 6am but staff was friendly and food was otherwise good

We waited for there for an hour and their hot now sign was on just to get cold glazed donuts..

Get the app for better deals. Otherwise, a little expensive and donuts are smaller .

A little stale, a little nuke in the microwave helps. But donuts should never be stale the day you purchase.

Donuts are not all that they are cracked up to be. Doughy and mushy they dont taste like they are fresh baked. Ive had better donuts at a grocery store.

Don't waste your money on the drinks at this location. I came in around 3:30PM today when it wasn't too busy inside or in the drive-through. I ordered an iced original glazed latte. Thankfully, I took one sip before leaving, and realized that the drink I received was not sweet at all. I voiced my concern to the worker who gave me my drink, and he took it back behind the counter to add syrup. When I received it back, it was unpleasantly overly sweet. I'm pretty sure they made me the wrong drink initially. I've had this same drink before from another location, and it was a different color and came sweetened already. The workers seemed quite disorganized and scattered during my visit, which is why I'm convinced they just gave me someone else's order. Don't waste your time trying to order a drink here.

The donuts was good like every time, but today we go get donuts around 8am with my little brother before we go school. We all see the "hot sign on" the kids was so happy to get the free original glace. We go on drive thru today, but the guys said "he doesn't know the sign is on and we have no hot glace donuts" when we done pay. We drive out and still see the sign on kid was so sad today. Please training your employees about the things this is really bad.😔

The donuts are good but the filled donuts don't even have filling in them. Steer clear of the coffees and the opening month! They messed up all 3 of our coffees, and it taste like bitter water, and dirty water.. I'm sticking with Dunkin Donuts 🤷‍♀️

I don’t understand why the lines are so long, I went there on a Saturday morning and the doughnuts we got were really pricy and stale tasting. I would rather support a mom and pop than get my doughnuts here.

asked for a dozen regular donuts and they gave me a mixed dozen. they didn’t ask for my loyalty number for the 3rd time, so i have to input that manually. The coffee is great until you drink it out of their paper straws, at that point you might as well be drinking toilet water. I will be giving them one more try before i abandon this donut shop.

I chose Krispy Kreme in Temecula for some coffee and a light dessert. Their hours, according to their site, states closing at 10:00pm. We arrived at 9:26pm to find the lobby chairs all turned upside-down on the tables (unwelcoming), someone washing their interior windows by the main fryer, and being informed that they don't have coffee, and when we asked why, the clerk stated they were already cleaning/closing and it takes one hour to close, so they had already cleaned the coffee machines. If you advertise being open until 10:00pm, stay "open" with all your devices working, until 10:00pm. Or advertise that you will start closing procedures at 9:00pm and only food products in display case will be available. You can do better, even for a donut shop.

Heard many times about how Great Krispy Cream coffee and food was. On my first time here when I asked for a coffee was told their coffee brewers (all of them) were Broken. Really? The economy is weak but if a " Donut Bakery" has broken coffee brewers and the staff are not getting fixed.....I'm finding a Place that Cares.

The donuts were cold and dry despite it being a saturday mid-morning. The glaze wasn't right size or puffy like it should be. Was like they fried the dough before it had time to rise properly maybe. Hope it gets on track because was excited to have one close by.

I’m pregnant and decided to try out this donut place. I’ve never been to this location. As I ate half my cinnamon roll donut , I realized it was completely doughy. Pregnant people aren’t supposed to eat raw food or raw dough .. first time here and last time here ! If I get sick , I’m coming to this establishment!!

Bought 2 donuts and both tasted hard and chewy. An Apple fritter and chocolate glaze custard filled. The older lady that worked there was nice but donuts were no good. Not a fan anymore.

I just went to get some donuts, and the young kid that is there couldn't figure out how to use the system, and he started causing out saying that he could figure out that he was not thought how to work something on the register. I stood at the register for a couple of minutes then a female employee who was working the drive thru peeked out twice, I kept looking at her until she made a gesture trying to say something but not in a friendly manner.Latter I found out she was the manager 😏. A male employee came walking from outside a few min later and was trying to help me out and ask the drive thru lady about my order she said something to him in a very low voice and he couldn't hear her so he asked her again and she responded in a loud harsh voice " NO CHOCOLATE OR STRAWBERRY" her face was not pleasant to look at when she was speaking to him. I felt Unwelcome. The male employee was very nice.

I mobile ordered a dozen with a promotional offer 2 hours before arriving to the store, and when I arrived they had no stock and asked me to come back in 2 more hours. I don't have the time to wait around, and find it very inconvenient to have needed to drive this far only to get turned away, and my order was marked as complete on the app despite me walking away with nothing in hand. It was a waste to try out the promo, and I left unsatisfied and upset. In addition when I've gone previously they took 20 minutes to prepare a simple coffee and even got the type of milk wrong when I paid extra for a milk alternative, so the drink service is below average at this location. I really like Krispy Kreme donuts but I don't think I'll use the app or go to this location anymore.

Me and my family went here hoping go get free donuts since they were offering them from 5-7pm! We had gotten there and the worker had an attitude for absolutely no reason. Then we asked it they had any and they had told us they were getting them at 6:30 ? Which was honestly disappointing. Also the donuts were kinda dry and I didn't like it. Keep in mind the free donuts were glazed and they had some in the back so we asked. They said no but their place was empty?!?

I thought the price was exorbitant. Online it says 13..99 a dozen. They ended up charging me 20.99. she had already rung it up. So I felt I had to buy. Otherwise I would’ve walked out. I don’t think they taste that great either. But I was buying them for a group that wanted them.

My child was excited to redeem his straight As for some free donuts. when we presented my child's grades on my phone she immediately refused them and instead said we need the report card printed no exceptions & seemed upset already. Mind you this location has previously accepted digital report cards. Moral of the story she she a total jerk.

When they first opened they made sure you got a free glazed donut during hot and ready and now 3 visits in a row with the hot and ready sign we weren’t offered much less given. The floor is always sticky now and the manager rushes you when it’s empty and today didn’t even get a donut we pointed at and ordered by name in our box.

I traveled 20 minutes after verifying that the hot glazed were being made. When I arrived to the drive through, I asked if the hot doughnuts were still being offered and I was told that they were. I asked for 1 dozen of the hot glazed, and once again asked if I could receive the hot ones from the conveyor belt. I was assured that they would be hot, and when I received my order, the doughnuts were cold and seemed as if they were sitting there for a while. I really enjoy the hot fresh doughnuts, and when I make the drive to get fresh ones, and assured that I would (only to revise cold ones) it is very disappointing.

Disappointed in this location! Ordered online 2hrs before pick up time and the specific seasonal doughnut is available. When we pick it up our order is not yet ready and told some of seasonal flavor not available anymore. Like what the! They probably don’t reserve it and sell it to walk ins. I never had this problem in other store when ordering online. They will prepare and reserve your order what you really order online. Not ordering in this location anymore

So me and my two friends went in to get a latte, and a hot chocolate. (And donuts of course). When we got the latte and hot chocolate, they tasted sour... so we asked if the whipped cream was maybe expired and the young lady told us the whipped cream doesn't expire until next year... so we were like okay that's weird. She remade one of the drinks while the hot chocolate wasn't done yet and my friend got his drink and it was extremely sour still. She finally admitted to us that the milk was EXPIRED! We were running late for class and we didn't have time to wait for more or get our refund... but this is extremely unacceptable and can easily make someone very sick!!!! We came in around 9:25-9:30am on 10/18/23

She comes up to the counter and tries to tell me No reason to be rude. I gave her a nice lesson in customer service and communication and that the customers were tired of staring at her back for 10 minutes while we just of anyone would ever sell donuts. Never coming here again.

We like to order donuts for our open houses and community garage sales. Called to place a large order with the Temecula KK because the website was not working for me and they told me I could only order online. When I explained that the online ordering was not working they told me that was the only way to order the donuts and they would not be able to help me. No Krispy Kreme donuts for our community wide sale. I will find another place who is committed to helping their customers.
