Arby's

The gyro was good, but the bread was a bit stale. The roast beef and cheddar was really good according to my friend.

I have reviewed Arby's before, but I wanted to review it specifically for the new fish strip basket. It is delicious! I received Arby's coupons in the mail and on the back, it was advertising this new fish strip basket (hush puppy breaded fish strips). I came here for that reason. Although their menu board wasn't updated, they had it available. They made me a fresh basket and I like it a lot! (I'm a seafood person, especially fish #Yum). So get in the car and go try it...today is 7/27/22...no telling how long they will keep it.

Employee was irritated at first but I kept my smile and eventually she smile back. Food was okay, nothing like back home in atx but it is what it is. Their "large" cup is the size of a medium size. I've order multiple times large shakes at other location and they give me a big one (24oz) this one looked like 12-16oz. 😶 I was disappointed about the size, not sure if she's just giving out whatever was available so she won't have to restock cups or what. But Def not going at that location in the future. I rather drive to Belton to get my large shake hahahah

Good, average fast food. Place clean. Fortunately, survived the tornado that came down West Adams. Did the 2 for $6 deal and with 1 order of fries and 2 drinks, making the bill $15.

Tried twice. Both times my order was incorrect through the drive up windows. Not impressed. Ordered regular roast beef and got a beef and cheddar.

My roast beef was so overcooked and dry. I have never had that happen before. I don't know why they would even serve it looking like that. You can clearly see it is so cooked and dry that it looked like they are trying to turn it into Jerky. That is very lazy of the cook to serve something that they can see is bad.

Took forever to get food in drivers thru. Got home missing a sandwich. Very frustrating!

My husband and I tried to steal a lunch out two meals cost me over $36 because of upgrades. I'm not saying that because I can't afford it I'm saying that because please understand this is still a $40 meal for two individuals even if we are driving through a fast food restaurant. We waited for almost 15 minutes to receive our food in the Drive-Thru. I requested three times to have Bronco Berry sauce with our large upgraded meal jalapeno poppers X2 when they delivered our food they were in a hurry and so eere we. Once down the road we begin unloading to eat before we had to be back to work. There were no napkins in the bags there were no Bronco Berry sauce with the jalapeno poppers (I won't eat them without it. That was a waste of $) the food was fresh and delicious (besides not being able to eat my jalapeno poppers) next time instead of waiting I wish they would just let us know that they don't have an item prepared and there will be a wait and please double check sauces.

Can't say my order didn't get to the restaurant because of the WiFi problem. I went inside and the girls said she couldn't help me because it was a app order. I showed my phone where I've been trying to pay and order my food. She couldn't be bothered to ask the manager for help didn't care. So I went down the street to Whataburger and got my lunch. I tried for two days to get the food I wanted. They do have good sandwiches when you can get one!!

Takes forrrrrevvvverrrr to get your orders from the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich with no onions...got onions. Came back and they were out of the sandwich for the replacement (offered me a different sandwich) and that one had onion rings. Came back for a replacement sandwich and was given a sandwich with almost no meat on it...after waiting for over 29 minutes. This place is the worst. Sorry Arby's, you just lost my business.

I don't like to complain but there is something that needs to be addressed at this location. We have been there twice in last few months. The 1st time they said the oven was out of service. This time, the said they were out of roast beef.

Alright y’all… don’t usually do this type of thing but come on. We were served RAW chicken at Arbys on West Adams today. Kind of a big deal because ya know… I’m 31 weeks pregnant.😡 now let’s just hope we don’t get sick and that this doesn’t harm my baby. Spit it out as soon as we noticed a difference in the texture. (Both had a bite before we noticed it was raw) Hayley was the shift manager and didn’t really seem like she cared. Couldn’t give us any contact info for the store manager or general manager… nothing. She wasn’t helpful at all or apologetic.

People should be allowed to leave negative Stars. Ordered at 6:15 p.m. walked out the door it was 7:20. Ordered several items my total came out to almost $60. Of which we had two Rubens neither one of them had any sauerkraut on them and don't know what kind of cheese that is but it's disgusting and like Wax and no it's not white thinking it might be cheddar. Beef and cheddars had no cheddar on it. Ordered several regular fries got curly fries instead and the one medium regular crinkle cut fry they gave me was a half empty box. Both shakes were completely melted by the time my order finally came out all of the fries were old and cold honestly I don't think any of the food was right. Three separate times I had to give them back bags of food that was someone else's.

Wow, first they messed up my order, then finally brought me the right sandwich, (roast turkey & swiss) got home to eat it and no meat on my sandwich! Mr. manager are you seeing the rave reviews on your restaurant? They didn't even thank me!

Went in to get dinner and waited 10 minutes even though there was someone at the front filling orders was never greeted or acknowledged. You would have thought we were ghosts. Turned around and left. I guess they don't want our business or money. Won't be going back here again. The guy that was up front was the shift lead I think. Either way acknowledge your customer's. We haven't been back in about 2 years for this exact reason.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life, as far as fast food goes. We ordered online 45 minutes in advance. We pulled in, and there were 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 family sitting inside. We decided to go in and pick up our order. We were never greeted. We were never asked how they could help us. We were looked at by the girl walking around behind the counter. She was moving at a snails pace without a care in the world. After watching several other customers come and leave angry due to bad or no service, we finally received our orders. It took us more than 30 minutes to get the online orders we made 45 minutes in advance. We will not be returning to that Arby's until they hire more staff and train them in customer service! Very disappointed.
