Okay, I'm NEVER going to Dominoes or Pizza Hut or ANYWHERE else again. I loveee Marco's. Don't want that weird grainy stuff/texture on the bottom of your pizza? Go to MARCO'S. Want a crust that you can eat the ends and not feel like you have to drink a whole gallon of water to wash it down?? Go to MARCO'S. Want some cool people to chat with while you wait? (That have good customer service but doesnt come off fake??) GO TO MARCO'S. My boyfriend and I got the Chicken Hawaiian with Black Olives added (The cheese did that satisfying pull). And the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizzoli. 10/10 especially that extremely cheesy pizzoli, it was packed full with cheese and a yummy garlic glaze on top. I know, im probably doing too much. But they renewed my faith in pizza okay?? 😂😂

The guy at the front counter was awesome! Wasn't sure on what I was going to order and he asked a few questions just to get an idea of what I might like and gave me a few options and I went from there. The place is very clean and the workers are very professional. The guy at the counter was personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. Even making sure that my order looked as it should before I left. It was as it always is. Yes the pizza is a bit more pricey than the place down the street but the quality and the taste of product is absolutely makes it worth spending a few extra bucks for the perfect pizza experience. As far as I am concerned you can't beat Marco's pizza.

My husband and I ordered Marco's pizza through Door dash. It has a good flavor overall. I didn't like that our crust was a little charred on the edges. The presentation was decent. This was our first time trying them out. I feel they are pricey compared to other places. We may try them again in the future.

Disappointed since I chose this place for its high rating on Grubhub. Pizza was greasy and over cooked, salad was brown and they forgot to add any dressing at all, and the entire order was late. It definitely wasn’t worth $50.

My son and I really enjoy Marco’s pizza. They’ve delivered before, but this last pizza was totally disappointing. Asked for bacon and got something like a dash of bacon bits. I literally couldn’t see the bacon on the pizza. That’s disappointing in the quality and quantity. Then there were the green bell peppers that you no joke detest on pizza. Why did I order it that way you ask? Glad you asked because I didn’t. I ordered green olives. Love the salty tang of green olives on a pizza with pineapple!! Green peppers are just the worst, next to anchovies. Also the veggies were practically raw. WHO WANTS RAW ONION (or BELL PEPPER) on their pizza??? Not me. It ruined the taste. Were they just in such a rush that green olives looked like green peppers? And the super sparse micro-bacon? And they couldn’t update cook the pizza properly? I spent $43 (with tip) on a pizza that I swear was on the same level as a frozen Red Baron and r Tombstone which I can get for $5 bucks and I can at least cook it properly. We like Marco’s and I’ll give them another shot because they e gotten it right before, but if this happens again, we will pop smoke and find a pizzeria that pays attention to detail, that checks the ticket on the pizza box and makes sure the order is right and not be that actually cooks the pizza properly. Thankfully I have a teenager who is basically a 6’4, 205 food disposal machine. Between him and Charlie my dog, it’ll get eaten. I’m making me a sandwich. Unsat and substandard tonight Marco’s please pay attention to detail and cook the dang pizza right. Can you spot the bacon?? I sure can’t!

Despite the great flavor, I have ordered pizza three times and each time the toppings are all drooped to the center of the pizza leaving at least three inches of crust around the pizza. You get a few bites of all the toppings and the rest is just crust. This is not what I'm looking for in a pizza.

Got delivery. It was over an hour and a half after the time they quoted. It could have been good, but it was cold and old by the time it arrived. Not going back.

Ordered October 8th, spent $107 on 4 pizzas, $13 was the tip. Ordered extra chicken on 2 pizza, literally got like 4 pieces of chicken on each pizza. Ordered the maginfico with extra old world pepperoni and only got very little old world pepperoni. Called to let them know it really sucks to spend so much money on pizza and a tip (ordered online, paid tip before receiving pizza) and can't even get what you paid for. The girl, Alyiah I believe her name is offered a full refund which I accepted and I still have not received the refund. Really sucks cuz these days pizza is a treat and family were in town, bummed the night out. The dudes who make our pizza normally are amazing. I'd still like my refund Marcos. Pictures below showing the "extra" chicken and pepperoni magnifico. Nothing magnificent about these pizzas.

Been a big fan of Marcos but the Temple location is not it they can't even read a ticket. I wish I could post my receipt $75 we spent and the extra charges to get it wrong anyway. Oh yeah they forgot our salad and the only delivery driver they had made another run poor guy. Management do better

This is the worst Marcos to go to the mom and daughter shop has a BAD ATTITUDE when requesting a refund they got pissed off because I was asking for a refund when I ordered some meal for $40 and I got a small pizza I'm a diabetic and needed to eat I was very sick because of their mistake do not frequent this establishment they are very rude and their pizza sucks it's very greasy anyway You have to take a paper towel and dab it before you can eat

Josh the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. After waiting 45 minutes and calling in he lied that the order was being picked up at that moment while on the call. 20 minutes later after calling back we are told they are still waiting. We asked for a refund multiple times. Advised that we would have to come to the store for the return the next day. The manager would only allow us to get a refund that way. 1 hour 30 minutes later door dash arrives and insists I take the pizza. I denied. I will add more to the review tomorrow based on my refund experience. Just order with another location with better customer service, or another company because I have never had a more horrible experience.
