Great location with great food and great staff. I would come back 100%. I read some of the negative reviews and I must say they are exaggerated. I’m pretty sure if you leave a tortilla in there for “5 MINUTES” it would catch on fire. Also No restaurant would make its customers clean unless you asked for a broom and a dustpan or maybe just don’t make a mess . Keep up the good work guys
I’m actually here now and felt the need to do this review. This is my first time at this location and honestly only like 3rd time to eat chipotle. I can tell you right now, I will definitely be back regularly. The crew here is unbelievably nice. Like genuinely nice. They were so helpful when I was ordering and even made me the most killer margarita. I wish so bad I had some cash on me to tip. I would really like it if you can add a “tip option” for credit card orders. Thanks again guys! Great job and of course amazing food! ❤️

Great bowl! Food was really good.
As you approach, the parking lot is in great shape, no potholes. What little landscaping there is has been well taken care of. The building itself is attractive and inviting. Walking in I was greeted right away with a friendly face and smile. Most of the seating is high and difficult for me, but if they aren't all taken, their is lower seating. The interior of the restaurant is just as attractive. The bathroom is kept clean and big enough to accommodate a wheelchair. I was helped to make my way through the line and quickly checked out. The ingredients are so fresh and addicting. For "fast" food, this has to be the best option if you want health food options.

Very new and clean chipotle! Quick service and generous portions—very highly recommend! Note: the grilled veggies are cooked perfectly here. At other locations, the veggies can sometimes be burnt, but here they were perfectly seasoned and grilled. Also, very friendly staff. Overall a 10/10 experience!
It was nice to finally get out after the ice had everyone cooped up for a few days. We stopped in for dinner about 6pm on 1/28/2025. When we sat down to eat in the store, husband’s carnitas was cold. He let the staff know and we went about eating chips and queso and my chicken bowl. Shortly after one of the staff came and offered to make him a new bowl with hot meat. We didn’t ask for that so thank you for fixing something that we brought to your attention for future customers. Thank you for doing the right thing. We will be back of course and appreciate y’all’s hard work and excellent customer service. Y’all are awesome!
Very clean and efficient. We had nice Salad bowls from here. The staff were friendly and everything was fresh. We also had the Guac and chips which was good.
We had 10 people in our group and everything went perfectly!! This Chipotle was clean, food was great and the people were very helpful. I tried the new Chicken Al Pastor and it was FANTASTIC!!! Full of flavor and a little spice!! I always go half/half on the beans. One trick I found was to give a few dashes of the Tabasco Chipotle flavor sauce!! It gives your bowl and excellent kick!!
The staff was friendly but they seemed a little too comfortable. Two girls working behind the counter were just standing at the register just chatting away and giggling. The place was pretty dirty. The steak seems to be getting worse ever time I come here. Several pieces and grisly or chewy from tendons.
So, it was packed today. The employees were busting their ass. Salad for me and a bowl for my friend, they were both great, the Chipotle honey chicken is awesome.
I have not been to Chipotle in a while. They always seem to have some sort or issue. Who has time for that right. I just so happened to be on the phone with my cousin, and he was eating Chipotle. He was telling me how healthy everything there is, I happened to be driving by so I stopped in to purchase a bowl 🥣. It was very good, just what I needed. Chipotle is back on my list again.
Tables were dirty and floor food was ok. Cashier was really friendly
They forgot our forks for bowls. Normally I open up the bag but this time I just took it as they probably put them in there because every time they usually do. Like most people I eat on the go so this was mildly frustrating. I did get napkins though. And yes I tipped.
Overall good experience. Burrito was nice and full, steak was served scoop and a half. Was greeted well, and people at the counter were nice. At time of this writing, only negative was their tea maker was completely out. I usually don’t drink soda, would’ve been nice to know before buying the drink. But I’m just knit-picking.
It has been a long time since I have eaten at a Chipotle restaurant and I can honestly say the food I had when I went with my family, it was pretty good.
The food is always great however the service was not the best and the tables were not clean. I ordered a burrito with chips and guacamole. She heard me and rang it up as such however neglected to provide me the chips. I had to go back inside and wait for several other customers to be served before telling her she forgot my chips. She seemed a little confused. Maybe she was new.
Never had Chipotle before so I decided to try it. Placed an order online 35 minutes in advance. Showed up 35 minutes later and they didn't have a clue about my order. They did find it on the computer so it was received just no one noticed. They did make it fairly quick to make up for it. Part of my order was a Mexican coke. It was basically room temperature. Not a great first impression. Maybe I'll try again another time in person.
Couldn't order without a mask (yeah, it's that important to me.) The bathrooms & floor were pretty dirty, but I can't rate the food. The lady was very friendly, though, as she asked me to leave the store & order curbside.
A good but not great location. I enjoyed the generous portions and fast service but didn't care for one of the staff members who seemed bothered and upset when I asked her to put the salsa on my bowl instead of a separate cup. That part kinda bummed me out and was the lasting memory.
It's Chipotle. Of course it's delicious. The only drawback is that the quality and accuracy of your orders as well as the speed with which your mobile order is prepared ENTIRELY depend on the crew that's working, I'm assuming. I eat here 2-3 times per week and sometimes I get fair amount of meat and it's ready when the app says. The next time, there's an apparent nationwide ration of meats and my overpriced chips get forgotten and my food is not ready after 45 minutes of the estimated time. Basically Russian Mexican Roulette at its finest
The food is good but the staff is not providing the best service. Our daughter made a mess with her rice and we tried our best to clean it up with our hands and napkins. My husband went to mention something to the cashier so they were aware and sure enough he gets handed a broom and dust pan. It doesn't bother me to clean up after my daughter but we had already tried to pick up most of it with our hands and napkins i think that was uncalled for. So if you make a mess expect to clean it up yourself.

Seems like everyone is taking a hit,.. Severing's were very limited either on the meat or sauce, along with the rice.. chip's tasted like they been in the bag for awhile.. But restaurant's are still making there dollar on the customer's wanting to eat out when possible or can afford too.. Now if only. They will share there earnings with there employees. I don't mind paying stupid prices for food when I eat out
Online orders should be put on the pickup station. My order was ready and still had to wait 10 minutes in line before someone would get the order from beside the register already finished. Many people order online for a reason. Mine was that I had small kids in the car and expected to be in and out fast. There was five workers and three other customers.
Made sure to come to the highest rated chipotle in the area just for the workers to tell me they know they’ve been out of things for 2-3 days and said we might have it now but didn’t know. Rice was extremely salty. Been to hundreds of chipotles across America only had about 5 have had things be really salty.
The place is clean, food is great. Perhaps the workers need to be following guidelines for mask wearing if they are going to comment the way a customer is wearing theirs. One of them had no mask at all and another had his below his nose. So don’t try to point out your customers if your employees aren’t following along.
Went through the line and took my food to go. The avocado was brown! I asked them if they had fresh avocado and they replied it's from this morning, it's just the type of avocado. The white rice was hard and the beef had a funny taste. Disappointed with this location, I've been to several Chipotle and the food is fresh and avocado is simply fresh. I feel management needs training. People are nice but the food needs to meet the expectations of this food chain.
The person ahead of me was a male. Same order but my plate was half as big with more items. I have NEVER gotten anything this small. Never order at Terral. I have tried to call and go online. Next to impossible to get help. Now really just thinking about never eating at this franchise at all.
Dirty!!! Tables were gross! Floor had not been sweep. Its apparent why it was giving 1 star. Sad because its a busy area.....management need to do better with getting those workers to clean the lobby better. Hopefully a secret shopper will pop in soon.
This Chipotle location is a hit or miss, and in the evenings, it's def more on the miss side. Yesterday evening, my husband picked up 2 burrito bowls and large chips w/ large guacamole. It was awful. The guacamole was so old and absolutely disgusting! We had to scoop it out of our bowls and eat around where it had been. In addition, we had to toss the large guac. We don't appreciate throwing our money away. It's not the first time we've questioned how old or long the food has sat out, but yesterday, it was unmistakable.
Unfortunately this is the Chiptole that made me realize the downfall is real. 1. Portion sizes being smaller is for sure happening here. I had one scoop of rice and maybe a quarter scoop of beans. Steak was well overcooked and super fatty. 2. Drink area was abysmal. Lemonades were not full or labeled. And we were here for 25 min and no one seemed to care. So go for soda right? Wrong. Half of the sodas were all water and barely had syrup in them... 3. There was an employee having her lunch around 3pm on June 30, 2024 and had her trash scattered all over the entire first table. She also was watching videos on her phone at a very high volume which was very bothersome so we had to move tables just so that we couldn't hear it as much. Then we watched this employee leave her trash all over the table, clock back in, then clean the table on the clock. I get that cleaning tables is probably a part of your job, but you can't just clean up your own trash and be a clean person? Disgusting. There are so many food options around here and chiptole should really only be your last resort in this area. Buccees may be more crowded but the food and service make it a way better option compared to this place...
Meh…tonight was not their night. Got a chicken bowl w/chips and queso. Food was not fresh, chicken had no flavor and was so dried out, line was long, out of brown rice, chips stale, fajita veggies not cooked at all, queso was terrible. Need to do better for me to come back!
Chipotle sucks now, skimping on the portions and the quality of meat has dropped over the years. You just aren't getting your money's worth here. Steak is always overcooked, chips are hot and miss if they are edible, and pricing is insanity.
During the day the food is good and I have no issues. But consistently at 9:30pm every day they already have the kitchen closed and no food left. They ignore you and pretend you don’t exist hoping you’ll just leave. You can tell the young teenagers working just want to clock out early. If there’s no food left at 9:30 and the kitchen is closed, y’all should change the restaurant hours to close at 9:30pm and not 10pm.
Worst experience at a Chipotle ever.... On a Friday night about 7:30 not very busy... they were out of pretty much all proteins except for tofu, the area with the salsa and sides was filthy dirty and it looked like just about every container had something from another container in it. Tables throughout restaurant were dirty, the trash cans were over flowing. While I was standing there waiting for chicken to get ready I watched about 6 employees that all looked like teenagers just standing around behind the counter talking or doing nothing. By this point there was a line behind me waiting for one protein or another and people standing around waiting for Togo orders that I didn't see anyone working on... Where was a manager???? Shameful...... I love eating at Chipotle, have dined at numerous stores around the metroplex, this was by far the worst... won't go back!!!!
I absolutely love chipotle, however this establishment suffers from having good food, and bad service. Workers act lazy and move extremely extremely slow. They gossip to each other in front of customers and make rude remarks towards each other. It just seems very childish and inappropriate in front of customers. Their customer service definitely displays all of these traits and more.. Management needs to get on top of this. It’s rare to see a chipotle with less than 4 stars. And if it does, it’s usually due to their employees unfortunately.
The burritos were wrapped sloppily and just weird so, difficult to eat and most of one thing at one end. The whole counter where they roll burritos was dirty with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, etc. all over. It was not busy at all so I can't fathom why they had not wiped it down. The guacamole looked brown and not fresh at all then someone came up and just dumped fresh quac on top, not replacing the whole bin. Overall it was underwhelming and we won't be back.
Waited a while to pick up an order at the Terrell, Texas location. After noticing that the staff were prioritizing those coming into the restaurant and placing their orders, I asked if anyone was working on the pick-up orders? I was vaguely told by someone there would be, but they had other orders they had to do first. Many customers continued to come in way after my order was placed but were getting served while myself and others who had pick-up orders were just sitting and waiting.
If you are ordering the brisket, buyer beware! When it first came out it was great but then one day I got a burrito and I used rewards to get double brisket. That burrito had large chunks of fat in it and it was disgusting! I could not eat it and I stopped going. Fast forward, 4 weeks, I decide to give it another try. This time I paid for the double brisket and it was the same thing. One part brisket meat, one part brisket fat! They cube the fat up and make it appear like meat but then you bite into it and you get a not so lovely surprise. I’ve reached out to Chipotle customer service after both incidences. Nothing came of it. So I’ll just go elsewhere from now on.
I think this is the worst managed/organized Chipotle ever. I have been here probably 20 times as its the closest one to me, I always hope to gets better. Upon arriving around 7 PM (my usual time I visit), the outside trash can was overflowing. It was a steady crowd like 6 or 7 ahead of me, so I waited 10 minutes or so, which is fine. However, per usual, they ran out of stuff and had to wait another 15 minutes...this time it was veggies. They also ran out of the brisket which some people had to wait for. This is a common thing at this location. I guess its too hard to see if they are low on something then someone (usually some type of manager) should get ahead of the situation. Its understandable just before closing, but not 3 hours before closing.
This chipotle must be understaffed because every time i come in the line is out the door and does not move i wait minimum of 20 minutes everytime just to order food. DEFINITELY ORDER ONLINE IF YOU CAN. Slowest place ever
I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. While the service and atmosphere were perfectly fine, the quality of the food fell far below expectations. The chicken and steak I received were both dry, making for a rather unappetizing meal. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were absurdly small, and my order was completely wrong. I've heard the negative reviews about Chipotle in the past, but I went in hoping for a satisfying meal for myself and some friends. After what I received, I completely understand the criticism. Paying $10 for half a bowl that wasn’t even correct is frustrating, especially when I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to address the issue. I urge you to either improve the portion sizes or enhance the quality of the food. It might have been a different story if the flavors had been fantastic, but the steak was tough and spongy, and the chicken left much to be desired.
The store is always filthy and the employees are never pleasant. I came in on 12/15/2025 to get some guacamole. The tables and floors were messy. I’ve visited the store many times before and encountered the same issues. The employees do not change their gloves routinely even though they operate the register. Please address these issues 🙏🏽
This place is a dump… Food may be good, but it’s very obvious that cleanliness is not a priority. I’m scared to think what the cooking surfaces and storage areas look like.
This location is hit or miss. I often choose Chipotles while traveling because of autoimmune disease and they typically have gluten free protocols in place. Most of the time the tables are dirty. Got lunch there Tuesday 11/25/25. I saw the server preparing food ahead of me scoop chicken onto a burrito, and when a piece of chicken rolled off of the tortilla, she threw it back in the chicken bin. Told the server “gluten free” when she got to me, and she just stared at me. Repeated myself several times to a blank look back, then she waved her hand over the tortillas and said “it’s all gluten free.” I asked for her to please get someone who understands gluten free. She proceeded to ask five others behind the counter. None understood except for one man; he told her to change her gloves. Most Chipotles not only change gloves but also change out all utensils.
Do not go eat here at night, they close at 10 but at 8ish when I went in there the food line was disgusting not clean no food the young lady was raking the bottom of the pan and hand a line. I live in the area and this has happened on numerous occasions. Ask if they were going to cook more and the answer was no. I wonder if these big chains do this to save and not waste food. When I worked in fast food they would store for overnight and use the leftovers meat first maybe that has changed. This is a very busy area right off I20 so they really need to step up. I do not intend on eating here after 7 pm you will more than likely not get your money's worth.
2nd or 3rd time trying this one out and I probably won’t again. Food always cold or they’re out of brown rice. Got a bag of chips and feels like it was one handful of chips thrown into a huge bag. Not worth the money at all. Service is hit or miss depending on the day. Front door was locked as well had to go around to the side door…
I rather stop any where else , then this chipotle. Food is cold , rice is raw . Many items are missing. Like the avacado or the white rice , or the veg, even the chips . The worst part is the employees making the food , wow no customer service at all. She would take 5 min per person and was in no rush , as the line got longer . When you speak with her she has a horrible angry face on , and you can see she hatea her job . Manager also doesnt seem to care about tbe customers or the service and also looks annoyed . Rather eat anywhere else then stop here again .
The guys behind the counter barely put anything in the bowls, especially meat. Very lazy, when they get low on things they skimp instead of making more Even 2 hours before they close. Paying 10+ $ for a less than half full bowl is absolutely ridiculous. The manager needs to keep an eye on the young men working there.
Walked in at around 8:30 pm , food line was dirty and what got me the most was that they were out of the grilled vegetables. I go out to eat to eat the way I want ,with the specific ingredients because without them it’s not the same . And the portions are getting small or at least that night they were.
Placed online order for 2 bowls. Paid extra for double meat portions and guacamole. Meat was only half servings and guacamole was brown. Also barely any rice or lettuce in bowls.
Lady at the front with glasses served me with the driest personality, seemed as though she was ready to go home and didn’t want to be there. She also served me very little portions on my bowl. So not satisfied. Very disappointed.
Trash bins over flow in inside and out. Every table was filthy despite 4 employees and maybe 8 customers. 40 minutes til closing and dispite multiple customers asking for beans they were all told they would be closing soon. The food prep area was sloppy with food everywhere. We won’t be back there again. We love chipotle but this one is disgusting.
The quac was past its shelf life, the beef was dried up, so when I made it 15 miles home there was no way to go back. 30 bucks wasted. The guy was super happy. But by far a McDonald's level experience with Chipotle prices. By the time I got home the guacamole was no good on either of my burritos I tried to scoop it off but the taste of expired quac was still there
I purchased the LARGE chips and queso. What I got was a large queso and a few chips. Less chips than a small order. Ran out of chips fast so nothing to eat the queso with.
Didn't put any of the extras I asked for on my burrito, forgot cheese and took twice as long as it was supposed to while it was extremely slow... (ordered online) Best to just go to the forney location. This location has messed up too many of my orders and makes the burritos small.
I come to eat here twice a week and when I get here after 6:30pm they don’t have sweet tea… when asked about it, they always tell me that they are completely out, I continue to question it. I ask, “out like you don’t want to make anymore, or out like your waiting on a new shipment of tea”? …and they say, “out like they are waiting for more to come in”… so funny, because I was here last week and the week before and they had the same darn story…. So fascinating. What a lazy group of people here. I have to always clean my table too… boy if this place could have tea while open for the dinner rush and at least have a wet towel out here, this would make a huge different in my life! Geez!
This is quite possibly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. To begin, the lady taking my order was super rude. She gave me the bare minimum of a serving but gave the Person behind me a full size scoop. When I asked for cheese, (which I had to ask for more a few times) she again gave me the smallest amount because they were about to run out. However, for the next person she went to bring more. I asked for guac like 5 times and she blatantly ignored me. The cashier even noticed and went to go wash her hands to give it to me as it was clear that the other lady with pink hair was not going to help me. To make matters worse, when I get home and start eating, my bowl was extremely salty. I was only able to eat half, if that. I will never be coming back to this location. The only reason I went was because the Forney location said they were out of chicken, guac, and other items at 7:30-8:00ish and would not be making more! I am extremely disappointed as I love Chipotle. Guess I have to go back to Dallas for the quality. Tried to contact corporate and they only responded that they will try to improve for future service.
Horrible, had to throw my $40 order away because it was uneatable. Order was wrong, rice hard as a rock and steak and chicken was burnt and the pieces that were not was fat. Beyond disgusting, could not even stomach to eat it. Will definitely not go back to this location. Staff was rude and dismissive and inside was dirty. Owners need to come check out this location and please correct these issues. I shouldn't have to waste $40 on something that I can't even eat. Very disappointed.
I walked in around 2:22 this afternoon to place my order. There was no one in line so I walked straight to the front. There were 4 employees behind the counter and one in the lobby eating her lunch and on the cell phone. While standing there, no one greeted me, said just one moment, or acknowledged me in any way. They saw me standing there and just kept doing whatever. The lady with the colorful (lavender I believe) hair was literally walking in circles looking for something to do besides help the customer. After 2 mins of being invisible to all employees I decided to walk out. Very unprofessional and rude.
Here we go again every time I try to give this place a chance 👎. Eight brisket cubes ( this is a big problem when you can count it) a half spoonful of guacamole. Two bowls $31. SMH. The serving size just keeps getting smaller and the price just keeps getting higher. THERE WAS ONE POINT IN TIME YOU COULDN'T HALFWAY CLOSE THE TOP. Now, by the time you get home, your dish has already mixed itself 🤣
Horrible customer service. Just left at 3:40 and no line. One guy is making to go orders and he turns and looks at me and said nothing. One girl sees me and walks outside, then comes back in to wash her hands and I thought she was going to help, but instead she walks to the back. Another person is cleaning the windows right next to me and said nothing. A simple hi how are you goes a long way. Very happy staff.
I got 2 chicken bowls, and it was so spicy that my daughter and I could not eat it. It tasted like it had Jalapeños in the beans. Not happy at all. I go to chipotle often and have never experienced this before.
First of all, wth? What’s wrong with the manager? If you could even call her a manager because what a horrible customer service. I was a service manager for some years at chipotle and to see how bad this chipotle looked and the way these people’s customer service was.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! For one, the line was disgusting. Two, the manager and the other young girl were slamming and had attitudes, no type of team work (as I was trained and trained other to work smarter and not harder.) Three, they were out of things on their line and the grill guy was already cleaning the grill when it’s only 9pm. Four, trash all over the place. The trash bins were over the top! And lastly, five, we had to leave the place because that’s how uncomfortable we felt with the way how the employees, including the manager’s attitude were towards us. Mind you, we had kids with us and the least we want us to feel is unwelcome.
**Update: it managed to get worse. I heard it was better so I gave them a second try. Look at this pitiful burrito in the photo below. Not only this, they literally ran out of guac, lettuce, and tortillas while I was there. How do you run out of tortillas?!?! Literally the worst Chipotle burrito I've ever had. They skimped on everything including the salsa to the point that they somehow managed to double wrap my burrito with a single tortilla. Not only that, but the tortilla was stale and it took a solid 5 minutes for the guy to warm the tortilla and add time and beans to it. God help them if more than 3 people show up at a time. The only thing impressive about this was the fact that they managed to actually roll the stale tortilla into a burrito because it started breaking apart on me the moment I touched it. Which wouldn't be a problem usually, but they couldn't even get the foil completely wrapped around the half sized burrito. The one person doing their job here is the guy cleaning tables. Those were actually clean. Good for him for being the only person capable of his job.

SMALL portions, weird atmosphere, asked for a bit more chicken because the lady literally gave me like half a spoon, then got charged extra for everything. Dirty place and had no white rice. Their chips tasted OLD.
They are extremely dirty and not friendly. They sold me a veggie burrito only to tell me they were out of guacamole. They were also out of brown rice and old gloves and food was all over the floor. As a veteran, I would stay away unless you want food poisoning.

“Do yourself a favor and go to a different place than this” I dislike this chipotle due to they do not listen to the costumer. The lady charged me for two full orders of protein but only gave 1 1/2 shorting me on my steak. I let them know that I needed two tortillas because what I was getting wouldn’t fit in one she argued with me and just put the tortillas together and now it has fallen apart in my vehicle. I wounded why they have a 3.5 star rating I think it’s a lot lower than that.
I get chipotle here a lot just bc.. I like chipotle but I hate coming here. Idk how anyone has had a good experience but the employees are always rude and hate their job. Why is a a 40 year old woman rushing my 13 year old brother (and husband) that has never ordered here before. 0 customer service and this isn’t the only time I’ve dealt with them being super rude. They all have attitude problems and are super negative.
If your order's messed up or missing, there is no way to contact customer support. If you do manage to get through to the call center, they just repeat the same script over and over and say they're sorry.They can't help you. And the only reply I get online is to go back to the chatbot that repeats the same script and also cannot help me. I'm out forty dollars in food and there's no way to get it back.
Just came from Chipotle. It was busy-ish, so apparently they were completely in the weeds. The tables were filthy, the food prep table was filthy. I ordered chicken tacos. Out of chicken with no ETA. I was looking at alternative proteins, and asked if they could come out and wipe down some tables. Rudely told they were too busy to do that. I offered to clean a table if they would provide a towel, but just blew me off. We decided to skip the Chipotle and went to Jersey Mikes instead I just can't recommend this location.
Very unprofessional experience this morning. Customers were allowed to sit outside waiting, only to be told after the fact that opening would be delayed by 20 minutes. If there was going to be a delay, that information should have been communicated upfront instead of letting people wait with no explanation. Many of us were trying to get to work on time, and this could have easily been avoided with simple communication. Waiting until customers were already sitting there was inconsiderate and poorly handled. Disappointing start to the day.
Used the mobile app to order, picked up my order, got to work and found ... #1. The Protein Cups they advertise are not what they give you. See the 2nd photo? Thats dried out chicken, along with some burnt pan scrapings. It's inedible. #2. The chips that came with my chips and guac are stale. Not like, a day old stale. STALE stale. Again, not edible. So, I attempted to call the restaurant. They have an AI assistant, who refuses to direct you to a live person, and says you have to go to an email and click on some link for help. I CANT ACCESS THAT EMAIL. So .. there's no workaround, and no way for me to get assistance with an issue THEY created. I want my money back. Not kidding. This is unacceptable.
On Jan 2, 2026 around 8.30ish. I Ordered online ahead of time leavinf DFW airport, I make it to Chipotle only to see food still was not ready. Waited & watched a whole line of people come & go, yet still didn't get my order. Yes I was very angry & let the staff know my thoughts!!!! Horrible "to-go" service. Then, filled up my burrito so much, they thought it would somehow make me feel better. Just a whole mess falling & tortilla tore apart.
Took my son this evening he went in not one time did the young lady smile at all while being checked out seemed she doesn’t like her job much but then my son goes over to the drink station and they are out of lemonade so he goes to ask the lady at the register which I asked for her name it’s Gabriella her response to my so was we don’t have any so I walked in and asked could you please have someone make some and she didn’t like that much at all so she had a very nice lady name Chrissy I believe was her name come off her lunch to make it for my child. Maybe yall need work on customer service skills we for sure will take our business back to Forney
Oh my. The only good thing this place has going for it is the people who work there seem friendly enough. Definitely needs the health inspector to come by and take a look at it. Do these people have food handling training? After watching the girl make my quesadilla, I had to toss it out. That is not how you handle food. The two main things was that she got the tortilla for my quesadilla and carried it around for about 3 to 4 minutes while she went through this and went over to here and just flopping it around everywhere while she tried to get things together and I kept waiting to see if she would just toss that tortilla in the trash and nope. Then, while she was preparing the food, she was leaning over the counter and over all of the food bins. It was unnerving. The other thing? I put in my mobile order at 8:44pm. Promise time was 9:10. I arrived at 9:20pm. They had not started it. Finally got my order and left at 9:48pm. There were five people working, there was only one other person waiting on an order when I got there.
They definitely need a surprise health inspection this place was filthy no table was clean food and trash all over the floors I didn’t even feel comfortable eating at a table, they only had 1 cook it looked like the manager, 1 person taking orders and 1 person doing online orders and a line past the door.no good management would let that happen not only are you understaffed your not making any of the employees clean the dining area literally not a care in the world.i didn’t take many pictures because there were a lot of ppl around (We went on the 10th at 4:50)
We walked into Chipotle hoping for a satisfying meal. What we got?A $40 disappointment wrapped in a tortilla. The steak tacos were cold, dry, and soulless. It tasted like they’d been prepped during last week’s staff meeting. Not a drop of juice and zero heat. And the cheese? Didn’t even try to melt. Just laid there like it clocked out early. At least the chips and queso were solid.
We went there tonight and it took a minute for the food but we didn’t get upset at that then around 9:55 pm we left parked right next door and went to eat and the chicken was raw we usually go in the morning and the foods always right we also asked for extra hot sauce and got nun we spend 32 dollars and are scared to eat it because there is raw chicken in it so we just wasted 32 dollars for raw chicken
