I wouldn't advise nobody to order doordash from here because you will definitely have missing items this my second time I had items missing the lady who brought my order said she told them that wasn't all my order but told her it was. I had to call doordash to get credit when I called Church's they didn't answer the phone I rather go to the store because I don't have that problem I don't understand how hard it is to read a order.

I wanted to give Church’s another fair try because I know a lot of people genuinely love it. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I ordered the 5-piece tender combo, half spicy and half regular. The chicken and fries were cold when I received them, and the spicy tenders in particular were very greasy. There was also a noticeable taste that suggested the oil may have been reused too long. The one bright spot was the biscuit—it was hot, fresh, and had that classic honey-crunch coating, which I can see why people enjoy. What really sealed the experience for me was the drink issue. I ordered and paid for unsweet tea, but after paying I was told they didn’t have any. I don’t drink soda, and the only alternative offered was sweet tea or water, with no refund for the drink I paid for. Between the cold food, greasiness, oil taste, and the drink situation, this just wasn’t a good experience for me. I understand why some people like Church’s, but this location didn’t deliver, and I won’t be returning.

I stopped in to get hot honey boneless wings on my way home from Dallas. Polite fella at the intercom and window, the chicken was so hard, tasted like it had been refried and the sauce was dumped all in the bag. Do better yall.

This was my first time visiting Terrell Churches not the best experience. The toilet was not clean. The food was not seasoned. We waited 20 minutes for the spicy food to be cooked because they were out. The spicy chicken ended up not being fresh at all.

Husband went in to get dinner today to surprise me and the kids. Said he waited at the front counter for at least 20 minutes. Employees walking around. Talking. Preparing online and drive thru orders. Never acknowledged him the whole time he was there. He finally left and went to Pops Chicken. Chicken isn't as good but the service is a lot better! We won't be back to this location. If the owner cares about his business he would get new staff because this is a trend at this location!

They're extremely rude to the door Dashers and customers... They have no sense of urgency and there's a heavyset girl that works in there I don't know if she's the manager or not but she's very rude and when I was asking questions about why my food and why iy wasn't ready and come to find out the receipt had fell on the floor therefore it wasn't made and it was the oldest order in the store at that point and what really bothers me with fact I did 10 minutes at the register watching them walk back and forth now you make an eye contact with me it's like they were trying to ignore me and it probably had to speak up and when I did I was told that she had other customers it was extremely rude the way she said it to me and I informed her I understood that but my order was the oldest order in the store and I still had to deliver it and she told me that she pretty much was going to make me wait on her until she was ready to make the order..... and of course when I object to that she told me to shut up in front of customers and everybody in the dining room they wouldn't tell me who the manager was and nobody was wearing name tags and when you tried to call and complain the only way to get to anybody is you have to send an email to the corporate office and there's two different offices that you can go through and what the girl didn't realize at first was I was recording her with my phone so I have a video of how rude she was and I gave her an opportunity to apologize to me before I took it any further and she refused so doordashers and customers be aware they're extremely rude she is the heavyset girl that works the drive-thru I can't tell if she's a manager or not nobody would point out who the manager was maybe they didn't have a manager on duty I don't know anyway stay clear of this dump if you can.

The cashier seemed very put off that we walked in to order food. The entrance door and online stated this place of business was open until 10pm. Once we were handed our food at 9:10pm after ordering at 8:40 pm they locked the doors. Part of the order was missing. I will not be coming back.

Worse food ever. My order was nowhere near correct. The chicken that I did receive was cold and old. Never got my side or my drink. I will not be visiting for quite some time because my money is not to be spent on less than subpar food.

Went there with high hopes for my pregnant wife and she was wanting the 3.99 4pc sauced wings, they also have it posted on the menu right in the middle. I was then told by a little girl who had a very crappy attitude and slick words that they didn’t have a 4pc sauced wings on the menu, we just told her never mind forget it. And that little girl needs to be careful how she speaks with certain customers you never know someone else’s mindset and a lot of people like myself and my wife do open/conceal carry ! Her attitude could’ve set someone having a bad day off and costed her her own life. Churches please do better.

This was my first time at this location. I got boneless wings. When opened the box there was nothing but traces of what could have been chicken. It was very hard and Jerky like. The food was extremely old. I will never come to this location again.

I always eat here when I go out of town cause we pass right through it. Food and service are always great. NOT TODAY. A dark skinned Hispanic woman who took my order was rude on the speaker and kept asking me the same 2 question for my first meal I ordered, needless to say she still messed it up after I had to repeat it to her. When I got to the window, I had to ask her for my dipping sauce on my tenders. I still said please and thank you as she charged me. Then when they brought my order to the window. A chubby Hispanic woman handed me the bag. Of course, sauce for my tenders was not in there. When I asked for it, I even said I'll pay for it. She turned around and looked at the first woman, rolled her eyes, and brought me back a handful of the wrong sauce. I told her they were rude and I did not want the sauce anymore, and I was gonna call and report them. She said ok go ahead as if she does not care and will not be held accountable." When I got home an hour later. Our order was completely messed up. I was given 3 orders of spicy chicken when I only asked for one to be spicy. I paid 4.50 for extra mashed potatoes, and it was not in the bag. But I had one extra biscuit. This crew that was there today at 1 pm was horrible. Might not ever stop here again.

This place used to be great. Food is still good but new lady at the window is rude and they price gouge for any addons. 3 small extra legs were 6 dollars. Meals only come with one tiny side- one additional tiny side was 5 dollars. They used to throw in a couple extra biscuits if you ordered extra chicken- I did not receive any extra.

I stopped by on my way to work and ordered a 3pc mixed, mashed potatoes with an extra wing. I asked for all wings and was charged an extra $1 for it. I waited 15 minutes for cold hard chicken. I had to turn around on the highway to get fresh chicken only to get there wait another 20 minutes to get fresh but fried hard chicken. This costed me $15. Not happy at all. This was the location in Terrell, Texas off Highway 34.
