The service here is horrible! Every time I come here I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to either get my order taken or to recieve my order. I ordered online at 5:00pm its been an hour I still have not received my order

I went to get my 3 pizzas last night November 13, 2025 and the place was so dirty and messy first of all. Once I got home I open the first box, the pizza was not cut right, the pepperonis were not cooked all the way had stomach pains since this morning I wouldn’t recommend anyone so don’t ever go to the Terrell one 👎🏾

Waiting 30 minutes for a hot n ready pepperoni is bad enough but getting home and having to then finish cooking and cut the pizza is BULLCRAP!

I don't know who needs to see this, but you have a cleanliness issue at this location. I don't know this person's name but while she was on the phone she coughed into her hand, wiped her nose, and then went directly back to grabbing pizza out of the oven and folding boxes. Absolutely disgusting. I'm sure she's a great person, but management needs to have a serious talk with her, and maybe all staff about washing their hands. You're touching my food. I don't want your snot germs and cough germs all over my pizza and breadsticks.

1.5 hrs just to get my online order of 2 pizzas. Woman working the front never acknowledged me once while I was waiting, despite taking several customers orders after I arrived. Pizza was sitting on the counter the entire time because they wrote a completely different first name on the box. The whole issue could've been avoided if they just used the pizza portal like the app said they would. Worst place to get pizza in Terrell.

Short chubby dude with glasses has poor customer service I think he hates his job. Little Caesar pizza needs to find better and more positive people. They should get a better working atmosphere going there.

The Pretzel crust is a big rip off! Taste extremely salty 🤢🤮 it's as if they just threw tons of salt on regular crust, threw it in the box and charged extra for the arm strength.... And not to mention that they didn't even cut my pizza. I'm done with this company!!! 😩 This would make a good meme for 'expectation vs reality'

Honestly I'm not satisfied with my purchase this time I used to love little Ceasars but, the 5 meat feast was bad the meat some part of the meat are to cooked, the pizza is way to thin to even pick it up the slices are ti cut right the ingredients are all over the places, the pizza was smaller as if I ordered a medium/small size but I didn't they're is a lot of oils in those pizzas no really complaining about it cuz its a 5 feast one but I didn't remember them being this greasy. Overall I didn't like them.

Waaaaaaaaaaay too much cheese, hardly any sauce. Very disappointed. The pizza we bought yesterday was perfect but this one SUCKS. Update: 5/26/2022 I tried to give them another chance today and the pizza is undercooked and was not cut properly at all. A total waste of time and money. Will not ever come back.

Waiited 20 minutes for two pizzas. Nobody in the back is wearing gloves. Front counter lady wouldn't say a word to me on how much longer.and pizza looked like garbage after waiting for 20 minutes.
