Siamo stati una notte per un matrimonio. In camera trovi acqua spazzolino dentifricio asciugamani, cuffia da doccia, set per il cucito, shampoo bagnoschiuma. Non c'è l aria condizionata, ma un bel ventilatore, si sta benissimo. Colazione super abbondante con prodotti freschi locali ed anche uova e bacon

In centro a Tolè, paese nell'appennino bolognese a circa 700 m slm, dove andiamo spesso per trovare un po' di fresco, si trova l'albergo ristorante Stella, nel quale mangiamo sempre divinamente. Consigliamo, fra tante altre ottime portate, i tortelloni burro e salvia, la cotoletta alla bolognese e la grigliata mista. Indimenticabili

Non abbiamo soggiornato in albergo, siamo stati solo al ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto benissimo. Tortellini in brodo, tagliatelle al ragù o ai funghi porcini ottimi, come pure la tagliata di manzo al sale grosso e rosmarino e l'arrosto misto. Contorno di patate e funghi porcini fritti eccezionali. Personale sorridente e affabile, che ci saputo consigliare bene e senza mai sbagliare un colpo, dato che eravamo tanti e quasi tutti abbiamo preso cose diverse. Il ristorante si trova sulla strada principale ed è difficile trovare parcheggio, quello per i clienti era già pieno e non molto grande. Unica pecca.

Grazie per la vostra disponibilità e gentilezza, cosa non da poco di questi tempi. Come sempre, siete stati impeccabili sia nel servizio, che nel cibo (sempre buonissimo qualsiasi scelta si faccia). È sempre un piacere varcare la porta del ristorante Stella.

Maroh… This was my reaction after eating at this restaurant. Every course was special and delicious. Amazing! The staff is always kind, helpful, and smiling. We came for lunch to enjoy excellent Bolognese cuisine. The tagliatelle with ragù and tortelloni were excellent. The meat was delicious! The place is very large and can accommodate a large group. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is wonderful. The food is excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In my personal ranking, the top choice is the Bolognese cutlet with white truffle, followed by the sliced ​​steak and mashed potatoes. The baked potatoes are very good. Let's not even talk about the white truffle gnocchi...you have to try them. The mushrooms... speechless.

Outstanding people, charming climate of this place, in a restaurant absolutely fantastic food, from mushrooms to potatoes, amazing waitress. And the breakfast was a blast, everything was so delicious, so many cheese to choose, everything was perfect. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I was fortunate enough to dine on their veranda. Outstanding tortelloni, excellent fried food, and an excellent local wine list. All with fast and professional service. We returned the next day for lunch.

Excellent property with 5-star service!! The atmosphere is a bit dated but very comfortable. The spacious, simple but clean room has a small balcony and complimentary bottled water, both still and sparkling. Breakfast is special, with a generous buffet featuring homemade cakes, excellent pancakes, cheeses, cured meats, croissants, jams, spreads, etc. The fig and balsamic jam is a dream! Truly exceptional! We also had lunch, an excellent menu with several vegetarian options! I had the tagliatelle with black truffle, truly a delicacy! The large breakfast/dining room is surrounded by a balcony overlooking the back of the property, where there's also private parking, and a view of the mountains. You can also eat on the outdoor balcony (unfortunately, they allow smoking, so I wasn't able to use it). Quiet location, in the center of Tolè, a quiet and charming little village full of murals and original works of art. Besides the excellent food, what really made the difference was the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and the staff, all female from what I could see. They were wonderful!!! Highly recommended!!!!

This is the review for the Restaurant: We are Americans on an extended stay nearby. We prefer going to where the locals go. And Wow. Our friends had lunch there the day before. As millennials and foodies, they gave it awesome reviews. We tried it the next day, getting their late for lunch 😣. The staff was welcoming and wonderful. We made do with our little Italian. Greta was wonderful. The wine at 17e was exceptional. The pasta conigilo was very tasty yet subtle. The side of mushroom bountiful and accented with garlic. My wife had the tortellini with creamed parmagiano cheese. Wow. Friends had the lamb which was subtle and fresh. (No salt added which I prefer). It was much better than American or New Zealand lamb. The bolognese was traditional and perfectly made. We are heading back for dinner tomorrow. Update: We went to dinner here 6 times over 3 months. Each time it was excellent. What a great find! It's worth the drive!

The very best restaurant you can go wether you're searching for the real, traditional Bolognese cuisine. The overview is outstanding in between the mountains. The peace of this place cannot be explained in words, it has to be felt. The rooms are very clean and well manteined. A perfect place to come with the family for having a great and relaxing time in a place that has been famous for more than a century for the attachment to the italian (bolognese) traditional life, kitchen and customs.

This is one of the greatest restaurants you will find in all of Italy. It's located in Tole. A small town outside of Balogna. Great food with kind considerate people waiting on you. Great wines and all at very reasonable prices. Simply the best.

Ristorante accogliente stile anni '70. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Porzioni abbondanti e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gustosa la polentina di benvenuto con panna al tartufo. Superlativi i tortelloni di ricotta con dose abbondante di funghi porcini. Ottimi i porcini fritti e buona la cotoletta. Assolutamente da provare!! Locale dog friendly 🐾🐾🐾

Albergo situato al centro di Tolè, sui bellissimi colli bolognesi, posto in cui regnano pace, tranquillità e sapori eccezionali. L'arredo dell'albergo è un po' datato ma comunque non manca nulla e da un senso di calore e accoglienza. Le camere sono un po spartane, ma regna la pulizia e il letto è molto comodo e si dorme benissimo. Ma il vero punto forte della struttura è il ristornate: i sapori eccezionali del bosco sono trattati con maestria, unendo tradizioni e innovazione nei piatti. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse portate e tutto è stato ottimo e abbondante. Da non sottovalutare l'ampia selezione di vini che spaziano da vini del territorio a vini di tutta Italia, compresi i blssonati supertuscan...

Parto subito col dire che le camere sono moooolto vintage ma le cose negative si fermano qui. Non ho mai e sottolineo mai trovato una camera più pulita ed in ordine di quella dove ho dormito. Giro abbastanza per lavoro e la pulizia che ho trovato negli angoli più nascosti non l'ho trovata da nessuna parte. Inoltre la camera era fornitissima di kit per gli ospiti. Voglio precisare che si parla di un albergo e ristorante, i piatti artigianali che ho assaggiato erano tutti prodotti con ingredienti a km zero e buonissimi.

Benino,anche se di certo non a" buon mercato",porzioni scarse. Non ci ritornerei,anche perchè basta andare a 20 minuti più su da li, per mangiare in agriturismi molto più buoni e a prezzi molto più bassi.

The experience was entirely related to the restaurant, where I didn't have the pleasure of dining. After being invited by a friendly older man at the counter to wander around while I waited for a table, and then standing for another half hour at the exit door, the dining room coordinator told us she was sorry no one was getting up and couldn't seat us. Terrible organization.
