I didnt catch the guys name but he had long blonde hair, he showed amazing customer service with us being as late as we were. i was expecting rudeness not because of it being a fast food place but because of us showing up close to closing time. Givem consderation for a raise he deserves it.
3 piece all white chicken box. Me and my kids enjoyed it. I had two breasts and a wing coleslaw biscuit and lemonade. I also used a coupon for a 2 piece with mash potatoes and lemonade with hot sauce, honey for the butter biscuit. 👌 For the day.
Always freshly cooked, home-style foods at reasonable prices and served in a clean, well maintained restaurant that is comfortable to eat in. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in assisting customers select the most affordable choices to get what customers want at the best price. The employees work together as an efficient and effective team. The ONLY reason I gave a four-star instead of five-star is because I usually have to wait a few minutes in line and after ordering before I receive my food. The wait is well worth it! If I could give 4.9-stars I would. The $5.00 meal menu is a fantastic value!
The food is good. Service, not so much. They tend to forget some of the food items I ordered. And sometimes they give me somebody else's order.... Atmosphere, well, I think it's great even though I never eat in.
This was the second time I've placed my order online to bypass the wait. And I still have to wait even when I get there and there's always something missing from my order. From now on I'll drive an extra 10 minutes across town to get better service.
They will not serve food here. Period. Worst consistent service at a fast food I've ever witnessed. I live a few houses over and that is the only reason I've given so many chances. They will literally hide so they don't have to serve food. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Edit: I was able to get some food from them. They still did not get a simple, 3 item order right but I reminded them at the window and they sorted it out no problem.
I went to kfc Friday after picking my son up from school and having a full night at work and hardly any sleep. I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal and was charged $30! Instantly knew they were stealing customers money! I didn't see the price list cause I was trying to get as far away from the disgusting weed smell from the worker sitting out there right by the menu in the drive-thru giving out free contact highs to people with children in the car. I had a migrain headach from lack of sleep and high blood pressure so I just wanted to get the food and leave. The girl in the drive-thru looked like she would do something to my food if I complained anyway so I didn't. That $30 damn dollars just posted to my account so I remembered I could post a review and here it is. Got to the last 3 pieces the next day and they were small as wing dings. I am a very unhappy customer and I will not be going back. A refund is due .
This is the second time this week they’ve messed up my order. 2 white piece meal boxes doesn’t mean all dark meat. Both times. No honey or butter or napkins. The chicken sandwiches didn’t have the sauces and weren’t breasts. They used 1 tender in each bun. And both times it was cold as heck. I don’t understand. I don’t eat dark meat so it just gets thrown away.
They need to fire the manager. I've ordered 3 times. Once they said they gave my order to someone and they wouldn't remake it, second time they took my order and it was delivered without chicken because they ran out of chicken and again today for the 3rd and last strike. No drink, wrong fries, no sauces and you gessed it 2 chicken breasts missing. They're either so broke they steal customers food or they're just lazy. The manager doesn't care, keeps trash employees. The whole lot of them should go. Do not eat here!!!
SHAWN THE MANAGER IS A LOSER !!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOOK OUR ORDER MADE US WAIT 45 MINUTES AND SAID THEY ARE OUT OF CHICKEN DELIVERY ORDERS COME FIRST.
Ordered online pickup, couldnt go inside so I had to wait behind people in the drivethru for my order (Its barely past 6pm). Then I get home and Im missing pieces from my combo boxes, a biscuit, an entire side of mac and cheese, and who knows if my som even got an entire 8pc nugget, and my pop was so flat and had a chemical taste. Tried to call and talk to them, nobody even answered the phone. STRAIGHT UP LAZY AT THIS LOCATION!!

Do not order from this location!! Ordered online and didn't get my chicken!! Called and they said they ran out of chicken!! I was told by the manager that I should have called them first before placing my order to see if they had chicken!? Then the manager hung up on me. Terrible service.
As I pulled the front door it was closed. Turns out they are always closed and you'll be served from a 4x2 window. As soon as I saw staffs inside, I freaked out. How can a restaurant allow such dirty employees handling food? They looked more dirty than the a construction workers after 14 hour shift. I ordered $14 worth of food and looking at staffs in kitchen, I took the order but didn't had a heart to eat it. Done with KFC for forever.
Food was recooked and disgusted tenders were so hard I could even bite them and the person that answered the phone was snotty and wouldn’t even remake the food 10000000 thumbs down
So I get off work I’m doing 12 hour shift, feel like cooking after doing 12 hours who does? So I stop at KFC and this is the second time this week I stop by and did not get service.. And I know this is always a certain vehicle that’s out there when you don’t get service, so I’m assuming that’s the worker the closer that does not want to do their work I come in at 9:15 PM September 12, 2024 is she tells me they are a chicken, earlier this week she said they wasn’t serving no one but DoorDash! What does she mean? Who authorized her to do that? Not to mention that they have piss, poor attitude how come people with the unbelievable disrespectful attitude, like to work in hospitality or serving people!! You need to serve no one with that attitude! I highly recommend, but they said the secret shopper in there, and don’t tell no one when you send a secret shopper in there let it be in an hour ! Because I am going to call corporate and asked them, why did you run out of food on September 12, 2024 at 9 o’clock because I got there at 9:15 a little bit before !!
Order here and you will never get all of your food. You will not be able to get any support after they’ve stolen your money either. Heaven forbid you get a human on the phone that can actually help you. KFC used to be a good company - Not anymore!! Do not visit this restaurant unless there is no other food available on the planet!
Today is 7/2 @ 2pm and the young lady on the headset had a really bad attitude. Her tone, the way she looked when I got to the window to pay and a young man was there so careless. I’m trying to pay and he looks at me, takes a drink out of his bottle then proceeds to open the window. She kept saying “we don’t have anything spicy”, but I’m looking St yet menu and clearly there is other spicy items. I originally wanted the bucket of chicken, that’s when she said they didn’t have anything spicy. Not chicken, but anything. I haven’t been to a KFC in 3 years and decided to go today and quickly regretted it. Customer service is just not what it used to be. This generation is so careless about how they treat and talk to their customers/ guest. Ghetto, rude, nonchalant and careless is what I got from the Monroe location today. Needless to say, I’ll never go back or send my friends nor family there again
We pulled up to the drive through and all of the employees were in the back smoking a joint. The one girl actually told us to give her a second through the headpiece when she was still outside. Terrible service, they said they were out of fries and pot pies and I actually saw the one girl moving fries to the back. Also the max and cheese was sour and probably already quite a few hours old. The chicken was undercooked and pink. The sprite was just sparkling water. The service was terrible and the food was subpar.
Lobby closed short staff. Drive thru worker very rude. No hi how are you today or thank you have a nice day. Literally shoved our food at us and that was that. Pulled over and my order was wrong. Then I was blamed saying they thought I changed it when I ordered a 5 piece meal and 3 tenders. Didn't receive my 3 tenders.
