SHAWN THE MANAGER IS A LOSER !!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOOK OUR ORDER MADE US WAIT 45 MINUTES AND SAID THEY ARE OUT OF CHICKEN DELIVERY ORDERS COME FIRST.

Ordered online pickup, couldnt go inside so I had to wait behind people in the drivethru for my order (Its barely past 6pm). Then I get home and Im missing pieces from my combo boxes, a biscuit, an entire side of mac and cheese, and who knows if my som even got an entire 8pc nugget, and my pop was so flat and had a chemical taste. Tried to call and talk to them, nobody even answered the phone. STRAIGHT UP LAZY AT THIS LOCATION!!

Do not order from this location!! Ordered online and didn't get my chicken!! Called and they said they ran out of chicken!! I was told by the manager that I should have called them first before placing my order to see if they had chicken!? Then the manager hung up on me. Terrible service.

As I pulled the front door it was closed. Turns out they are always closed and you'll be served from a 4x2 window. As soon as I saw staffs inside, I freaked out. How can a restaurant allow such dirty employees handling food? They looked more dirty than the a construction workers after 14 hour shift. I ordered $14 worth of food and looking at staffs in kitchen, I took the order but didn't had a heart to eat it. Done with KFC for forever.

Food was recooked and disgusted tenders were so hard I could even bite them and the person that answered the phone was snotty and wouldn’t even remake the food 10000000 thumbs down

So I get off work I’m doing 12 hour shift, feel like cooking after doing 12 hours who does? So I stop at KFC and this is the second time this week I stop by and did not get service.. And I know this is always a certain vehicle that’s out there when you don’t get service, so I’m assuming that’s the worker the closer that does not want to do their work I come in at 9:15 PM September 12, 2024 is she tells me they are a chicken, earlier this week she said they wasn’t serving no one but DoorDash! What does she mean? Who authorized her to do that? Not to mention that they have piss, poor attitude how come people with the unbelievable disrespectful attitude, like to work in hospitality or serving people!! You need to serve no one with that attitude! I highly recommend, but they said the secret shopper in there, and don’t tell no one when you send a secret shopper in there let it be in an hour ! Because I am going to call corporate and asked them, why did you run out of food on September 12, 2024 at 9 o’clock because I got there at 9:15 a little bit before !!

Order here and you will never get all of your food. You will not be able to get any support after they’ve stolen your money either. Heaven forbid you get a human on the phone that can actually help you. KFC used to be a good company - Not anymore!! Do not visit this restaurant unless there is no other food available on the planet!

Today is 7/2 @ 2pm and the young lady on the headset had a really bad attitude. Her tone, the way she looked when I got to the window to pay and a young man was there so careless. I’m trying to pay and he looks at me, takes a drink out of his bottle then proceeds to open the window. She kept saying “we don’t have anything spicy”, but I’m looking St yet menu and clearly there is other spicy items. I originally wanted the bucket of chicken, that’s when she said they didn’t have anything spicy. Not chicken, but anything. I haven’t been to a KFC in 3 years and decided to go today and quickly regretted it. Customer service is just not what it used to be. This generation is so careless about how they treat and talk to their customers/ guest. Ghetto, rude, nonchalant and careless is what I got from the Monroe location today. Needless to say, I’ll never go back or send my friends nor family there again

We pulled up to the drive through and all of the employees were in the back smoking a joint. The one girl actually told us to give her a second through the headpiece when she was still outside. Terrible service, they said they were out of fries and pot pies and I actually saw the one girl moving fries to the back. Also the max and cheese was sour and probably already quite a few hours old. The chicken was undercooked and pink. The sprite was just sparkling water. The service was terrible and the food was subpar.

Lobby closed short staff. Drive thru worker very rude. No hi how are you today or thank you have a nice day. Literally shoved our food at us and that was that. Pulled over and my order was wrong. Then I was blamed saying they thought I changed it when I ordered a 5 piece meal and 3 tenders. Didn't receive my 3 tenders.
