Excellent service and advice regarding my plan renewal. The process takes a while, but it's preferable to doing it over the phone. Unfortunately, at certain times, they don't always have all the equipment offered, so you'll have to go with more than two options if you're renewing with equipment. The advisor who helped me was very attentive.

Pésimo servicio y más de este tipejo de la caja 7. Es una déspota, ojala nunca traten así a su familia!!!
¡MUCHISIMO CUIDADO CON LOS ASESORES DE ESTE CENTRO!, no te resuelven con chips de reposición e intentan venderte un plan de renta o algún equipo. Recomiendo que vayan a otros centros, además son muy mal encarados, yo tuve que ir tres dias seguidos y nunca me resolvieron, hasta que me cambie de centro y levante un reporte donde me asesoraron y dijeron que en efecto hacen malas praxis en ese lugar.

On two occasions when I have visited the place to recover telephone lines, their service has been too complicated and contradictory.
Yesterday I went to cancel and recover my Telcel chip because my cell phone was stolen yesterday nearby and they only canceled my chip and they didn't want to help me recover my number with a new chip, they told me I had to buy a new device to give me my number again, how little empathy, yesterday I resigned myself, but today I went to another service center and they only asked me security questions to be able to recover my number.
The service is the worst.
