The pizza is excellent, but ever since they switched to a third-party delivery service like Rappi, I've had constant problems. They leave, don't send the code, and the pizza, which I've already paid for, is literally at my doorstep, but they don't deliver it because of the system. The boneless wings used to be amazing; now they send small portions with barely any sauce.

Horrible pizza, I ordered a mushroom one and they didn't put a single damn mushroom on the whole pizza, there were slices without mushrooms, and most of them were burnt.

Terrible. First they offer you the option to eat in, and then they rush you out when the closing time is 11 PM. The young woman at the counter told us not to rush. It's very annoying when they change the hours at the last minute, especially when you're there to eat with your family.

The service at that particular branch is awful. This is the second time I've ordered through Uber Eats from that location, and there's always a problem with my orders. When the delivery driver arrived, he told me they'd already given my food to someone else... And I understand I'm not the only one complaining about orders getting given to the wrong people or getting lost. Train your employees to use the app properly, or at least make sure they know who they're giving their order to.

This isn't the branch employees' fault. I just find it ridiculous that they don't ship to the Independencia neighborhood, even though we're 1.1 km away. When I got the customer service call, they recommended using Uber or Rappi to place my order, so I opted to order a Domino's pizza instead.
