Panperfocaccia Torino Reviews
Very good gluten free food! The waiters were amazing and the wine was good. I would not recommend the carbonara, but otherwise a nearly perfect experience.
Best gluten free pasta and pizza that I had in Turin. The service was the friendliest we experienced in Turin. I highly recommend.
( Update ) I have been a regular visitor to this restaurant and have always been happy with my experiences. Tonight, I enjoyed a very delicious meal with a beautiful view and was served by very respectful waiters. However, my experience took a disappointing turn when it was time to pay. Despite the wonderful service and food, I was met with the utmost disrespect by the person handling the payment simply because I did not have coins. This encounter left me with a very bad impression after an otherwise really nice time. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it marred an otherwise perfect evening.
Beautiful setting in the gorgeous Largo IV Marzo Piazza. They are not a 100% gluten-free facility but almost every dish can be made gluten-free and safe from cross-contamination for those with Celiac disease. Gluten-free diners get a special placement and their dishes are a different color (We saw this at several AIC-certified restaurants while traveling in Italy - its a great system for reducing the chance of a mixup!) We liked our food a lot and loved the ambiance in the piazza. A great lunch spot!
First, eating outdoors under the trees in the park adjacent to this restaurant is very atmospheric. Second, everything in the menu can be done gluten free and they take extra care with it, which makes life easier for a coeliac like me. The food seems fairly traditional but I wouldn't know. I was able to eat the ravioli, which is a first for me as a coeliac. I also had the ciacchia which was like a pizza but not. I really enjoyed the wild boar mortadella that was on it. Thanks to the restaurant for helping people like me!
I ate a hamburger with octopus 🐙 inside and I can't recommend it more 😍. The roll was crisp and one of the best rolls I have got in Italy; I mean really delicious!! And the octopus wasn't sticky at all as them has often been in my experience, no, it was very juicy and good. And I loved the little spicy tomatoes inside; only those could have had a bit more. But yes! I definitely will go there again even though the place isn't the cheapest one.
WOW! the service here went above and beyond to make sure that my food was great. super attentive to my gluten allergy and the fact that i am vegetarian. veggie burger was delicious, so was the gluten free draft beer that i had. will be returning next time i’m in Turin!
Incredible experience all around!! I have celiacs, my sister is vegetarian, we were with a picky toddler, and a group that wanted high quality Italian food. Everyone left happy and satisfied. Great service, great atmosphere, and the best home made pasta ever (both gluten free and gluten full). They gave me gluten free bread and others had gluten full bread. Everyone was highly impressed and loved the food. Can’t recommend enough
Our go to place when in Turin and looking for many gluten-free alternatives! I still have to find another place that offers as much choice. We loved both the food and the environment all the times that we dined here. I would personally reccomend the pizza and the pasta but also the rest of the food seems of very good quality!

Very friendly staff though we didnt speak italian. Good variety of hot dishes, foccacia bread with various toppings and pasta. Good wine list. Good service.

A good option to go for a gluten free pizza. The dough is spectacular, very well made, but the quality of the ingredients inside should be improved. The service is a bit slow, but if you're not in a hurry, it's a good option. It's a bit uncomfortable to sit at a table in a square full of pigeons while you try to eat in peace. Friendly staff.
One third of my steak was very, very chewy and my kid's gluten free pizza was forgotten completely. When they finally brought it they had only put the mozzarella on it AFTER the pizza was already fully baked. So, the mozzarella was basically completely raw and my kid hated the whole pizza. She ordered fries then instead which were good. They staff apologized but was not really able or helpful. So, I am pretty sure we will not be back.
The carbonara was disappointing; it lacked the typical taste of eggs and cheese. Additionally, there was too much pepper, which overpowered the flavor. The bacon (they didn’t use guanciale, as the traditional recipe calls for) was insignificant—just two tiny pieces, which is saying a lot. The "Degustazione di salumi e formaggi" was good, but for 22 euros, super tiny, there are better options around. If you are going to this place, i would recommend to go for the pizza all the way.

This is the wrong choice to taste pasta from Italy. We chose this place for the beautiful terrace under the trees. Although the waiter was very helpful in promoting gluten-free options, we chose the first two dishes on the pasta menu: the carbonara and the agnolotto. These pastas were served dried out on a plate with no sense of finish and did not seem fresh. The agnolotto is a bolognaise that had large chunks of sausage mixed in. The mushrooms are unfindable. The carbonara sauce is sour and absolutely unappetizing. It looks like reheated fare from a bucket that had been in the sun too long We did not consume this dish. The waiter had noticed this and suggested another dish for us but confidence in the kitchen was gone. Checkout is done inside in the hallway by the owner. The waiter relayed the problem to the owner, who completely ignored it. When we asked the owner about this, the response was "the world is big enough" . Sorry, but not in our world where respect is a value that still has a meaning. You don't have to go far in the world: the little square across the street has very good restaurants that are worthwhile.
