Soogreen Torino Reviews
Tried the seitan burger and was very good.
Great coffee and tea
It's quite a challenge to find Halal eateries in Lingotto, and this place is heaven! I really enjoy my quinoa super cheese burger, and I came back for the spinach burger (forget the actual name) with the soup. The burgers tasted good, warm and I don't feel like eating vege food. Staffs are friendly as well.
Nice place
The quality of the products is excellent but the Venere risotto with salmon, celery and pineapple was not good at all, the rice was mushy, undercooked, even considering the Venere type, and the combination with celery and raw salmon was not the best, I'm not fussy but this is the truth.
One of many places to eat in the gallery Lingotto. Goot for vegetarian or for a healty stop after conpulsive shopping.
Most of the dishes on the menu are unavailable (this isn't the first time this has happened, unfortunately, it's happened before). The waiters are distracted, superficial, rushed, and don't pay attention to customer requests. We're disappointed because the green message deserves greater attention and awareness from those who work there.
I swear I had the worst wrap in my life here. Tasteless and overcooked. Terrible
Won’t visit again.
Little or no food selection for those with food intolerances. The staff is sloppy and uninterested. I agree with the many negative reviews. Avoid.
Despite my friend and I having consumed a drink, we were asked to leave the table after ten minutes of sitting by the supposed manager (the girls were very kind and friendly despite the chaos). It's a shame because it was the only place I usually had coffee before work.
My experience at this bar was unfortunately disappointing. After ordering and sitting down, my group and I were asked by the supposed manager (the very kind ladies) to leave our table after just ten minutes, without a clear explanation or warning. The behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. It's a shame, because the place seemed to have potential, but such a hasty welcome makes it difficult to return or recommend it to others.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Soo Green. I was quickly seated at a table still set for previous customers, and despite my two polite reminders to the wait staff (always kind, but clearly struggling with managing a busy restaurant), no one came to take my order for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, I was twice brought a coffee I hadn't ordered, accompanied by the completely out-of-place question, "Were you the one who ordered the coffee?" I then approached the manager to calmly ask for clarification, and received a truly surprising response: I was told that if I was in a hurry, it would be better to get a take-out sandwich, even though he had kindly seated me and assured me that someone would be there right away to take my order. A completely inappropriate comment, especially considering my consistently polite and firm attitude. At that point, I preferred to leave, feeling/certainly that I wasn't welcome at all. I don't think I'll be back. Too little willingness to pay attention to the customer.
Disappointing quality
Totally overpriced and too many advertised ingredients are not in stock. Staff didn’t seem to know the menu well and were confused about what to put in my smoothie. They charged €6 for this tiny smoothie with pear, crunchy pieces of poorly-blended almonds, yogurt and coconut milk… oh wait they were out of coconut milk AND almond milk so they had to use soy milk instead. Nothing about this was worth €6. Go somewhere else.
Sorry but food was the worst I’ve ever tried in Torino. I ordered a sandwich which came with very bad smell. The coffee was below average. Considering that it is green place, they don’t have enough milk preferences. I had high expectations but I am very dissolved. DAY RUINED 😢😢
Mislabelled as vegan restaurant on google. Dry bread and untasty vegan options. Sorry but won’t be returning. Also when you enter, the place stunk of something horrible. Very strange.
I visited the other day and I'm not sure whose fault it was that the product I ordered ended up the way it did. I first asked if the person behind the counter spoke english, and yes they did, I then went on to ask if they made their juice there with fresh ingredients, the answer was yes, I confirmed that I wanted it fresh another time. I then asked if I could have a pineapple and mint juice, sure no problem. the person told me to go and wait at a table, they would bring it out when it was ready. after a few minutes I got my drinks, they were completely green, there were drops of mint syrup on the cup, I tasted it and it was pure mint syrup, pure sugar, nothing fresh about it at all. if you order here make very sure they get your order right, that you understand their replies, until I learn Italian, I will stay away from places like these.
Terrible! We ordered a Venere rice salad (too small, tasteless, different from the photo, served on a cardboard plate) and a burger (good flavor, but that lettuce leaf was so old and thrown away that I had to remove and fold it to eat it). Drinks were served in plastic cups—are you kidding? The menu was obscene, so broken and dirty that I didn't know how to turn the pages.
