7 Miles Tea Lab inside Del Amo Fashion Mall — great taste, refreshing drinks, and really good service! 👌🧋
Great milk and various mixed fruit drinks with Tapioca balls. Great tase. You can choose the sweetness level according to your taste.
So glad to see there’s a 7 Miles opening in Del Amo Fashion Center. So far I’ve tried the Belgium cookie milk tea and Oreo cookie milk tea and they are both AMAZING. My husband had a Mango Pomelo, and he said it was absolutely delicious!! can’t wait to be back

I recently visited this lovely 7 Miles Tea boba shop which offers a great selection of drinks, from classic milk teas to fruity options. The drinks are flavorful, and the boba is perfectly chewy. I tried the mango pomelo, and it was satisfying. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Overall, a solid spot if you wanna boba.
I absolutely love 7 Miles Tea Lab! The boba tea is always fresh and perfectly balanced. 7’s Mango Pomelo is my favorite—it’s so refreshing and flavorful with the perfect mix of sweet mango and pomelo. Their Brown Sugar Boba Milk is also amazing, with chewy pearls and rich, smoky sweetness. The menu has so many creative options, and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend to all boba lovers!
7 Miles Tea Lab is my favorite spot for boba! Their drinks are always super fresh and tasty. I love the Lychee Green Tea—it’s so light and refreshing. The Taro Milk Tea is another must-try, super creamy and delicious. Highly recommend!

The boba is honestly amazing no complaints about the drinks at all. But this place is clearly understaffed as hell Coming on a Saturday and seeing only one person working is wild. The wait time was crazy and while it’s not the employee’s fault, management really needs to get it together. Great boba, frustrating experience.
Order the black sesame drink with boba at 70% sweetness and it was perfect. Service was friendly, I was the only onew there so no wait. The place was clean and I enjoyed my drink so I would go back again.

The drink I got was fine, I'm glad it was good. I've been to the Cerritos location and liked the drinks so I was hopeful that the ingredient quality was consistent. I was not disappointed in that aspect. Customer service could be better though, cashier was not friendly

Ordered from this place multiple times and it’s normally decent, but recent order (ordered online for pickup) was extremely disappointing First, we were one of the first orders in the day around a weekday noon Tokyo matcha frappe which is supposed to come with boba and red bean were missing the topping…. Also, the straws we got were broken and cracked when we opened them. Had to use our own straws from home.

7 Miles Tea Lab is usually a great spot as I’ve been here many times and really enjoy the drinks. The Oreo milk tea and strawberry matcha are bomb. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing due to the customer service from one particular staff member. I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but repeated rudeness and dismissive behavior have made my visits uncomfortable. Each time I come in, I feel unwelcome and as if the staff member is frustrated to even be helping me or take my order. They’ve sighed, rolled their eyes, and tonight, when I asked for my order to-go, they tossed the bag at me. These incidents are small, but they make me want to leave and not come back. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that management can ensure more consistent and respectful service. This location has so much potential, and with a little improvement in staff training, it could easily be one of the best in the area. I am definitely willing to change my review to something positive when next I visit and notice any improvements!
I would like to talk about is the attitude. Really, lack of professionalism. 1. Did not understand what is 2% milk is. -her reaction was, “what” . 2. Did not understand what is dairy option. 3. Did not ask about percentage of sugar or ice. Huge training of customer service skill is needed. Taste was great.
The other Day I Brought my daughter here after her softball practice thinking we’d treat ourselves. She got the strawberry Oreo and loved it super sweet and fun, I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly offensive. Watery, bland, and looked NOTHING like the photo. Total catfish in a cup. The girl who took our order was so sweet and helpful, but the man behind the counter (manager? owner? not sure, but definitely full of himself) was completely unprofessional. Making rude comments about customers, laughing loudly, and speaking to the staff in a way that made the whole place uncomfortable. Just bad vibes all around. I came here to relax with my daughter after a long day not to witness some grown man throwing a passive-aggressive tantrum behind the counter. Won’t be back. Would rather hit a Starbucks drive-thru at this point.
The following is based on the experience of myself and other customers: Some auntie who works there was trying to rush my friend to order (we were in there less than 7 seconds) started hitting the glass with her palms quite aggressively. She wears grey pajamas and constantly frowning chewing gum and in general seemed under the influence of an illicit drug. The other two dudes were awesome though! Definitely a 5/5 service but because of the auntie this will be a 2. Also not too happy that her stomach was out while in a supposedly sanitary environment but that’s not a huge deal, more of a cherry on top. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but I saw someone else wrote a review where this person was throwing things at the customer and nothing was done about it. You will naturally see the easy legal resolution if something is not done. By the way, when she was acting like this, the look on the other workers was pure embarrassment. They also want her gone it seems. The worst part? This worker is now what most people will associate with 7 Miles as a brand. The rental space is around $8.5-10,000 USD per month so they really have to be gung ho about profits, and they all seem like they want to be there and they seem happy with their job. Except the auntie. However, looking into her behavior I can also see a perspective in which she is underpaid. Who else would be that ungrateful unless not getting paid enough? So now we have another possible legal case against this place all because of this worker. Usually places with insufferable staff is cheap but actually it’s about $7-9 per drink here. That means they have to sell around 15 drinks per hour to make their break-even point and 30 drinks per hour to be in decent profit. This means they are paying around $18-20 per hour per worker. The average retailer makes $16 an hour, with kindness and hospitality all across the mall. They make $32 LESS per day than this auntie. 5/5 for food though I liked the Thai tea boba <3 and they made it so fast!!!

My friend recommended 7 Miles to me, and I found out that Del Amo has them. I ordered an avocado on a mango drink, but it was quite disappointing. I usually prefer less sweetness, so I planned to order 30% sugar. However, after reading previous reviews mentioning that even 70% sugar tasted like 0-25%, I decided to go with 50% sugar. Surprisingly, the drink still lacked flavor and sweetness. When I brought this up with the staff their solution was simply poured syrup directly into my drink, stir it, and hand it back. After the syrup was added, the drink tasted like nothing more than water mixed with sugar. If anyone wants to try 7 Miles, I would recommend visiting another location. 大踩雷,报喝!
Ordered 4 Phoenix Oolong Milk Teas with 70% sugar, 2 with less ice and 2 without ice. All of the teas were SUPER BITTER and it had like 0-25% sugar. Extremely disappointing for our weekly game nights with boba + snacks 🙂↕️ On the bright side, the people at 7 Miles Tea Lab were really sweet and kind.

I’m also leaving this review because of the previous review about the employee, "Asia". Her specific behavior here is completely unprofessional and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. There was another young lady at the register, but the second I walked in, "Asia" swooped in and basically took over like she couldn’t wait to serve me. Her coworker even looked annoyed, clearly trying to stop her, which already felt awkward. When I was ordering, she was talking to me in a flirty, almost pushy way. It wasn’t friendly—it felt like she was forcing some kind of personal interaction. This isn’t customer service or hospitality. This is putting a customer in a position where they feel uncomfortable and disrespected while trying to enjoy their order. It’s honestly infuriating, and it ruined what should’ve been a normal, casual visit. The drinks here are good, but no one wants to deal with this kind of behavior. I know the owner is consistent with keeping up with these reviews and I am only going to say this one thing. If this is the kind of "employee" you allow to keep work, I won’t be coming back. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it.
I would give it more stars if the owner wasn’t so rude and even confirmed that their menu is a lie for people to have a dairy allergy when it says that it’s a certain milk he says it’s normal milk and forces you to pay for other milk, this could seriously hurt somebody. He’s super rude. It’s overpriced. The drinks are decent, but it’s not worth His BS.
Not gonna lie was really hoping to grab a drink for my wife. She sent me to Starbucks but as I passed I saw this place and knew my wife would love it. Went in to order to find all the staff huddled on their phones and looked like they were caught doing something…was sketched out but thought maybe they are young and haven’t figured out customer service. Ordered my drink only to find out they couldn’t make my drink because it was hot and they had no hot cups…y’all gotta train your staff better or this will not be around very long. Will come back and update my review because I’m sure it was gonna be awesome!
