This PF Chang's location in the mall is a great place to refuel for some shopping or a movie. The service here is very good and there are a ton of choices on the menu.. starting with the chicken lettuce wraps these are always a favorite as they have great flavor. The Mongolian beef and sesame chicken were both right on point.. the beef nice and tender, not too salty.. and the chicken lightly breaded and crisp with a rich smoky sauce.. all of your favorites are here. The location is the far east end of the mall so it is right near the east lot and parking structure so it is very easy to get here even if you don't have other business at the mall. Everything very very clean, super fresh and tasty.. overall a really nice dining experience at PF Chang's Torrance location.

Came in for happy hour and it did not disappoint! I got the edamame, dumplings, and short ribs, all so good. Eddie the manager stopped by to check on us, super nice and welcoming. Sandra made great drinks and has such a fun vibe. Definitely coming back for more happy hour nights here!

Came for my sons birthday, seated quickly and service was top tier. Food was delicious and birthday special came with bubble guns, perfect touch for the birthday boy- him and his friends loved! Wish it was Wednesday for 1/2 off cham it pagne!!! Will be back tomorrow!!!

Our first time at this location. A late lunch at 2 pm for our group of four, no waiting and seated immediately. Our server took our drink order, giving us time to go through the menu. My wife ordered Crispy Honey Chicken, I ordered Orange Chicken both with noodles, and my son and his wife had variations of Mongolian beef with steamed rice. For drinks, my wife had her Blue Hawaii, daughter in law a Coconut Mojito, and I had an incredibly smooth Japanese Old Fashioned. Our food appeared in good time. Everything was delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. Service and food were excellent and an excellent time by all. Enjoy!

The place is interestingly nice inside and child friendly. I had a coconut mojito and my husband had an Asian pear mojito (he says it’s was abit too sweet for his expectations) other than that, we enjoyed the atmosphere. Hoping to one day come back for happy hour and the Korean fried chicken which I was told it’ll be starting by Nov this year.

Great place to get some really good food. I've had the chicken and beef combo, which is usually really good. However, they sometimes skimp on the beef. For instance, I found only five pieces of beef in my meal, even after requesting extra. If that's what they consider extra, a normal serving might only have two or three pieces. I went back and explained that it should have been more, especially since I paid for the beef and chicken combination with extra beef. They admitted that there should have been more beef in my order. 😋 One thing to be aware of is that they don't include utensils unless you specifically ask for them. So, if you're planning to eat in your car or somewhere nearby, make sure to request plastic forks or whatever utensils you need. Otherwise, you might end up eating with your hands. Just a heads-up!

I went to my favorite restaurant with my family for dinner and was throughly disappointed. I ordered my favorites the pork dumplings and they arrived burnt and stuck to the pan. My entree Mongolian beef comes out next dry with minimal flavor. I ask for more sauce. 10 minutes after the entree and my appetizer comes back. I bite into the dumpling and there is a small ball of filling to 90% dough. I send them back. The manager comes over and I inquiry about the filling. He states they are no longer made in house but at the factory and arrive pre-filled. Even the Martini glasses are much smaller. Very disappointed and underwhelming experience for a meal that cost a little over $100.

Haven’t been here in a long time. Very disappointing. The 13$ lunch special sounded like a steal. But 0 effort went into it. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp which I had before. It tasted more like orange shrimp & even though the shrimp inside were quality the coating seemed like they make a batch for lunch & just reheat it. It didn’t taste freshly made beyond mediocre. Worse than Panda Express. The carrots were cold. & Brussels sprouts spicy after I specifically mentioned I can’t eat spicy. The hand folded crab wonton were good & the salad was descent. But even though the prices were a steal you can’t pay me to come back & eat here. It’s sad what happened here. They take the regular clientele for granted & make no attempt in attracting new one.

The service was ok, food was often either over cooked or not completely unthawed, or it would seem. Not the same experience it was 10 years ago. Friday night place was mostly empty, and I think it was for the reason that the food quality and service has lost its shine. Probably my last pf chang experience after going here since the early 2000s when this was the hotest asian fusion place in the country
