I got a strawberry mochi donut and it tasted very good, tasted like i was eating a baked cake and tasted like actual strawberry and not artificial.
The donuts are so cute and delicious. I wish they have this near where I live. I love the hojicha flavor!
Very cute dessert shop inside Mistuwa, they have a dynamic range of Japanese desserts there, crepes, donuts and mochi crepe etc..
Such a lovely little place! It’s so cute as well as delicious. Great service!
I absolutely love the donuts from here! Especially the Fruity pebbles donut. Excellent service as well!
The matcha is amazing, super delicious. The donuts are my favorite, my first time trying it and I will be back!!!!
My brother bought me a donut from them since I’ve been wanting to try it for so long and it was amazing and I will absolutely be bavk
CARD ONLY! THEY DON'T ACCEPT CASH UNFORTUNATELY. BUT THEY HAVE THE BEST DONUTS I'VE EVER TRIED IN MY LIFE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WAY BETTER THAN KRISPY KREAM
This place is amazing. The atmosphere, workers, and the food itself is second to none. I 100% would recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys well crafted sweets. I will definitely be back here soon!
Looks very pretty and good, lots of variety and they give a free donut if you review them, which is really nice. They’re freshly made on the spot and have drinks available too.
The donuts and and drinks were so good!! Will definitely come again!!! The service was amazing and don’t be scared to ask what the donut contains or anything they are really nice and helpful!!! 😊
Located in Mitsuwa, Mochill Donuts is near the left back of the marketplace, occupying the corner. I was there pretty bright and early (opens around 10AM) and got to take my pick of all the various donut flavors. I ended up picking black sesame, salted caramel, and strawberry crunch. Came out pretty quickly! I also ended up ordering the coffee jelly (replaced it with almond milk and removed the whip cream) which was also uber-delicious and loved the presentation. Staff was friendly and all the donuts ended up being really delicious / love the mochi iterations. Just be aware that this food court area does get super busy on the weekends especially so be prepared ahead of time!
I love the donuts at mochill! Located inside the mitsuwa. They are always so fresh delicious! They have a variety of flavors. Staff is always excellent!
I absolutely love this establishment. From the moment I tried it I knew it would be a daily grab.Along side there amazing coffee this place is a must try. Will try again
The blueberry matcha is so so good. The donuts come in lots of flavors. My favorite is the strawberry and matcha :) great service and options
The donuts here are the best, I especially love the black sesame and salted caramel 🤩 mochi donuts and the superior donut. They are a must try and mochill has the best quality
Way better than mochinut! I love the chewiness and flavors! Not to sweet! Momo is also so nice and accommodating!
The display, smell and taste of the donuts was amazing. They have a great variety of different flavors.
sooo good i love mochi donuts!!! the bounciness is so unique and it’s just one of my favourite desserts.
The first time we tried a mochi doughnut, it was so disappointing. That was not the case here! We tried the black sesame mochi doughnut and the ube brioche (?). Honestly, I didn't pay attention to anything other than the fact the latter doughnut was ube... Ube dough with an ube custard. It was basically an ube cloud. Both were absolutely delicious and a textural experience.
Super fast and good service. Got donuts at the end of the day and they were somehow still delicious! Would definitely check out many times over. *They do not accept cash*
Tiny and cute Mochi doughnut shop with many flavor options. Loved the Matcha and Reese's 😋 I wish I tried more! Next time!
Conveniently located in the Mitsuwa market, Mochill is clean and has a wide variety of flavors of donuts to offer. There are also crepes and coffee! The flavors are unique too! Service is great!
This is my favorite place for a treat! The chocolate donut is soooo good and Ive heard all the flavors are good!
Literally a chill shop with nice drink!
Very delicious, my first time trying a crepe. Got the number 3: Strawberry whipped ice cream.
All the mochi donuts and crepes are so pretty! Got the banana mochi crepe which was really soft and not too sweet

Its good and chewy. Usually mochi donuts arent my thing bcs its overly chewy and sometimes it comes hard. but these donut were good
Strip mall food court donuts, they were delicious, colorful, light, fluffy and chewy. Flavors were original and not too sweet for the Asian ones, which was perfect. Service was meh. Cost was okay!

Mochi donuts are amazing here! Fair variety, fast service, the display is high so it's easy to browse without squatting or bending over (a huge plus for me)! Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access! My family was so excited to try mochi donuts as they'd never had them! These did not disappoint!!!!
The cutest doughnuts hands down. They are airy and tasty. Friendly staff. a little hectic this being inside the food court for Mitsuwa.
I have visited this locations multiple times and they have various flavors. We have enjoyed trying black sesame, Nutella, cookies and crème, and matcha. Prices can be lower in my opinion.

Anytime I want to make my wife happy I just get her a donut from this place. They have the best quality of mochi donuts.. BUT.... The service staff are absolutely terrible.. never dealt with such miserable people before.
Was super excited to check this out since I've had the one in SF...ordered over a dozen and a half various flavors to try. Flavors were decent but a lot of the donuts seemed to have been out for a bit and just didn't taste right. I'd try it again if it was a fresh batch, but doubt I'd get anything on display.
I came here on June 11th in the afternoon. I was excited to try to lemon meringue brioche only to find the lemon filling was missing. A little disappointed since it's on the pricey side. Still willing to order again since the rest of the donuts were good!

It was okay. The donuts were a bit dry, I got the Nutella one but i couldn’t really taste any Nutella. I ordered one donut and one mango matcha, paid $11 for both of the items. Only after sitting down, I saw that they have an option of 3 donuts and one matcha for $12. I would’ve ordered that instead if I had known it was only a dollar difference. I feel like the cashier should mention and offer it if a customer orders a matcha/ donut combo since it’s on the menu. After receiving my order I asked if I could pay the difference and the girl said it was too late. I probably wouldn’t be coming back.
Delicious donuts — slightly pricey at $4 for their stuffed mochi donuts — but the reason for 3 stars is because the cashier was very rude. I understand everyone has their off days but there’s no excuse to take it out on the customer. She was on the shorter end and just looked so tired of life. As someone who works 80 hrs a week plus school, i get it. However, customer service is not for her then. Would definitely recommend retraining front staff. In terms of donut, i had the fried donuts with ube filling. It was not that fresh but the flavour was good. I’d go back if she wasn’t the cashier.

Located inside mitsua market food court. This place looked delicious and had high expectations. The crepes on display look amazing! However what you actually get looks NOTHING like what's displayed. The strawberry banana with ice cream and chocolate swirl tasted good. However, the presentation was terrible. Wasn't able to really enjoy it as it was packed and presented awkwardly. It looked like an ice cream cone with all the ingredients inside and a scoop of ice cream on top and wrapped with paper like I shawarma. Would have been better if they served it on plate. I asked for a plate to which they did not have. However, they provided a box which they just tossed the crepe inside it. Picture the lunch lady in highschool just tossing a scoop of mashed potatoes on your lunch tray. If there was ever catfishing on a menu this would be it. See attached pics *eye roll* Only spoons provided. I would recommend bringing your own plastic plate, fork and knife. Also ordered the Hawaiian latte which was good but wasn't hot enough. A bit warmer than lukewarm Service was quick but highly untrained. I really was expecting to give this place five stars but was HIGHLY disappointed by the poor service and how they served the crepe.

I went to the Torrance location today at 11:26 to get my court staff some donuts as a thank you, since tomorrow is Thanksgiving. When I got there, no one was at the front counter so I waited several minutes. Once the clerk (name Taisuke) finally noticed me, she came over but didn't so much as say hello or greet me. Instead she stared at me as if my presence there was an inconvenience (she did not have a friendly/welcoming look on her face). I tried to move past that and said hello but again, I got no response. At this point, I was annoyed so I said can I order and her response is that's why I'm standing here. Again, I tried to move past her terrible attitude and complete lack of customer service but then her rudeness continued. I order the 6 box special and started to name the requested flavors and she walked away mid-sentence and then raised her voice with me when I asked if she heard what I requested. The entire experience was so unprofessional and jolting, as a first time customer. Sadly, I will never return here because I am not going to enrich a business with terrible customer service - the donuts aren't worth the attitude. The bar for customer service these days is low but this didn't even meet that low standard.
Very rude the white lady should not work on that place
The woman who was on the register was extremely rude and made us feel like we were begging for service. 12/4/24 4:22pm
I’ve been a regular customer at Mochill Donut inside Mitsuwa in Torrance and usually have great experiences here, which is why this visit was so disappointing. While my sister and I were looking at the menu, one of the female employees quietly asked what we wanted to order. I was mid-conversation with my sister and could barely hear her because she was speaking very softly. She then walked away. When we were ready to order, I let her know, but her tone felt off. She again mumbled her question in a dismissive way. I asked if she was having a bad day because the tone came across negatively. She responded that she was very tired and said she had already asked me twice what I wanted. I told her I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that, especially in front of my 15-year-old sister. She then walked away from the register and had another employee take my order. The other employee was very polite and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the first employee then made my Hawaiian latte and slammed it on the counter. When I asked who the manager was, she responded with “who cares,” which I found extremely unprofessional. I love Mochill Donut and frequently come here specifically for the sakura matcha latte, but this experience left a bad impression. I understand people have bad days, but I won't let this miserable employee take it out on me. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen again.
On 9.11, I walked into Mitsuwa market to get to the donut shop and was startled by the most unpleasant girl, who looked miserable, talked miserably, and didn't have enough respect to speak to me face-to-face. Apparently, she must be under the concept that she is doing me a favor by selling me $36.00 worth of donuts, and I didn't deserve to understand what she was saying. This will be my last time purchasing from this vendor. Discusted!
