Got chocolate peanut butter smoothie with no agave and pea protein .. so so good 😊 ! she made it really good doesn’t always come out good but this time so very good .. super happy it’s my post workout smoothie .. highly recommend

I was there Wednesday July 5th around 530ish pm I had placed a mobile order I knew I had arrived early and had no issues waiting. I was greeted by Brandon as I walked in and he said it will just be a few minutes. Then as he was making it he proceeded to ask me how my day was now I wasn’t gonna say how emotionally draining it was as I had just come back from a funeral for a younger cousin. But the fact that he ASKED meant the world to me. The world needs more of Brandon. Kindness when you don’t know what someone is going through can make a world of difference. Ps. This location is 4 miles farther for me than the RB but I will drive all the way here for this location. The açaí bowls were made better , fresher fresh ingredients more consistent granola layer . Thank you again

I used to go to Nektar in the SF Bay Area, but after a couple years the service dropped off so much that the smoothies were no longer good. This Nektar has re-established my love for this brand. The crew here are usually very attentive, and they have been consistently great in their execution of our complex orders. (We usually have several substitution ls and additions for each of the base smoothies order.)

I love the smoothies at Nekter Juice Bar. They’re fresh, delicious and packed with a bunch of flavor. The variety of options makes it easy to find something that hits the spot every time. However, my experience with the service has been frustrating lately. The staff is great. They’re kind and often times will greet you with a smile. Lately they seem overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to significant delays. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 15-45 minutes for 1 smoothie. What’s most frustrating is that there’s no rarely any communication about the wait time, leaving me standing around without a clear idea of when my order will be ready. While the quality of the smoothies keeps me coming back, the lack of efficiency and transparency in service has made me think twice. I really hope management addresses this issue soon, I’d like for Nekter Juice Bar to continue being my go-to spot without the stress of long, unexplained waits.

Can the owner of this location please tell me how your staff doesn’t know how to sell the gift cards that are on promotion for the holidays? I’m sorry, this should be taught when you hire someone. Sadly , your store lost out on making an extra 100 bucks , because the young men running your store had no idea how to do this !

They are in a good location and the staff is really nice. However, their fruits are not so fresh. The banana they used in my bowl was too old and their pineapple today was rotten. So not so fresh!

Acai mango bowl was really watery/runny?? Never had that happen before.

The staff was not worried we were even in the establishment. No greeting, no nothing. Large water spill, looked like something was leaking. Approached staff member (cashier KJ) inquiring about promotion we seen, she had no clue what it was or what we were talking about. Didn't even show interest in finding out. Ordered via the app because we wanted to promotional deal. Once ordering via the app it sent an email saying we were eligible for the free drink, but when we clicked the link via the email. It took us back to the app.. and no coupon/ discount was available. Unclear, waste of time. Cashier K, was rude and unhelpful. Young lady making the smoothies was much nicer (Deanna) but she let us know she was new and didn't know much. Ask to speak with a manager, one wasn't on site; the cashier reached out to one via text and the manager advised we had to wait until after a 24hrs. No where on the flyer, app or email stated that. Annoyed. I order the Pitaya Passion Smoothies and added pineapple. Delicious, and it was pretty. My sister got berry something IT WAS TERRIBLE, terrible, I'm taking turn your face up scrunch your mouth bad. Definitely needed it remade or money back. They remade it and then made it SUPER SWEET, it was overwhelming. Over all experience TRASH. I will not be returning..

Went here to try the acai bowl and I have to say it was pretty bad. The acai was very bland with little to no flavor. Most of the flavor came from the fruits and honey on top. Might as well call this the strawberry banana honey bowl. Good presentation but the execution in taste was disappointing.

Very rude service (the young girl), she should not be working there if she hates customers. Ordered an açaí bowl without granola and I got barely half a bowl. When asked why is it this small? Was told in a rude manner with rolling eyes that I asked without granola. I don’t expect to get a half bowl of plain granola when I order an açaí bowl for $10. I buy smoothies and açaí bowls almost daily. Would not recommend this place. Better going to Whole Foods next door.
