My dad been having a taste for A spin pizza for a while now. After coming from the Dentist Office , we decided to go come here to the mall to find a pizza spot and this place caught our attention. The pizza was very good. I love how they took their time making this pizza. The crust was thick which is what I like.
As a manger of a major restaurant I give 5 stars best service in the mall. a rated which is the best you can get. and delicious pizza which the fresh recipe goes back to 1956 plus they have the biggest and freshest selection of food for the best value as well.cant be beat 5 stars !..............

I CAME BACK TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER TRY ONLY BECAUSE IT'S BEEN A YEAR SINCE I WAS HERE. THE DOUGH WAS REALLY SOFT I ORDERED A WHOLE CALZONE PIZZA WHICH WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES WE'RE MUCH BETTER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE STORE MANGER (JOSE) WANT VERY APPROACHABLE. PLUS HE WAS WATCHING HIS PHONE WHILE WORKING THE REGISTER. I REALLY HOPE THAT THE OWNER TAKES THE TIME TO REVIEW THE CUSTOMERS REVIEWS AND ACTUALLY PUTS A PLAN TO "MAKE SBARRO GREAT AGAIN" I REMEMBER THI EATING SBARRO FROM THE LONG BEACH MALL BACK IN THE 90'S. The people behind the counter were really nice, the food looked fresh and tasted delicious. But the fact that I just paid over $13 for just two slices is ridiculous. I can get a whole pizza for less that at one of the chains.
I was disappointed with the food. The pizza wasn't even hardly warm when I got it. The bread different. Not that soft and overloaded garlic salt. This place has changed a lot.
Honestly I've never been more disappointed and angry. The woman taking my order gave me the wrong items more than once and got upset when I corrected it. And while eating, I pulled a long black hair off of my pizza! I brought it to them in hopes that I get a refund or new item but instead I got an " oh well, it happens.", and a shrug from the MANAGER! Oh and by the way, the hair looked like it belonged to her.

I wish I could give one star. The pizza maker was using his bare hands to roll and fluff the dough. Me and my boyfriend witnessed it. The pizza toppings were dull and didn’t have any flavor. My boyfriend and I got burned, cold slices. The entire pizza is just tomato sauce. Absolutely no flavor or originality at all. We will never come here again. On top of that, they reheated the burnt & cold pizza which gave the crust a nice brick hard, overly crunchy feeling. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!
Stay away from this place if possible. The food is never served warm. The workers never smile. Also, I just found that Management has decided NOT to give free refills with a purchase of a drink. Maximizing profits at our expense is unacceptable! We need to stand strong together and avoid this place until they bring back the free one refill policy! Most other food places in the Del Amo Mall food court do offer free one time refills. Only one food place charges 65 cents for a refill.
I came in recently and was greeted with one of the most disrespectful workers I’ve ever come across. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza from Kim yet she seemed to be irritated by me being there. I am very disappointed in her lack of enthusiasm and care for my service. To be quite honest i felt as though I was a burden to her. Because of this i honestly hope a manager speaks to her about her tone and rudeness.
We came to Sbarro in order to eat pizza for my brothers birthday. The first bad part was that we had to wait 35 minutes. That wasn’t too bad. We ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza because two of our family members can’t eat pork. They ended up giving us all pepperoni and those two family members couldn’t eat the pizza. We took the pizza back but they said it would take even longer. We were highly dissatisfied as we watched the kids across from us watch The Grinch and eat their pizza. I’m just saying this to advise the other people who are going to get sbarro or to the employees to realize what they can do better.
The food is amazing!!! However the girl on the register during the weekend always charge you more than what you should normally pay, my total was $9 and she tried to charge me $15!!!! Also she gave me the wrong slice!! Plus her rudeness and lack of professionalism!! Other girls are usually very sweet and respectful.
The worker was so rude i was ready to leave my order behind. The only reason we still got tje food was blaze was out of pizza sauce. Gengis khan had no soup but charged you for it with the combo and Pinks was closed.
It was our first time to try this place, The worker in this restaurant named Rigoberto Is RUDE we were eating pizza and he SHOUTED AT US asking for the cheese powder. My daughter right away get up to bring the cheese powder to him, but he didn't use it, looks like he dont like that we have it on our table. They suppose to provide more of that for the costumers.
Love the food but customer service isnt very nice .. Employee LiLit i get her every time on my lunch and each time she is rude . last time she shoved my pizza across the counter at me & another time she wasn't welcoming. Me as one of an employee for the mall its frustrating .
