In my opinion, this branch has the most delicious flautas and vampiros. The only thing I don't like is that they don't even accompany the flautas with a little salad. For the price, I think they should have some kind of side dish. The place is small but very nice, and don't forget the weekday deals on flautas and vampiros.

I ordered sirloin tacos and flan to go, but they didn't include napkins, cutlery, or spoons. Since I'm traveling, I don't have spoons in my hotel room. It was a bad experience because eating the beans without a spoon is very difficult, and the flan was the same. Completely disappointed.

Los desayunos más caros y más simples q me consumido... Casi 300 pesos por un desayuno de huevo y frijoles jajaja mejor quedense en su casa o vallan a un buffet q por ese precio comes hasta reventar, o por unas gorditas q no te gastas ni 100 pesos 🤣

In my opinion, the place is perhaps overrated. Last night we went there were a lot of people, we got a table quickly, yes, they take your order quickly but the service is very, very slow, 40 minutes to receive the food, added to the fact that to our surprise the food was super, super undercooked, very poor, super undercooked even the fries, the truth is it is not good, it does not have that good flavor and everything is very small. The only redeeming feature of the place are its sauces, that green cilantro one is very good, perhaps it is what lifts the food.

Pésimo el servicio para hacer un pedido a domicilio casi 30 llamadas y las únicas veces que respondían me colgaban el teléfono Si así conservan a sus clientes definitivamente no volveré a llamar ni a comprar pésimo

El día de hoy 19 de febrero, llegó a pedir la promoción de los vampiritos por lo cual soy cliente frecuente no acudo mucho a la sucursal del fresno al momento de hacer mi pedido la cajera me comenta que sólo pago en efectivo, eso se me hace de mal gusto cuando ya en la actualidad se manejan más las tarjetas que el efectivo.

It's unbelievable that they're not accepting card payments, I can't believe it's 2025! What they're doing to us is outrageous. I hope it gets resolved soon, although I doubt it... the service is incredibly slow.

It's incredible that in the middle of 2025, they don't accept card payments. What year are we living in? I've been there five times this year and they haven't accepted card payments, either at the Viñedos branch or the Fresno branch. Terrible.

Honestly, the waiters' service is fine. The only thing I didn't like was that they gave me rotten lemons. The food quality is good, and the portion size is reasonable for the price. I mean, it's not cheap, but it's in a good area. And asking for the bill feels like you're asking them for a favor; they really need customer service training.
