Their thing, their thing, are tacos. I tried some hot dogs, which didn't meet my expectations. The flavor was average, so they'll have to improve that. The tacos, in all their varieties, are very good; they're high-quality, clean, and have good service.

The chicharrón tortilla is still the same; it's mostly onion. I can only imagine what it would be like if someone ordered it without onion. The creamy salsas are excellent, both the red and the green, but several times I've ordered the pressed pork tortilla and it's had way too much onion in very large pieces. But overall, everything else is delicious and of the same quality as always.

This is the third time they haven't given me what I ordered. That said, the first time I messaged them on Facebook, they contacted me immediately to make up for a missing item. But almost always something is missing, or they change something, and it's impossible to notice because I always order takeout, so you only realize it when you get home. And this last time, they lost my order. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, I went to run some errands, and when I came back it wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes before asking, and they only just started preparing it, and another 15 minutes passed (there were hardly any customers, so the service was very slow).

I was practically alone, they have parking, we had no problems parking, the music was good and at moderate volume, the waitress was attentive, but without giving recommendations, we ordered what we wanted, and nothing out of this world, my hamburger 🍔 was medium to good, the tacos, I think the meat was a little dry, the flour tortilla was the redeeming quality, the Jamaica water was tasteless, and the horchata was also not very good. These tacos are famous but we will have to try other things

I think the portions could be a little bigger. The flavor and seasoning are good, the service is wonderful, and the wide variety of dressings, sauces, and toppings is great and greatly enhances the flavor. Recommended, though the portions could be improved.

Hi everyone, today I'm sharing a bad experience I had at Tacostao Viñedos so you can be careful and check your bills when you pay. Yesterday, a group of nine friends and I went, and when we went to pay, they added an extra charge for three dishes we didn't order: one carne asada tortilla, one chilaquiles, one pastor taco, and one beer. This added almost $600 pesos to our bill. The girl who took our order was aware of this and had a separate receipt for the extra items. She manipulated it, saying "it was double-checked, I'll remove it from the bill," which was a lie, and she kept trying to charge us. The girl who took our order even confirmed it again to make sure it was correct. When we paid and confirmed that we had settled the entire bill, we noticed the extra dishes, as they told us there was still an outstanding balance. Obviously, we complained and explained our actual order, and they only took away one dish for each clarification. Then, as we were leaving, they demanded a tip, so we each left our respective tip (we paid separately since we were all couples), totaling almost $200 pesos in tips. Our bill was $1,500, so we stopped again to double-check the bill, and they were still charging us for an extra chilaquiles that "had already been removed from the bill." So I just told them their tip was there and we were leaving. It's really messed up that they try to take advantage of the fact that there are several of us, and that, as is usually the case, only one person ends up paying for everything together and then reimburses that person later, and then they make these extra charges when someone has already left and didn't notice in time. Oh, and by the way, they wouldn't let us keep the receipt. The owners should check this with their staff, as we had a very bad experience in that regard. We don't want to go back to that branch. It was outrageous of the staff to try to squeeze extra money out of us by falsifying our bills, and it was a complete waste of time, as they kept us there for over 40 minutes because of this problem. Always double-check your bills, even if you're in a group, and confirm what you ordered!

It takes about 20 minutes to serve you, but they're always on the lookout for your plates. The music is so loud, it doesn't make you want to stay longer to eat or chat.

They never answer the phone to place an order! I always have to call the Independencia branch and ask them to call the Viñedos branch and take my order. I go to the branch to order directly at the register and it turns out there aren't that many people there, but their phone rings and they ignore it. Terrible service!
