Absolutely shocking 😳. Portion sizes are ridiculous small. Should call it KFP Kentucky fried pigeon 🤔. In comparison with Cartagena or San Javier the chicken strips are half the size. Not friendly staff at all.

One star is generous. Visited today and left genuinely concerned about food safety standards. The manager was repeatedly handling his mobile phone, pulling it from his back pocket, while preparing food and making ice cream. No hand washing in between. Basic hygiene, apparently optional. The food itself? My burger arrived cold. I returned it. The replacement was the wrong burger entirely. Returned again. The third attempt was still cold in the centre. At that point, I gave up. Three burgers. None of them right. And a manager more interested in his phone than the food he was serving. This isn't a bad day, this is a systemic problem. I'd strongly encourage a visit from whoever oversees hygiene compliance, because what I witnessed today was not fit for a food establishment.

Don't come here! It is too full, understaffed. Staff is overwhelmed. Food takes forever. Tables and bathrooms are dirty. No napkins, no soap and an awful noise!

It's KFC a global brand. I went in with a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 children and it cost me €52 which I paid at the touch screen but there was no option for mayonnaise. My youngest loves mayonnaise with her fries. So I asked at the collection point and I was informed that it was 10 cent for a little sachet of mayonnaise. I didn't have 10 cents so Colonel Sanders greedy staff member went and got the card reader so I could tap my bank card to pay for a tiny little sachet of mayonnaise.

Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered 15 piece which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the chicken and fries were old and cold. After complaining, got new fries but the same chicken which had been put under the hot lamp. Complained again that the chicken wasn’t fresh, got new chicken, but only just cooked, so rubbery not crispy. The freshly cooked fries also had virtually no salt on them. It wasn’t just the food which was poor, but the manner in which the complaints were dealt with. The staff were surly and obnoxious; they really couldn’t care less. Daddy finished what the kid’s couldn’t simply as not to waste money. Edit (12 hours later) - so I receive a response here 3 hours after my review. Unfortunately I don’t read Spanish anymore, nor can I copy and Google translate the message, however I have seen similar responses in English, so get the idea. Perhaps if management spent more of their efforts running a good kitchen, concentrating on delivering a quality product and service, rather than fending off bad reviews online, they might prosper. I don’t need to send an email to the company. I’m not looking to assist or for any recompense. Merely, I want to warn others the higher than average possibility that they could have a bad customer experience if they choose to eat here, and to maybe go to another restaurant. Management reply just reconfirms the bad experience. AVOID. 2nd edit - completely forgot about the sodas, flat and too syrupy. Like they try to mask the lack of gas by adding more syrup. I know gas is expensive and in short supply: suggests the place is being run on a shoestring. Undercooking the food to make the oil last longer?

Useless customer service - the counter was closed with orders on the self service terminals only. The problem is only one screen was working out of three. The staff were literally stood there watching the queue get longer and longer and didn't have the intelligence to open the tills at the counter. Only when I started taking photos did they decide they might actually do some work and opened just one till out of four. I gave up after 10 minutes of waiting and went elsewhere to eat after only one order was placed in all that time! The staff need some serious training on customer service and maybe once in a while actually smile at customers and make them feel welcome - a real miserable bunch of people.

We have just had a takeaway and ordered a 9 piece bucket. Got home to find the 9 smallest pieces of chicken including 4 wings, you can buy 3 chicken wings for 2€ I’ve just paid 6,95€ this was meant to feed a family of 4. Absolute rip off. Tried to call them but they don’t answer the phone.
