Cute location with plenty of seating — clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. ✨🪴 I ordered the honey, ginger, cinnamon latte with a shot of coffee, and I wish it had been a bit sweeter and more flavorful on its own but the presentation was lovely. ☕️🌿 My cucumber and cream cheese on toast was simply delicious — the perfect light snack and beautifully made. 🥒🍞💛 Great spot for a quick bite and a relaxing moment!

Best coffee shop in Tracy, hands down. The Drinks: The shop uses beans from San Joaquin Coffee Co - high quality and locally sourced 👍 The espresso roast is tasty and consistent. My go to iced drink is a quad iced Americano. On cooler days I go for their drip coffee. They keep the batches small and fresh and generally have various roasts on rotation. My favorite is Grapes of Wrath. They also offer free refills on the drip for dine-in which is a plus. They also have a nice selection of non coffee beverages too. If I'm looking for something non caffeinated The Cure is my iced drink of choice and the Cozy Latte if I'm wanting something warm. The Cure is the perfect blend of sweet, fruity and a little spicy - super refreshing. The Cozy Latte is chamomile tea with oat milk and honey and a dusting of cocoa powder on top. Highly recommend giving this one a try on a cold day. So good! The Food: They have a selection of toasties and snacks as well as both sweet and savory pastries and a handful of other sweet treats. Some favorites are Jules' banana bread, the ube croissant and Kristen's butterscotch biscoff cookie. The Atmosphere: The shop is small but cozy. They have a few high top tables, some low top tables, a loungey area with a couch, coffee table and two chairs as well as outdoor seating in front and out back. When the shop is busy it's bustling and lively. When they're less busy it's quiet and relaxing. I enjoy both atmospheres equally. And their music playlists never disappoint. They also host monthly trivia nights, karaoke on Friday nights and Java and Jams on Saturday nights. The Staff: I can't speak highly enough about the baristas here. Every single employee is wonderful. They greet everyone who walks in with a smile and a "Welcome in!", they're personable and they'll remember your name and drink after only a few visits. They really make an effort to make the shop a positive environment. Overall, great coffee, great people. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't yet.

The very best in Tracy, by far. Excellent atmosphere, attitude, food quality and coffee taste. I only wish they had more food options, like eggs, cereals/yogurt/fruits, healthy options. Other than that, the best option.

Great coffee experience. Cortados for the purest and Creme Brulee lattes for people with a sweet tooth, both delicious and well made. Glad I found this gem of a coffee shop. It's a new stop when passing through Tracy.

Excellent place for coffee with good and interesting snack options. Their speciality drinks are creative enough without going too crazy and definitely makes this a spot worth looking at going to if you're in the area!

My experience was good here except the long wait, and also lade tried to give butter croissants three times , but I love my maple latte, and covers all flaws.

This coffee shop is adorable, fresh and a great hometown vibe. The coffee is delicious and the food options are great for a light meal or sweet treat. GF cookies too! 👌🏻 I got an amazing dopio with delicious crema, the espresso was a delicious perfect creamy pull. Well done @centralcoffeeco!

5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD for this wonderful coffee shop in Downtown Tracy — and it says quite much because of its location from the RTD Transit Station and how conveniently located it is compared to other coffee shops. Me and my partner went on a Sunday and it was BUSTLING as we anticipated it to be — and honestly I was BLOWN away by the experience. Their golden honey latte was RIGHT on point and so was their London fog latte as well. Talk about pastries too — their horchata crossaint is one of the best in the region. I’m usually pretty picky at the taste of horchata but this one did not fail me at all. Service was exceptionally pleasant, considering the fact that we had so many people in line. They were very responsive to our needs. Atmosphere was a little hot but I’m not gonna lie — it was pretty chilly for 80 degree weather on a hot summer day in Tracy like that! Will definitely be coming back to support this local business for sure!

Good vibes, GREAT coffee. I'm picky with how much sugar goes into my mocha, and they perfected it. Not too sweet and not bitter at all. A great find and a café I'll be returning to.

I love this place. I think I found my new go-to spot. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful when I was choosing what to order. I usually go for teas and non-cafinated drinks, and they were good at telling me all the drinks that had to offer. I went with the golden latte. With oat milk. I also love that they have milk alternatives. As well as sugar-free options. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. I was able to sit for about an hour and I got a lot of work done.

First time customer, friendly and helpful staff. Cute environment, a little small on the inside but the outdoor dining was warm and inviting. Ordered off the specialty menu and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be coming back

We ordered a hot creme brulee latte it was perfect blend of vallina and espresso topped with a traditional caramelized crust that cracked beautifully with each sip. We opted for medium sweetness so it didn't overpower the latte. Delicious!

Honestly it’s a family-owned business, and the family is very kind. As someone who always enjoys going there, I can say the place feels safe, warm, and welcoming. They also have live music, which adds to the atmosphere. I’m not from that area, but I often go there to spend time because the place is very nice, the family is friendly, and the food is delicious. They always take good care of me and their customers.thanks for their hospitality.I truly recommend them!

They have different varieties of tea and Coffee options. Like almost everything I tried. Usually not a tea person but their cozy latte with camomile tea is very good. People are very nice and vibe is very casual.

Central Coffee is great when it’s not busy. The coffee’s solid—definitely better than Starbucks—and worth the price when they have time to make it right. But weekends can mean 30+ minute waits, even with just a few orders ahead. (Sorry but No coffee is worth 30+ mins wait) So when there’s a random rush, the drinks taste rushed and overly sweet, and the service drops off significantly. I’m not hating—it’s a decent spot—but just know the experience really depends on timing. Seems like they could benefit from hiring more folks for the weekends

Been here in several occasion and every visit is quite a treat. The drip coffee is not the best but try their cappuccino and you'll be blown away. Even better if you request it via the ceramic cup. Gives you that traditional and relaxing atmosphere where you can really enjoy a great cup of coffee. Their barista is the best.

Staff was nice and the patio area was super cute, but if you're a true coffee lover, you'll probably end up disappointed. the craft drinks, espresso, and tea drink were just not it. We got a couple sips in before throwing them out

:I visited your café today with a friend to enjoy Halloween, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The barista with long black hair spoke to us very rudely and raised her voice to tell us the shop would close at 2 PM. There was no notice posted at the entrance or on the door, and the way it was communicated felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. She also told us we could not sit outside, in a tone that came across as unfriendly and disrespectful. In addition, the coffee quality was not satisfactory the portion was very small, and the water used had an unusual taste. We even started coughing after drinking it, which raises concerns about water quality. Also most of the pastries are not fresh so they had to warm it . I hope the staff can receive proper customer service training and that the café ensures clear communication about operating hours. I also recommend checking the pastries and water quality to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for customers. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.

We had a very disappointing experience here. The workers were not welcoming when speaking to customers, and instead of being genuinely helpful, they acted like they were doing you a favor. The mocha tasted exactly like the crème brûlée drink, so most of their drinks seem to have the same flavor but just different names. The place itself is extremely noisy and uncomfortably narrow, making it hard to relax. Prices are also very high compared to other coffee shops. The only positive thing I can say is that some of their pastries were actually tasty—but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall poor experience.
