Sandwich so good I didn't even get to take a picture. I came all the way from Stockton to go to this location and it was worth it! I ordered with no sauce because of my drive and it was so good it didn't even need it. Thanks Travis ,Lisa, and Alaina.
It's been a while since I have been inside. There is a new system that you place your order and the team makes your sandwich. Honestly, I much rather enjoyed watching them make my order, when in store. I score low on service since technically, I placed my order at the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. I did get to have some random conversations with the strangers also waiting for their food. Let's go ahead and put a TV in there and we can start watching games and enjoying the dine in option.
I was in on my lunch today and WOW! I got the #9 toasted with pepperjack cheese. The pastrami was fresh and cooked perfectly. There was a line when I got there but nothing I wouldn't expect around lunch time. Their wonderful team effort to move the line is outstanding! Everyone at this location is so friendly and make sure I get my sandwich exactly how I like it! Thank you to the Togo's team at this location for making my experience great! I will Be returning very soon! Keep up the great work!

I love this place to eat! Always clean! Last few times we noticed they have a high turn over with employees and think this is why we are missing items in our salads and sandwiches! But over all best sandwich place!
I love Togo's sandwiches I have been eating at Togo's sandwiches since they came out in the 70s. It's my opinion that Togo's had the best sandwiches out of all the different sandwich shops in business. They use good bread and not the kind you take a bite of you sandwich and the bread crumbles in your hand. They are also a test of time. Look how long they have been in business. Sandwich shops have come and gone but Togo's is still here. My favorite is the number #9.

Orders are consistently wrong from this location. Getting sick of not being able to eat what I paid for. It's unfortunate, but we won't be back. $11 for a sandwich to only end up eating cereal instead is too much-especially more than once!

Love Togo's...but the last 3 times I've been there on a Saturday, they never have enough sandwich makers. One for sandwiches and one for phone orders 2 sweeping and one on register is not enough. Although the boy did ask for a baker to come out.. She didn't come out until the 3rd time being called so after 10 min waiting finally she came out..only for her to take 5 min to washer hands the play with the motion sensor napkin dispensor to come out then find golves...what a night mate. I asked for an Asian chicken wrap...and just 2 shakes of pepper corn...well, she left all the sauce out. Had to go back in ask ask for a side ugh.
This is people's food we are putting in our mouths , they we're literally training someone with my sandwich itches away talking directly onto my sandwich as I see spit particles flying out thier mouths onto my food. They shouldn't be training people on actual people's food... then they didn't even ask me how I wanted my sandwich . Just usumed...
Sandwich was awesome but the kiosk experience seemed so impersonal. Not to mention they gave me someone else's order when I was the only one waiting 😕 Seems to me it wouldn't be confusing for the workers with the automation nowadays. Workers didnt even say my name. Always very slow on my orders and one of ladies she is very rude with me like she hates me not sure why but , i always have the worst experience in this place, thanks
Came in 10mins before closing ordered my sandwich all for him to tell me he cant toast it . Im super pregnant and now i cant eat because a toaster is unplugged like plug it back up !!!
Just ordered a #9 HOT pastrami and waited for the sandwich 40 minutes, the food was delivered through the wrong door first of all and then I got a sandwich colder than a subway vigi sandwich, I called to see if the order was miss understood the guy asked me to hold and i was put on hold for over 5 minutes I believe he forgot he had asked me to wait.... The most unsatisfying order in the history of my orders and I get food from all over the place!! This was a bad experience TOGOs in tracy!
I will not come here anymore due to improper food handling from the workers, one worker in particular. The girl working here of Indian descent continues to PICK HER NOSE!! and proceed with making customer’s sandwiches without washing her hands!! She has picked way up into her nose, looked at what she got out of her nose, made a disgust look on her face, then continued to make my sandwich like it was all good. Disgusting! This has now happened on three separate occasions with the same worker, how are we not reporting this girl to get her to stop doing this? I’m sure she’s done this to others as well, please report her! Young girl of Indian descent slim build, she’s so gross.
I’m sure the workers are fine but both sandwiches my wife and I ordered tasted terrible. Sweet bbq sauce mixed with sweet pickles on hard bread. Not good.
3 of us walked in yesterday at 4 PM after a long day. Store was empty, clean and inviting and there were 5 staffers behind the counter. (One with very long hair needs to put it up out of the way). We ordered 3 items : 1 sandwich, 1 gluten free wrap, and a half salad to go. Each had an ingredient modified based on dietary restrictions and one had extra meat added. We confirmed everything before completing the transaction and after a brief interval our food was ready. As the order was handed to us, the clear packaging of the salad revealed 2 errors that were pointed out (plus missing dressing). They did a remake and included the dressing. The sandwich and wrap were...all wrapped up in the bag and it wasn’t until we got home that we discovered multiple errors with those 2 items. The wrap was ordered to be gluten free. Opened the paper wrapping and the sandwich “wrap” immediately fell apart, becoming a half salad with plain wrap on the side, revealing 4 errors: the wheat based croutons were left in, and the cheese and 2 other normal ingredients we wanted were omitted (and the romaine ribs were turning brown). The pastrami sandwich had 3 errors: it was supposed to be just the bread and extra meat (no veggies, onions, or condiments - allergy), and was paid for that way...but it had onions, mustard and there clearly wasn’t any extra meat. So, we paid $35 for items that weren’t just wrong, we could not eat them, except the one half salad (remake). All 3 of us work in service/management. Yes, mistakes happen, but it’s pretty rare for it to happen in multiple ways with every item in an order, when it’s all clearly and correctly spelled out on the ticket that was still attached to each item. If someone else get our items by mistake, that would mean up to 3 other orders went wrong...and the other customers paid $11+ each for the wrong thing as well. The name “To-Gos “ implies a specialty in making sandwiches to order, to go. The main point in stopping to pick up a good sandwich on the way home from work was to simplify and remove stress after a long day. We could have stopped at Subway or Safeway, and watched as our items were made to order so there would be no errors for half the cost (including chips and a beverage). In addition to our mis-spent $35 it would have cost us over an hour of our time plus gas and more stress to return for remakes of the other 2 items, so they ended up the the trash and we made scrambled eggs and split the half salad for dinner. The single star is for the salad remake with no argument. I’ve been to other locations and never had these issues. Based on other reviews of this location our concerns are not uncommon, and there are 3 more people that won’t be back.
First off the ac was busted and it was hot as hell inside, listening to the girls working on our food talk about how much they were sweating definitely wasn't appetizing. Then after we got home and started eating we quickly realized they forgot to add the cheese to either of our sandwiches. I would have ignored their lazy mistake but after my second bite I pulled out a foot long hair that was tangled in my sandwich. Needless to say my family will never be going back to this location.
Slow service, to the point that my pastrami was cold by the time I left. The sandwichmaker, while nice, was SLOW as can be. I ordered 3 sandwiches. It took him 15 minutes. He started with one of the two pastrami's, loaded it with meat then had it sit there. Did the same with the second one. Finally getting to the one cold sandwich after TEN minutes! I attempted to eat my sandwich within 5 minutes of leaving, it was cold. If someone is that slow, they should have an In Training pin on their hat. Additionally, there should never be only one person helping customers when they are that slow. My total time in this store with only 2 people in front of me was 45 minutes. Ridiculous.
Worst service ever! I asked her about the mini salad & she acted as if she didnt hear me. I decided on a sandwich instead since it seemed difficult for her to respond to me. When making my sandwich she had a sour attitude when asking what I would like. When it was time for her to hand my sandwich over she threw it towards me on the counter, rolled her eyes & said have a nice day with a smirk. When I was paying she was complaining to another coworker about what I had ordered. Management seriously should have a talk with her about how to treat people & give great service.
