The philly cheese steak is always and consistently good. I have not found a lemon aide beverage that can top theirs . Sometimes I drive a pretty decent distance just for the lemon aide .

Removed some of the best selections of sandwiches they had because corporate decided to cut out all deli meats. Atrocious. Edit: That being said, I tried a sub for the first time in probably 2 years since this decision was made and my god it’s incomparable how good these subs are. Damn you Charley’s but thank you for remaining king of the subs.

Tasty sandwiches! The whole family found something they enjoyed. Portions were big and the staff was friendly. The onion rings were so good! Definitely recommend!

I love this eatery sandwich place , even though that's only to go. Sandwich are always right. New staff all the time , however they doña decent job , welcome you and making your food.

This place has some of the best subs I've ever had. They cook them fresh right there for you so it's always hot when you get it. There is a wait because of that but it's so worth it 5/5 Stars

Food was amazing. Nice size portions, one combination plate is enough for two. Lemonade with real fruit was awesome, not too sweet. And service was pretty great as well. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great place for Philly cheese steak sandwiches! In fact it's the only place that makes them right. This place is always busy though but the workers do their best to hurry and get the food out. Highly recommended. These guys are 10 times better than Togos and Subway. Prices are really high though so if you don't mind paying almost 15 bucks for a sandwich, you should probably go to Subway. The only bad thing about this place are the prices. It's way too expensive and overpriced. The only reason I'm giving this review a 3 it's BECAUSE of the prices. If they were a little cheaper they'd get 5 stars. This is a pure mall store so I get why they want to overcharge their customers. They want your money. It's outrageous to pay 15 bucks for a sandwich and they're not even that big. But like I said they're food is great, but you need to have the money to buy it. The associates are all nice and hard working and you do have to wait. The line in this place is ridiculous. Need another cashier. If you're not happy with the prices, Subway or Togo's would be better for you.

We went way out of our way to go to the only Charley's Philly Steaks near us, and when we arrived, the two guys let us know they were closed. Me and my girlfriend went to a restroom before we left and when we came back, the 2 guys were taking another customers order. More specifically, they were taking younger women's orders. Very interesting and as far as a reputation goes, that killed it for me.

I was going to order but i saw the gentleman at the front register filling out a time and temp log, now this is a MAJOR issue as it is a violation to any food practice and safety standard, as you are strictly told to do the tempature then record one by one. There is many items on a time and temp log making it impossible to accurately remember each item tempature.
