Panera Bread Tracy Reviews
I love the cozy vibes of this restaurant. Their food is made fresh, and it always has been delicious. The employees have always been friendly.
Even though the inside has kind of a weird setup, every employee was extremely polite and their service was quick and easy. The food tasted delicious, too, but my favorite part is the drive-through! Always fast, accurate and great for a lunch break or something.
Such a happy place! All the workers were very kind and knowledgeable. Food was great ! I had a steak and white cheddar sandwich and Mac n cheese. Both were delightful. I took home a Orange and Cranberry muffin😊
In my very straight forward and honest opinion, the place was well kept and professional looking. The employees were cheerful but not the fake kind of forced cheerful. The food was fantastic as well as the coffee. It wasn't piping hot but then again who wants to burn their mouth lol. Overall I couldn't have expected more. 10/10
It was the best bagel I have ever eaten, the drive-through was extremely fast, had to call them back and let them know they were doing a great job. keep it up.
I love their food and the fact it's drive-thru it's the only drive-through I never feel guilty about driving through. The food is always fresh and tastes really good. Yes, it is a bit pricey but to me it's worth it and better than driving through a greasy spoon fast food place.
I ordered here through GrubHub and the driver brought me somebody else's order and GrubHub refused to issue a refund even though they were at fault. I called Panera and explained the situation and the manager (David I believe) was so kind and offered to remake my meal for me even though he didn't have to and it wasn't their fault. Excellent customer service and delicious food. I will definitely order here again (but not through GrubHub)
I am on the unlimited $9/month coffee. I go here almost daily early A.M. They hit some bumpy road with shortages of people but since mid October 2021 are functioning well within the dining area. My wife and I also usually go here later for lunch or dinner. Our favorites are the Pick2. Soup and sandwich. Sometimes the Flatbreads. Reliable, friendly good food and service. 👍👍
Broccoli cheddar here is amazing. Bread is fresh. Highly recommend
I ball on a budget and so I don't eat at places often and when I do I like to make my money go as far as it can. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and informed me of deals they had going on without me even mentioning I ball on a budget. Her advice for the deals and how she handled things saved me half the money on my order and absolutely made my week. She was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond for little ol' me. Thank you, again, Charlotte. You are awesome!
I am very new to Panera ,just few months in. I Recently have downloaded the app & have had ordered various times on the app and unfortunately this time I had made a mistake on my part and forgotten to remove off feta, I immediately seen the cheese or sprinkled all over the salad and immediately looked at the receipt and looked onto my app to see if it was correct and I noticed that I did not remove the cheese on the app. One of the associates (Cassie ) had asked if everything was all right & I had said I made a mistake. Cassie insisted & happily of her making me a new one as one associate (Lisa) kindly asks that she would love to make me a new one with Cassie & want me to have the best experience. Thank you for hospitality service. 12/10☺️
The Tracy Panera has greatly improved. The staff is nice and the food is fresh. The brownies are soft and the food feels made to order. So glad I could come back and add more stars!
I like it, I have some meeting so I had to stop by and I like the atmosphere, only thing is I did like service at the desk asked for cappuccino and pecan braid and sandwich. she didn’t ask I’m gonna dine here or taking it out she put everything in bag and give it to me
I came in 30 minutes before closing. Felt really bad about that but my mom needed a sandwich. The guy serving me was extremely chill especially since I was on the phone getting the order from my mom. He took my order and later found me when I never went up to collect it, I was just sitting in the lobby but I was zoning out lol. The food was delicious!!!
The Tomato soup was silky and palpitatios. The capreese sangwich had bread so tough it could make a bison cry. High prices and subpar food items left me feeling empty, and sub human...
What's not to love about Panera's Strawberry Poppyseed Salad (other than the pecans; I had them hold the pecans)! I forgot to snap a pic until it was half gone, but it was just too good to wait. Yum!!
Panera Bread is an excellent place to enjoy excellent sandwiches and sides. They have a drive-thru, as well as order ahead pick-up. There’s a short wait while they make your food, if you order in store, but it’s much shorter than a traditional restaurant without sacrificing flavor or quality. They use fresh ingredients for everything. Their bakery makes delicious pastries and breads everyday. Salads are great and seasonal sometimes, same with soups and sandwiches.
Very spacious and modern interior with awesome food.

I just wanna say I really appreciate the management at Panera. I had an issue and I emailed them about my problems and they responded very quickly through email address my problem they treated me like a real customer and I really appreciate that. I love Panera food and I am definitely going to be a long-term customer after today.
I went for lunch on a Saturday and it was surprisingly not very busy. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat out and one of the few “safe” restaurants for my stomach. The guy taking my order was very nice, double checked my order a few times and double checked what was in stock for me too. He let me know about my birthday reward, which I used in addition to a gift card I got for my birthday. Didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair and was very friendly and had good service. He even told me happy birthday! Very glad I went to Panera today and compliments to those working there.
just wanted to update my 1 star review to a 5 star Rachel is a great worker and is the ideal employee when it comes to great service she is amazing and because of her i will continue to to come back everyday for breakfast thanks for being kind a simple hello does so much I was so sad with so much stress in a rush and she is so nice shows me there are people that actually care about great service
I was Greeted by Mohammed This is Was So Professional and courteous a great attitude and really does a great job my order was perfect and he was so Effecient when it came to making sure my Order was correct because it can get a little confusing when you like your food prepared a certain way but he was great definitely a happy customer

The food is very fresh and flavorful. The parking lot is big and easy to access. The service is good and the young ladies are friendly. Only issue is, on separate occasions we had small problems with our order. Once they gave us the wrong sides and the other time wrong salad. They had no problem exchanging. Attention to details they need to take and fulfil orders.
I like Panera, I really do, but heck if it's not expensive. I really only go here if I have a gift card as it's not a feasible option for my large family as a "just because" meal otherwise. The food is fresh and tasty and the staff is helpful and polite for the most part. I'm not super thrilled that they don't bring the food to your table any longer on dine in orders, you now have to go pick it up from the counter (I never minded cleaning up after myself, I just liked the convenience of the food being brought). All in all, I'll continue to go here when I'm gifted a card but otherwise I'll stick to cheaper options.
This is my second time here and the first time was great! I wondered why I haven’t been to a Panera in 5 years besides the prices. This was the worse experience I’ve had in a drive thru in a while, girl didn’t ask for my rewards number and it is not my job to remember. They gave me bread when I already had a sandwich and would have like chips. The soup was watery with maybe 2 potatoes. Chai latte was watered down as well. What a joke! I expect consistency on quality for the price I pay here. I am not one to complain but this about ruined my day. I will probably not go back for a while after this. Update: manager made it right, and they went about it so genuine and that is great management there.
No surprises here. The food is good and fast. Not earth shattering or anything. I like how you can customize everything and order from the kiosk. My ham cheese and egg breakfast sandwich was good but would have been better hotter

It was only my second time there, I had flatbread pizza. It was okay. But while waiting for our food to be ready, the area where online orders were kept there was a soda there, where the majority of the ice melted. I'm just wondering if they made a fresh one whenever the food was ready because we were there at least five minutes waiting. And that drink was there before we sat down. Might not be a big deal, but a flat soda with your lunch is not the way to go.
It was, well, okay. The staff were friendly, the restaurant looked to be clean, and yet the food was just so so. I had the macaroni and cheese soup in a bread bowl and it was just...okay. Even though I only give it a three star I still highly recommend this location for a fast, friendly/good meal.
Very inconsistent. I like the food, I think it’s good quality, but sometimes we get a full salad and others only half full as you can see from pics. I would rather have more greens and less meat personally. At over $10 for the whole salad, I want what I paid for. I also observed one of the employees wiping his gloved hand on his apron after each ingredient he put in the salad he was making. Luckily they weren’t my salads, or I would have said something. It says 100% Clean on the back of there tee shirts ( DON’T THINK SO) they obviously need more training there. If they would resolve these issues, I would give them 5 stars. Won’t let me post pictures.
If you're going to Panera for something "healthy" Panera is NOT a good choice. Panera claims to be a healthier option for fast food but it's is mainly breads and grains that are NOT Organic which means they get drenched in Glyphosate also known as ROUNDUP. And the smoothies and coffees have just as much sugar as starbucks!! Check the nutrition facts people!! Healthier option try Sprouts grocery store. Or just make it at home.
Went here today for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and came out quickly. We each had Pick 2 Meals. I had an Asian Salad and 1/2 Chicken Salad w/ Almond Sandwich (see pictures below). Our other meal was a bowl of French Onion Soup and 1/2 Veggie Sandwich.

The cashier was very blah. No energy and wasn't really listening. Had to tell her two times on a few items.

The food is OK, but be aware on takeout orders. Many times we get home to find missing items that we ordered. Of course when you come tact them they say come back and they will give you your missed item. But that is nonsense. They really need to check their orders and confirm that everything is in the bag before they hand it to you. For that reason they only get rated 2 stars from me.
Sat in drive thru line this morning for more than 10 minutes for a bagel and tea! The bagel was completely flat and had no hole in it. I asked for cream cheese, I got it but driving down the road I discovered they gave me no flatware at all to spread it with! Had to use an extra napkins and my fingers! Come on Panera, you are better than this!!
We’ve been visiting this location for a few months, and while the manager is excellent and very helpful, most of the staff—especially during morning shifts—are often impatient and unwelcoming. Orders are frequently wrong, even when it’s the same one every time, and sometimes it takes personally stepping in to get proper service. The food quality is inconsistent as well: $10 sandwiches often come with very little meat, and coffee can taste like iced water with a splash of color. Repeated mistakes and lack of attentiveness make the experience frustrating. Management has a good handle, but overall, service and quality need improvement.

The outside seating was nice but I won’t go back there. They didn’t get the order right. Although they made a new sandwich for me, the service made me feel like I was trying to get a free sandwich- the pickup order person told us to take the incorrectly made sandwich but the person who delivered the sandwich said they had yo take the incorrectly made sandwich back. Lost my appetite all together and won’t go back to Panera.
The place is cute, but when I order the sandwich and soup, I don’t receive anything no spoon. No it was ordered to go so they don’t care. I have to eat soup with my hands.
My review is not on the food but the accuracy of ordering online and recivieng incorrect order. I don't order out much and my first time trying Panera, my order was innacurate I ordered onion soup and received broccoli cheddar, by the time I noticed I was home and was trying to call the restaurant to let them know but no one answered the phone. When I picked my order up it was empty there so no excuse to not answer phone. With gas prices the way they are I do not have the time to waste going if they do not even answer the phone. Very disappointed and will not recommend and will not be returning.
I dined in with my family on Tuesday morning. When I went up to grab our food at the counter, there was a Hispanic lady that was so rude. She should not be working with customers with that attitude. I almost called to make a complaint with corporate about her professionalism. She should NOT be pointing fingers to anyone! Panera’s food may be mediocre, but this attitude will keep people from returning!! We will not be back!
My experience has been horrible because if you want to use the men's bathroom you have to ask the attendant who often doesn't have time to open it and often she is unwilling and you have to use another store. They put an electronic lock on the bathrooms and no one uses them. I feel obliged to never go to that store and I advise everyone to do the same.
An employee of this store accused me of stealing juices because he himself knows that I pay for the service per month on the app. I have lived in this city for 6 years and this employee has known me for a long time. Due to this embarrassment and discrimination, I called the police and made a report and I will sue this store. I do not recommend this store.
The rudest girl in the drive thru. THERE IS NO NEED TO WORK AT PLACES WERE THEY REQUIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOUR ARE GONNA HAVE ATTITUDE! ELIZABETH YOU NEED A NEW JOB! PANERA DO BETTER IN HIRING NICE FRIENDLY PEOPLE.
I can’t believe the horrible customer service I received at this location! I wish I got the Hispanic girls name. She talked to me like she was a racist! Or she was just a very angry/ mean individual and talks to everyone like they’re stupid. First and last time I will ever step foot in this location!
without access to the bathrooms to perform basic human needs I was with my son and he wanted to use the bathroom but couldn't use it because the bathrooms have electronic locks without password identification, making it embarrassing for the child who did it on his clothes. I feel ashamed of this store. I never want to go back there again. The grumpy attendant said she couldn't open the bathroom because she was busy and my son did it on his clothes.
My order was over a half hour late, then when I did get it, it wasn’t what I’d ordered, they gave me a Cobb salad instead of Mediterranean with grains and chicken, and the cherry on top? HAIR ON THE HARD BOILED EGG. The one I didn’t order… oh and no utensils in the Togo bag though I ordered them. I wouldn’t have made a fuss if not for the hair. I did try to just suck it up and eat the cob salad until I saw that. Worst experience I’ve had a Panera bread. Also the sandwich was soggy, though maybe it was the bread I chose, but it also could have been toasted a bit longer.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera, at almost any takeout restaurant actually. Ordered a pickup meal an hour ahead of time, did not get our order until 25 min after it was scheduled. Staff was unhelpful, kept telling us it was almost ready, was marked as ready on their delivery screen for 10 min before we received our order.
I went through the drive thru 2 days ago. It took approximately 20 minutes just for a soup and sandwich. I made it clear to the employee operating the drive thru that I don’t want onions on my sandwich, he replied back with NO Onions! Well , the onions were placed there anyways and my request was not accepted! I had to go to the ER because they clearly don’t know how to follow simple instructions!!! A manager at the Tracy location was notified that I had an allergic reaction to the onions. The report was sent to Cody T. in the corporate office. Well, he definitely didn’t care about me as a customer.. he was reaching out to offer a )75 .00 gift card for what had happened! Laughable! I spent 5 hours in an Emergency Room, missed work, needed prescriptions and he offers a $75.00 gift card thinking that I would eat there food again after getting sick! He’s delusional and doesn’t care about the customers or their requests! That is so disgusting and disrespectful and it goes to show what type of people they are and they should not be in business if they cannot listen and honor our requests, this is our food that we’re paying for! They cannot be trusted!!! Cody, doesn’t want to accept responsibility for the actions of his employees and that isn’t good customer service at all!!! They are responsible for what happened and he is only willing to refund the payment for the order and the gift that I will not be accepting ! Please spread the word about this location they have no business being in business if this is the way they treat their customers!! I will never eat here again, I plan to take this to a whole other level. It’s better to eat at home. It’s safer and the price for eating out is ridiculous especially if a person cannot even remember not to place a specific item at your request on your sandwich! The lack of communication is terrible if you can’t inform the kitchen that a customer requests no onions on their sandwich… I guess I’m was suppose to accept it the way I got it. There’s no remorse for their actions!! Think twice before coming here, it can happen to you as well!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Went to Panera a few months ago, long story short the girl working the drive thru tried to steal the remaining balance on my gift card. I requested my card back after she told me it had zero balance. I had $9.11 left, fast forward to today tried to use the card at manteca Panera they said balance had been used. The girl must have swapped my card or did something shady. Will never ever return. Hope she is reading this, if she wasn't fired.
