I love the noodles they have. Also the sushi they have is decent. Teriyaki is also great, with extra sauce it’s even better.
Good service. We always order the shrimp teriyaki. It’s cooked to perfection, soft, same with the rice. Waiting time is pretty short and this is great food for ~$11.
My son likes their Chicken shrimp combo. He believes he never had such perfectly cooked and crispy chicken They need to work on customer service and some look of kiosk. Kiosk looks very dull
I just love this place, the qaulity of food. Especially the noodles is fresh and juicy. The meat is well cooked. Definitely recommended this place.
Good place to get quick simple bite with meats always cooked fresh to order. They mainly serve teriyaki bowls with choice of protein and veggies. They do have other options available
Some of the best teriyaki chicken bowl in tracy, this is one of the last original spots in the food court, I hope it never dies

Food is good but they close super early and they never seem very friendly.

Ordered the chicken and shrimp combo. Tons of chicken and like 5 shrimps. I had like no broccoli and I went back to ask for more and the two guys working gave me this look like I ate all the broccoli and came back asking for more. Such attitudes when I wanted to support their business in a dying mall.

Noodles and beef tasted old, eggrolls were sub-par and they forgot my mushrooms. With that said, the shrimp was pretty good.
I normally really love this place. But today the cook really shorted us on meat. Normally you can barely see the veggies and rice below. Today he was struggling to grab the small amount of meat for each plate. This inconsistency is pretty disappointing. I don't think I will go again. Wierd the Tracy Harbour fish and chips has a better chicken teriyaki then this place. Work on large and consistent portion sizes and people will be happier guaranteed. Maybe it had to do with them closing in an hour but that's not acceptable to have me pay for 5 meals while only giving me 2 meals worth.

Beef teriyaki was raw completely raw. And whenever it comes to meat these guys barely give any they are very cheap. But they overload with vegetables
Showed up at 6 and was told only sushi was available because they were “closed” that’s some BS. Don’t know why since they close at 7. They just lost a customer ✌️
This store opens in DoorDash when they want they don’t have respect for the customers .
Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki plates. The chicken was cooked so long about half of it was crunchy. Also ordered the California roll. My wife specified with avocado. When it was ready the (only) employee said that he thought we didn't want avocado and re-made it. When it came out again it had so little avacado I was shocked. I showed it to the worker and he argued with me that it was always made that way. He suggested I try it and if I didn't like it he would make me a new order. I asked him to make it right then and he refused. I don't think we'll eat there again unless we see their rating go up.

Sooooo, today I went to #westvalleymall in #tracyca and ate @sanseijapan. I ordered the #teriyakichicken and #rice. Not even halfway through my meal, I bit into a piece of chicken that didn’t taste right. So, I spit it out-it was foul smelling and sour! When I walked it back over to let them know the #food was spoiled, they got mad at me!!! Told me they couldn’t refund me my money until they talked to a manager!! 😡🤬🤢🤮 Before I could say anything, I just started #vomiting EVERYWHERE!! Thx #tracyfiredepartment for helping me❤️ DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!!! I AM HOME RIGHT NOW STILL SHITTING AND VOMITING FROM THE SLOP THEY SERVED ME EARLIER!!
My brother, sister, and I requested three orders. We ordered two shrimp with beef combo meals, and one teriyaki chicken. While we were waiting for our order to be cooked I recognized that shrimp and chicken were almost finished being cooked, except for the beef, which wasn't there. I was curious to know since there was still unoccupied space to cook, so I asked the guy "Where is the beef?" He answered "Don't be in a hurry." For me, it doesn't make sense to what he replied. If I were him, I would say other words besides "Don't be in a hurry." I told him, "You're not answering my question," with him repeating "Don't be in a hurry." That's why I looked at his name tag, YANG. Then he noticed me trying to read his name tag and later went to the kitchen .The other guy which is the cook doesn't say anything .I dont say YANG came out until we get our orders. . I gotta say this: P-O-O-R C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R S-E-R-V-I-C-E! I think Yang should take a class: How to Handle a Customer. I went on 01/30/17 at 12:59 PM at West Valley Mall. Again, his name is Y A N G. 🙁
the food was completely raw and the food had barely any of the sauce i had to ask for more and i will probably never go here again ill just go to the one in Hayward at southland mall it’s literally the same business and it tastes better and they actually cook it right
I was driving by as a traveler. Although I had lunch I got hungry by 2:30 PM ish and stopped at the location to get some quick snack. I was the only customer at the time. The man with beard working there glanced at me and turned back on me rather than saying "can I help you". After waiting long enough (like 4 minutes in silence) I said can I get a couple of california rolls? The beard-man said impatiently, "no california roll"; I asked, "how about salmon rolls"? he replied with an attitude, "no salmon rolls". I asked "what roll do you have?" He replied with an attitude "no rolls". Did he think I was asking food for free or what? Where did all those attitudes come from? He killed my appetite and I left without buying anything. Will never go back there again if I'm in the area.
