I've been coming to Anita's with my grandfather for years, and it's never disappointed. It's a place reminiscent of the piole of yesteryear: a simple and authentic atmosphere, and hearty, flavorful dishes, as per Piedmontese tradition. The restaurant is located in a very quiet area, ideal for enjoying a relaxing lunch. The service was excellent: fast, friendly, and, above all, entrusted to experienced staff who have been working here for many years, and it shows in the care with which they welcome customers. The food is truly authentic, with generous portions that bring back memories of the times when going to a piola meant feeling at home. Another plus is the prices: there were five of us, we ate and drank (including two bottles of wine) and spent only €120 in total, so about €20-25 per person. Excellent value for the quantity and quality served. In conclusion, an experience worth repeating and recommended to anyone seeking authenticity, good food, and a convivial atmosphere.
A typical Piedmontese trattoria, where you can relive the flavors of your childhood and share them with loved ones. The dishes are delicious, plentiful, and they even offer seconds—we didn't need one. We hadn't booked, but they kindly offered to come back 45 minutes later because it was full, and we found a table ready. The prices were very fair! I will definitely return and share this hidden gem with those I care about. The only problem: finding parking, even on weekdays. I recommend leaving your car early and taking a walk.

I went there at Easter. They brought us seven appetizers, two first courses, polenta concia (a kind of polenta with cheese) and herb risotto. For the main course, I think it was the local jucche soup. For the main course, we had chicken and roast lamb bites accompanied by two side dishes, mashed potatoes and peas. To finish, we had local cheeses, dessert, coffee, and drinks. Everything was excellent. The menu is a fixed price and can vary depending on seasonality and product availability. We spent €25 per person. A lovely place, worth a visit.

It starts promptly at 12:30, and the menu is extensive, with seconds allowed on many courses. The dishes are simple yet tasty. The only drawback is the wine; it's best to order a bottle rather than a bottle. The prices are staggering, but it's a shame they don't allow dogs.
Exceptional quality for a truly competitive price: 10 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert, wine, water, and coffee. The fixed menu costs €20. What more could you ask for? The lunch menu until Saturday is €10 without appetizers.

Anita is one of the grannies of the valley. One of the more solar people in an often closed valley she is warm, and smiling. The food here is the absolute best of the old school piemontese kitchen with as many ingredients from the valley as possible. The menu always consists of 3 to 4 first dishes with red or white wine and then a choice between different meats, then a dish of local cheeses and then coffee and a choice between 3 classic dolce. The portions are abundant and served on plates for everyone to share. And you can choose to have a little of everything if you are the curious type. The price at the time of this review is 10€ Very cheap for the amounts and variety of food. The setting is humble and always full of locals and over the years we have been to Anita many times bringing friends from many countries who have all been amazed by the food and this hidden gem of a restaurant.

Very simple, pretty village, nice food!
If you want a very simple lunch, this is the place. We waited three minutes for risotto, polenta concia, and chestnut soup. You be the judge of whether it's feasible without pre-cooked food. The puree from the carbonada sachets was good, cooked, but not in the wine. There was a lot left. Breadsticks were loose on the table, not packaged or sealed. We were served by three different people, probably also with the intention of serving us cheese we hadn't ordered. Wine: Let's move on. Price: fair for the food. I don't think you can find it for less.

We were served quickly and the food was subpar, large portions but poorly prepared and tasteless. We were expecting two meat dishes, but only one arrived. The vegetables were awful and the rice was precooked. The desserts were truly mediocre.
