Went it the other night for an impromptu date night with my wife and got great service from Carmen V. She was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us there. The food was also delicious. Delivered promptly and served nice and hot.

I've been here twice lately with my family and Carmen was our server both times. She is incredible!!!! Always so kind and always makes sure you have a full drink. She is knowledgeable about the menu and so kind! The food was good, but your server is the best!!!!! We will happily sit in Carmen's section anytime!!!!

Delicious! I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was chicken strips and they were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and my waffle was one of the best I've ever had. Lightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My only complaint was my hot chocolate was small. I wish the cups were a little bigger. Everything was clean and the service was wonderful, thank you IHOP!

They always the best, but last sun I waited to be order 26 minutes that Mexican women spend time talking to old women from her country didn't take my order was after noon, which I was there in the morning with my friends we had best services, I promised them I am coming back with my other, I didn't see none of those friendly employed, I waited so long, that worker was still talking not coming so I took my mother to Perk's restaurant, we got the best services. I went in about 8:00 on a Saturday night and I got seated right away and when the waitress came over the first thing she did was inform me that the kitchen was running slow so it would probably be 15 to 20 minutes before my food came out once I ordered it. I appreciated the heads up and since there are not many restaurants in this area that are open after 7:00 that are not fast food I was prepared to wait. I had sirloin tips with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and garlic toast. It was fabulous and it was hot and I was very happy.

My fiancé and I don’t typically eat at IHOP but we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The hostess was an absolute sweet heart and was able to get us seated fairly quick! Once we were seated our waitress, Criselda, was awesome! She was very friendly and attentive. Good customer service is hard to come across these days and we believe it’s important to acknowledge when someone is making us feel welcomed. Thank you!

Service here is always great. Whenever I come on Saturday morning, the hostess at the front makes you feel like you came to her home for breakfast. The food is consistent, the service is consistent, and I appreciate the high standards. I get my regular buttermilk 🥞 fix. One caveat is that the prices have gone up, like everywhere else so prepare for sticker shock on 16 dollar stacks of pancakes. It's worth it once in a while, though.

Hadn’t been to this IHOP in a while (ok, years) and went in today; it was a good experience. The hostess (Quiquis) and server (Criselda) were so nice and attentive to us/our table. We didn’t wait long for our food and it was tasty once it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to notice they expanded their menu quite a bit. I’ll be back to try the Chicken Biscuit Sandwich next time I’m craving a comforting breakfast

Had an omelette and hash browns. Food was good. Service was relatively quick. The place had only about 6 customers. They were sending the waitress staff home. Atmosphere was OKAY, I like the comfy booths.

Our server, Carmen is a hard worker. She got our order correct she brought it quickly to us. She was very sweet brought us everything we needed. Food was tasty. We had no problems at this IHOP.

Restaurant was clean and well decorated for x-mas. Food was good service was good as well. I haven't been to an Ihop in 10 yrs. It was good going again. Will be going back soon.

Everything was good except the service. It was exceptional! The only thing is they are just like Dennys because they should be ashamed of the size of the pieces of bacon, sausage, and ham. Smaller than my pinky. They charge alot and next to pasta breakfast is the cheapest meal you can prepare.🤔

I actually never went to the IHOP. I went to the Starbucks across the way, but IHOP is wonderful. It has been for years. It has my daughter's favorite chocolate chip pancakes and they're still good today.

I've always liked this place, I'm a simple breakfast gal, it just hits different when you have loving caring people like Griselda and Raymond. They enjoy what they do and they go above and beyond to show their young employees what it's all about. Last time i was here, there was a really nice lady who gave us our menus and stuff and was very polite. Of course, it took almost an hour for our food, i mean, DUH! Its a restaurant! Not your typical kitchen! It was SO crowded that day! It took about, idk, 43 or 39 minutes for our food, and it was delicious. The pancakes taste a little raw, but warm and super fluffy. The hot chocolate is PURE GOLD. Anyway, if you don't have certain patience or discreet manners, then i DON'T recommend this restaurant for you, because if you complain, then you should WEAR the cookers shoes and try cooking and baking Pancakes, tacos, burritos, bread, cracking eggs, frying, warming, cooling, drilling and see if you can finish the time YOU would want your food. :)

We went for a quick breakfast after the gym. Fresh fruit was tasty, as is the coffee. Susie is an awesome server! She is attentive, fast and so very kind. All in all IHOP did its job and we will return.

Our party of 3 stopped in here for breakfast on our way home from the races. We were very hungry and thirsty. We each ordered what we wanted and our food came exactly like we wanted it! Chocolate pancakes, chicken & waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, bacon, biscuits & gravy, juice and coffee. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and remembered to refill our drink glasses. When we left we were satisfied and ready for the rest of the drive home.

I go here often with my family and we always get very good service. The food is good and Kids eat free everyday if they are 12 and under. Kids can get 1 free kids' menu item per adult entree purchased from 4pm to 8pm. Our kids sometimes want breakfast for dinner and this is a great deal for those days.

I had a simple 2x2x2. My eggs were nicely scrambled and cooked just the right amount. My pancakes were light and fluffy. And my bacon was crispy, just as I ordered it! My server was really nice and did such a great job. I wish I remembered her name. My only complaint was when I used the womens’ room. The floor drain was partially in my stall and it was nasty. The rest of the restroom was fine.

Brought my grandma to eat here, she had. She had the breaded fish and shrimp with 🍟 🍤. I had the Avocado toast with potatoes. Overall I wasn't impressed with the food. My grandma asked for fries that where fried to a crisp brown but she wasn't happy. Service was great, no issues with staff whatsoever. I ordered the Avocado 🥑 toast and it was delicious. The atmosphere was very loud and busy.

Place is due for a remodeling! How can you not invest in your place? By the bathrooms the ceiling has mold and mildew. I can't imagine the kitchen. Please invest in your self and your business.

The food was okay, they forgot my chocolate mousse on my pancakes, but what really irritated me was the bus person that stood 2 feet away from our table and had a 15 minute conversation with someone at another table, all while holding a dirty, smelly mop. We won't go back to that location.

It really hurts to write this review, because IHOP has always been my family's go to breakfast restaurant. The portion size has gone down, and I mean really down. My wife doesn't eat much and she finished her Breakfast sampler in minutes. I went ahead and asked the waiter because I was in shock. She simply replied yes and that they have been like that for a few months ever since a health inspection. The great customer service and politeness of staff is there. Just a bummer that my wife and I left hungry after spending $42.00 along with our 2 children.

We dined in last night for a late night Mother's day dinner. They were out of french fries. I asked the serve to switch the chicken strip dinner to the 3 piece chicken strips and 6 pieces mozzarella sticks from the $3.99 menu. She did not, instead she upcharged the meal to mozzarella sticks so I paid almost $13.00 instead of $9.00. All the food was over cooked. My pancakes were so over cooked I had to use a knife to cut them. It was not a pleasant experience, food wise. Other than the server( who granted was new) overcharging us, she was sweet and the other lady is always friendly. Dennis, I hope you're able to get better staff in the kitchen because with the quality of food we were served business will decline significantly.

It was just ok. The restaurant its self wasn't very clean the hostess tried to sit us in a booth with a giant RIP in seat. I said no because there were plenty of tables open. THE ONLY REASON they got 3 stars was the server was amazing and I wish I remembered her name. She actually gets 5 stars The food gets 1 or 2 stars some of my bacon looked weak and was pile in 1 gross lump in the middle of my sandwich. I dont think I'll be back there are plenty of other breakfast places to choose from. GO YELP!!!!😊

It was ok. Only a handful of people dinning in and it took a while to get the food after we ordered it. Had to ask for condiments after we got our meal. Obviously with most places they have new staff and I will give them a try again later as things get back to normal. 3 stars also for portion sizes getting smaller.

It is the epitome of just okay. I ordered the bourbon bacon jam sandwich, with chicken. It was a little lack-luster. My husband got the fish and chips. Which he questioned, but he said it wasn't bad, just way over priced for 3 pathetic pieces of breaded white fish and a handful of fries. All that however is just kinda whatever, BUT I ordered the Jr. chicken and waffles for my daughter and the waitress didn't hear me? So, she just brought the chicken strips and apple sauce. Didn't really think anything of it until I asked where the rest of her meal was...and the waffle eventually comes out, but then when we got our bill we got charged for it??? Seriously??....its not my fault she didn't hear me, I know what I ordered and being charged extra for the meal that I ordered is incredibly shady-shame. I wish I had been in the mood for breakfast, it definitely would have been a better meal and a better bang for our buck. Oh, well- ya, live and learn.

The food was pretty good but the server was a bit pushy and in a rush. Then when we were trying to pay she wouldn't come to us, we tried catching her about ten times. so I went to the front like any other place and when I was signing the receipt she ran up to my little sister and wouldn't let her go outside and help Mom outside to the car, as if we were going to steal. Then she runs up to me and the other girl who was helping me and said she was worried because we just left. Don't judge everyone the same as thieves because you won't get a tip outta me.

This ihop has changed. The food I ordered on the last visit was definitely not the same in the presentation, taste, and size of food from previous visits. The hamburgers have shrunk and taste diminished. I'm pretty disappointed. I don't know if it's a different cook, but things have definitely changed. The pancakes are good, still ihop pancakes.

Don't get me wrong, IHOP food is amazing to have and their service is usually great, but I don't remember agreeing to eat with bugs around. :/ Truly, the atmosphere was great, but turned out their promise was a lie. I grabbed the given Maple Syrup and was greeted by tiny, what I can only say to be ants crawling all around it, as well as the table. Great experience for 30 minutes, but as I'm typing this the after that, maybe try cleaning up this problem a bit? Thanks.

IHOP is a wonderful restaurant with great service and amazing food. However, when it comes to takeout, the pancakes are dry and lack flavor. Today, my family and I decided to treat ourselves by ordering takeout from IHOP. But when we got home and tasted the pancakes, they were nothing like the ones served in the restaurant. Hopefully, they improve their takeout quality.

Every few months/years I crave IHOP then after I visit I realize why I wait so long in between to come back. The servers here were very nice, but the food came out warm (not hot). And we asked for extra plates but it looked like they just wiped them down with some rags because they had sticky smears. The utensils were old & bent out of shape. Pancakes were good, eggs were not overcooked, but sausage had a weird after taste & paper thin bacon were barely tasteful. And what happened to all the different flavored syrups- they only had make!? But I'm sure I'll be back when I forget about all this. It's cheaper than Black Bear & it shows. So if you want a quick pancake fix, then find here.

The main dish (I got french toast) was pretty good, nothing special. I also ordered four pork sausage links -- I think I prefer McDonald's sausage patties. If you are craving something similar to a pancake or crepes, I'd recommend going to The Crèperie across the street.

Horrible. Visited on a busy day and were informed they were behind. No problems until after 30 minutes we still hadn't been offered coffee, water, etc. Took 50 minutes to finally order drinks, another 10 to order food amd when served it was lukewarm. We took it and left.

The last two times I went to IHOP with my daughter did not go well. The first time there was a bug on my daughters fry. That's not to bad, but this last time my daughter found a hair embedded in her scrambled eggs. Our waitress was nice enough and got her a whole new plate. So take caution and check out your food before eating.

We always stop at this IHOP before going to the Turlock swap meet. We were seated way over to the right side. No one else was in the section. Instead of seating us at the front booth she put us in the middle booth. Then seated a loud family directly next to us. It ruined the whole meal. Between the kids and the loud conversations. I guess we will have to find another place to eat in the future.

The food is below avg for the past several years My wife and I used to go often. The servers are not very well trained and their is a large turnover all the time. The seating and eating experience is bland and boring

I ordered the T bone and eggs. Medium rare, with a milk. The meat wasn't cooked at all. It literally looked like it was boiled. The knife wouldn't cut it at all. The milk glass looked like it had old dried vanilla ice cream smeared on the side of it. The waitress was extremely friendly and did her job well, minus checking to see if our glasses were clean. I know how hard it is to cook such a thin steak, but this thing looked like it was boiled for 5 minutes and that's it. The eggs weren't much better. Of course the pancakes were good. Can't name the place a pancake house and mess those up! I will go again, if I'm starving.

The atmosphere is the same at all ihops it seems. I ordered my food today a egg Ben. But when it showed up no egg. I then said something to my waitress who took it back. All they did was drop the egg on the top and over-smother it with more sauce. Remake the food don't over-saturate it with a ton of more sauce. Disappointed in the service

Don't get me wrong, I've always loved IHOP but my last visit was awful. For one, they no longer serve biscuits and gravy 😡. Really IHOP? Than they got my order wrong. I had ordered crepes and they brought me out pancakes. Our waitress never came back to check if we wanted refills on our drinks until I seen her and waved her down, by that time we were finished with our meal. I don't think I'll be going back again.

I wouldn’t come back to this location because of the staff being unfriendly and it truly seems like they don’t want to be there. It feels so uninviting and the staff can’t even smile at you . My food was cold when it got there too. I definitely won’t be going back to this specific one.

The food is great clean plates, clean tables and chairs but when you go in the bathroom at 7 AM in the morning Turlock IHOP there was there’s potty on the wall potty on the floor and there was blood the seat I didn’t even want to touch the sink faucets extremely dirty. , This is the first time I’ve ever seen it this bad hopefully never to see it again.manager played it off like it didn’t matter.

She took my card info and used it to purchase herself things at kohls in turlock , my bank was great & declined it immediately. 4/23/22 went and had breakfast my food came to the table COLD 🥶 sent it back my toast had no butter on it and it was MOLDED I let the waitress know and she claimed it was avocado on the toast not mold umm NO I know the difference. Then while finishing up the waitress took my plate with hashbrowns it didn't ask if we were done. Straight up rude. Will NOT ever return to this place.

This place is really went downhill. When we received our food it was literally just thrown on the plate sloppy as all could be(especially my daughters) and yes I do have pictures. Mine and my sister's pancakes were barely cooked past doughy. My sister's French toast the outside looks cooked all the way but the inside was mushy like it soaked in too much egg and wasn't cooked all the way through on the inside. But my son's pancakes look like they were about 30 seconds before burning and super tough to cut through. It was so not worth spending $60 for four people.

Absolutely horrible!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Came today on 5/16/2021 for afternoon brunch, we had to send my daughters and husbands food back 3 times because the food was ice cold, literally not cooked and it was the chicken hamburger, mozzarella sticks from inside, chicken strips raw inside. The manager blames a change of shift at 3 pm for all this error, and then bothers to give me 10% off this worst meal ever! I would suggest to take your money somewhere else, waste of $100 and I will NEVER EVER RETURN!

I have eaten here 3 times before my last experience. but this last time was just awful! The hostess was very nice, but the waitress was the worst server ive ever had anywhere. We had our drinks, and were looking thru the menu, and our waitress FINALLY came to take our order, as we started to give it to her, she briskly turned and walked away, and seated a couple as we sat there kinda insulted. She then seated them, took their order, (never came back to us). Well we heard her 'give us over' to another server a while later. The 'new' server came to us later and said she was our waitress and she would take our order in a minute, and she nor anyone ever came back! They were all just standing around and there we sat. We got up and left and no one tried to find out why.. they were not busy, and now i know why, zero respect for good customers!! My family and i will NEVER return here! The only pleasant thing about going there was the hostess, and the birds singing outside in the parking lot trees.

The waitress was very polite. I ordered breakfast with pancakes but took the pancakes home for my son. When he got half way through them he found three hairs. The next day which is today him and I both have been so sick. (Throwing up and more) My boyfriend who ordered a completely different meal(chicken sandwich) is fine today. Obvious food poisoning and will not be going back there.

This morning the women whose running the front desk and putting people in seats. First of as a parent I think I know what's best for my kids. I don't need smart answers from staff. Maybe learn some manners there.

Service was okay but seeing as we were the only people in there it shouldn't have been bad by any means. I was thoroughly disappointed with the $150 I spent on our group. Because the food was burnt every plate of pancakes we had was burnt, mine had so much strawberry sauce to try and cover up. The burnt taste it made it worse. The sausage and bacon were burnt so bad you couldnt eat them. I hate to say it but probably the last time I'll ever eat IHOP. I dont mind spending 150 on dinner anywhere, as long as the food is worth it.

I placed a to go order in person I ordered 2 combos and 2 kids combos one breakfast and the other I wanted the Mac and cheese and fries. The lady told me my total and I paid and waiting for my food I processed to leave and when getting to the car i decided to check the food because things are often missing and sure enough my kids meal was missing. I went back in and she expressed to me that I wasn’t charged for the Mac and cheese kids meal which frustrated me a little but I said okay well can I order it please. She took the order I told her AGAIN that I wanted the Mac and cheese kids meal with fries and rang it up with an applesauce I told one more time I did not want the applesauce. She said one second let me get somebody else that can help. She comes back and said it would be the same price to switch to fries I said okay that’s fine and paid get the food and I still get the applesauce!! At this point I feel like somebody is playing with me how can you make this mistake this many times??? I’m so confused. That’s when Kim came to try to help but was completely rude and was asking me so you didn’t want the silver 5 kids meal? Which was never brought up! I said no I got that already I didn’t want the applesauce I wanted fries and I said I told the lady 3 times now. She said well we can the side of fries for you and then I asked when because I placed this simple order at 8:57 and it was now 9:35 by the time the fries came out it was 9:44. All that waiting and all the food we ordered was cold and couldn’t be enjoyed I’m so upset with the customer service skills that they have and my experience there. As a manager in a food industry we have a making it right policy we listen apologize make it right not argue and be rude!!

I will NEVER eat at this ihop again. We were only a party of 3 . Their were very few customers in the restaurant. We waited for over 45 min for our food. Our waitress was great. But there was only 1 pick up order while we were waiting. They were not busy at all during this time. All 3 of us ordered the $8.00 meal. A meal includes a main, a side & a drink. We were charged separately for the drink. False advertisement, I was completely unsatisfied with the whole experience. But again the waitress was great.

I am editing my last comment. I am so disappointed it a restaurant that used to be my favorite. Why offer curbside when your server says 'we are to busy, I can't take it out now" Why is my money different than a table sitting inside? We bought and paid for our food, it just needs to be delivered. It totally defeats the purpose of curbside when the person has to get out of their car to let you know they are there. And before you think, "lazy" we are handicapped and choose your restaurant because the online ordering gives curbside as a choice. If you no longer HONOR what your online ordering offers then prepare to lose customers. If your staff cannot handle the business, as handicapped customers, we do not have a choice but to find a different restaurant. We have always appreciated the curbside service, always tipping the server. Tonight since we were to pick up our meals at 6:55 pm, and I had to call at 7:15 pm to hear they were to busy to serve the ordered meal, I guess I will have cold eggs, and waffles, Thank goodness for microwaves. Again, I am so disappointed in your restaurant. So now besides not getting what you order, you just do not get your food the way it was offered. I have not even seen my food, my husband, who is also handicapped just got home at 7:40 pm. I do not know if they put everything in the bag, but if history is an indication of future behavior, I am sure we will be missing something.

I went to this restauraunt yesterday to have lunch and after entering the foyer,I stood there for 5-8 minutes without anybody making contact to help me.Two other couples came in after me were seated first and I was still being ignored. Two waitresses that were there just flat ignored and failed to acknowledge that I was there.Finally after the afore mentioned 5-8 minutes another waitress came from the back and seated me. I ordered my lunch,chicken strips and fries and when it arrived the chicken was way overcooked Finally whoever is training your employees need to be shown the proper way to deal with customers. This was the worst lunch I have ever had.

This is the lettuce from the salad. When shown to the server and asked for a replacement, I was told, "we don't have any more salad. Didn't even get a discount.

When we first walked into the lobby, it smelled like sewage. Obviously there was some issue with the bathrooms. It seemed that our food was not cooked order. The eggs were not fluffy and hot. The bacon was limp. I was very disappointed because I generally love breakfast at IHOP.

They don't wash their veggies. I know this because I ordered two plates with broccoli in them & it was full of mold. BAD BAD BUSINESS. NOT GOING TO TURLOCK IHOP OR OTHERS FROM NOW ON. I've been calling them since I opened my food up but it keeps saying it's busy. There was hardly anyone there when I picked it up so they must be talking to a friend for so long. VERY DISAPPOINTED
