Jersey Mike's easily beats every other fast food sub chain. I would easily go to one over Subway, Togo's, or Quiznos. Vegetables are sliced paper thin, cheese is good, and a good selection of both chips and drinks. Their vegetarian sub is the most refreshing sandwich I've ever had. Get it Mike's Way. I have never wanted to add any sort of spread to a sandwich from them after that. Service here was always fast and good.

Stéphanie and Michelle and Carolina are always so sweet and call me by my first name Mark every time I walk in. They have even memorized my lunch order. The quality is also really good and everything is always so fresh. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent food selection that is very similar to East Coast delis where they slice their own meats. Solid cheesesteaks with good bread. Bread could be better but it is good enough for a solid sandwich.

The staff at this location were spectacular. My friend has gluten and dairy allergies. The team took the time to clarify with us, wiped everything down extremely thoroughly, and communicated clearly with one another how to handle her sandwich. We have visited other locations and have been pleased with how they handle allergies, but we were blown away by this team. We felt extremely respected. Amazing team, we are so grateful for the attentiveness.

It was not only packed in the store, but they also had alot of uber eats/ door dash orders , but they still managed to get orders out swiftly! They also were very kind, and patient! I’ve been a regular at this location for about 2.5 years and these folks have genuinely made me feel like I’m a part of something bigger. I show up pretty much every day for my lunch since I work a few shops down and receive their smiles and “welcome!”’s like a warm blanket, covering me as soon as I step in the door. The consistency in their kindness and in the quality of their food truly gives me a sense of ease knowing that whatever I’ve had to deal with that day, I can rely on them for proper sustenance, both for the body and for the soul. They know my order by heart and have never once disappointed me. Even their suggestions have left me satisfied, despite usually being challenged by trying new things. To feel such a strong sense of community and trust with people that I spend only a handful of minutes with a week is so humbling and fulfilling. Truly a location worthy of praise. Thank you guys! I ordered the Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak for take out using the app since I had reward points for a free sub. It was an easy process. The sub was ready right when I arrived to the restaurant. When I got home, it was still piping out. It had a lot of filling inside and it was very cheesy. I got the rosemary parmesan bread for the sub, and it was so delicious! The herbs added a great flavor to the sub.

Made an online catering order mistake on the pick up time and I was helped on Sept 30th at 7pm by a girl who said she would fixed the time. Great service over the phone and love the app to order catering for a birthday party. All the adults loved the subs! Don't forget to tip your sandwich artists online and in person during this hard economic. :)

And really all it was, was that I heard the manager say.. “hey can someone go and find some one else to do this thing” (obviously not a direct quote however being a manager you should be more direct to what you need and who you need to doit instead of playing telephone. I’m big on customer service and everything else went smoothly. I should also mention that before the manager made that indirect order he was sitting in the lobby talking about car parts for about 10min.. not sure if he was on break and I’m just seeing this out of context or not but I just found it odd
