First time coming here after driving everyday to work and it didn't disappoint. I had their farmhouse breakfast sandwich with one egg, bacon and ham. Spread was not mayo but tasted like cream cheese and chive spread. They have coffee, juice and other sweet treats in addition to baked goods like cookies and strudels.

These are the best bagels in town! They are incredibly soft and big! I usually get the baker’s dozen and will have left overs for the next day and you best believe they are still soft after a couple of days or two! Other bagels get super hard and dry, but not these. This place is always clean and always have a variety of bagels on stock. Must try breakfast place for a quick bite!

First time here and their maple French toast breakfast sandwich is so good! Their blueberries muffin and blueberry/cranberry bagel is also so tasty. Staff and service is friendly and accommodating.

Love their bagels and their homemade smear (whipped cream cheese) as always. My go to store for bagels. They have great $9 deal on Monday for 13 bagels and their breakfast sandwich are yummy. Give it a try when you are in the area

A hidden gem! A wonderful selection of bagels and drinks. We had such a good experience and will definitely be back. Alexis was so sweet and helpful and the whole place had good vibes and even better bagels!

Very good!! Honestly, this place didn't look very busy but gosh once I was in there it's hoppin! Many orders were to go so parking was a breeze but yes love the bagel sandwich and coffee that I got. Close by so I will be going back.

Wanted to thank this location and their staff for their speedy service and kindness. My wife and I came in for a late breakfast and were treated very nicely. Thank you for having us.

Came in on Sunday a little after 11AM. No line at all. Wonderful customer service and quick service. My wife & I got 2 bagels to share. Chorizo Avocado Sunrise & Farmhouse. Both were made to perfection! Out of the 2 the Farmhouse was the winner but the Chorizo was still excellent. Would definitely come back!

This place is amazing not just for the crisp fresh bagels but also for the industry leading customer service! We unfortunately had a unpleasant experience with an unpaint customer in line behind us and even though this incident had nothing to do with the business or the staff, they felt like they needed to compensate us with another half a dozen fresh bagel bag and then again came to give the kids a box of amazingly taste chocolate cookies TWICE! once when we set to eat and again before we left, apologizing for something they didn't do and that was out of their control. The business owner was there he was so apologetic and wanted to make sure we had a good experience at that visit and that it will not prevent us from keep coming back and it absolutely will not! If you're in the area and you have the desire for a very nice and fresh bagel in Endless varieties go check them out it's a must!

Wasn’t expecting much, but Leslie (who helped us with our order) was amazing and made our day. She was very professional, courteous, and supportive. We all had a great time thanks to her. I enjoyed this place - definitely coming back.

Bagel store with a wide variety of tasty Bagels and cream cheese varieties. Prices for half a dozen and one dozen Bagels are reasonable. Parking is not an issue and is located in a good area. The best part about their Bagels is the availability of lots of options that don't have Soya in it .

Best bagels I’ve found in OC! Good price too. Haven’t tried their breakfast sandwiches but I’m sure they’re great. Place is super clean. Highly recommend!

We always love this location. Everything is great. We usually order the brunch box. Most of the time, I have to call to place my order because ordering pickup through a third party costs a lot more.

I can't stay on my keto diet now that Noah's moved into the neighborhood. I used to drive to Pasadena for these bagels before they closed. Its exciting to have one in orange county now. Most places treat a bagel like a dounut or toast. Noahs knows how to bake them keeping the outer surface soft and the inside even softer. With Incredible selection and the coffee in not bad either.

Today was me and my wife's first visit to this place loved the food if you're a fan of Burger's bagels you won't be after trying all of the delicious amazing tasting food they have to offer i highly recommend this place

I went at a late hour. Of course, there were fewer bagels. Haha, but it was nice because there were no people and it was quiet.

The bagels and coffee are awesome here! Love it, but they need to work on the ordering part, usually it takes a long time to wait in line.

Came here on a Sunday close to closing. The breakfast bagels were great. Flavorful and tasty. The cashier, a nice lady, told me about a promotion with 2 free bagels on the receipt. I redeemed the promotion while waiting in store. She then gave me 12 bagels, on the house. Definitely because they had leftover inventory but it was still a nice gesture. I've now been here a few times and every time has been pleasant.

I love the Texas Brisket on ancient grains. This is kind of a hidden spot. Once you find your perfect combination, it will be your to go place in the area.

We like to drive down here about once or twice a month as we live about 40 miles away. Great bagels and coffee, the Chelsea a Vanilla/Hazelnut combo, is one of my favorites along with the dark roast. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch. I have had the Pastrami on an everything bagel in past visits and it is amazing. My family usually has the Farmhouse egg sandwich, which has bacon, ham and cheddar cheese with your choice of one or two cage free eggs in Asiago bagels. Yesterday I opted for two everything bagels toasted with cream cheese and a couple of pickle spears. Great food and they have indoor and outdoor seating which is great for us since we always have our dog with us.

Just tried the Maple House bagel at Noah's Bagels, and wow! Seriously, the perfect blend of sweet maple flavor with that classic bagel chewiness. It was so good, I almost went back for another one! Definitely a must-try if you're a fan of sweet and savory combos."

While I’m not a huge bagel fan, I recently went here for a social breakfast with friends. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bagels. The place was bright and clean and inviting. Seating is comfortable and suitable for solo visits or even larger groups of 6 to 10 people. The coffee was better than average, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely come back and would recommend you check it out when you get a chance!

I'd previously been to Noah's in Manhattan beach and had been craving them for a few years. Orange county doesn't have the best bagel scene so when i discovered they had opened up a spot in Tustin i was ecstatic. It's just as good as the other Noah's and i am so hyped about it. Their challah is soft and flavorful. The bagels are so tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. I'll be coming back for more very soon. Some people have pointed out the wait but honestly, you're getting a high quality product. Well worth it.

While the staff are nice, the service is slow. The lox bagel is awesome! I highly recommend it. If you order online, you can just show up and pickup your order. This will make your experience a lot better.

*Ordered on Uber eats, chorizo jalapeño and avocado bagel came with no spread or avocado. Very disappointing. Uber eats won’t refund the bagel. ^ Update the company took care of me and loaded my rewards with $20 dollars for issue. Great customer service.

Noah's was my favorite bagel shop . I would drive 25 miles to get my poppy seed bagel stuffed with turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard. Today the scenario has changed after getting this bagel! Where is the poppy seed?! Is this leaf even lettuce? I don't taste turkey anymore! I am surprised why the quality has changed. The poppy seed bagel used to be coated with poppy not like this pic plain bagel with sprinkle of poppy. They also used to put 2 or 3 slices of turkey but not anymore. Unfortunate.

D
Dave Reich

The ingredients are good quality. The staff simply too inexperienced, so you never know how your bagel is going to come out. Last time I got little cream cheese just on one side. This time so much lox I actually took some out!! All the places around here are like this. It's all young kids and most of them don't have a clue. There's no management whatsoever. The shareholders don't seem to care.

First I love Noah's , best bagels around by far. I was in the area for work got the craving still drove 12 miles to get here arrived starving get out the way people haha was greeted by a nice gentleman who saw I was delirious pointed me in the right direction. Okay all good right? C'mon guys pull it together Unfriendly people behind the counter it was me and one other guy waiting ... 15 min later after watching the girl with blue hair cough all over the sandwich making area I'm now the only one in there, throws the sandwich on the counter yells my name into the huge crowd of no one doesn't acknowledge me whatsoever and dips out faster than I could say thanks ... I'm not a review person this is my 4th review ever but had to share so whoever in charge reads this and decides to change it up bc something is seriously off it's not cool and needs to be fixed before it's too late

coming from a new yorker, bagels are fair considering this is cali. however, they skimp on the sandwiches, bacon is microwaveable and you get a few small slices. what really was surprising was who i believe was the manager (bagel prep woman) was openly disrespectful to the other employees working in front of us! i would hate to work at this location and feel bad for the other 2 ladies working hard to be disrespectful especially in front of other people to see.

L

Waited and waited curbside for my pickup order, done on their app. I finally phoned. They thought I was picking up inside the store although I'd checked the box for curbside and checked the box for "I'm here"- bagel tasted good, schmear tasted of bacon which I doslike. I think they use the same knife for vegetarian foods as they do for meat foods. Not a good thing.

I so wanted to give this a 5 star rating but just can't. We were so excited to see this going in to this new shopping center as we loved the Noah's up in Petaluma but became very disappointed after our 2nd visit yesterday. I first stopped on Sunday June 10th as I saw people outside eating only to learn it was for friends and family however they invited me in to try a sandwich and drink on them, so I did. The sandwich was tasty but I did not care for the tea I ordered but that was my fault for not asking how it was made. Then, on Monday June 11th, I brought my son in and quickly learned they only have bottled soda beverages for purchase and their iced tea comes from a tap so to speak and there are NO refills. For the price they charge that is ridiculous as there was nothing special about the taste of the tea. All of the surrounding bagel shops have a soda fountain and fresh brewed tea with unlimited refills. That in-itself despite the great tasting bagels will keep us from frequenting this establishment. We may stop by on occasion for a bagel to go but never to eat in as for the poor drink selection/costs. The service is beyond friendly but quite slow, understanding they are just opening so hopefully the speed picks up.

Bagels here are really good! It's a beautiful bagel shop. There is an employee here who must work on her customer service. She is in the kitchen, and boy her body language and customer service are bad. Staff does not wear name tags, but she has grown out blonde hair and a heavy set, and she is there during lunch hours. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for her customer service!

K
Kaori Tsuki

It’s normal bagel you can buy in Walmart. It is not New York bagel. Microwaved eggs. Disappointed.

A

First and last time at this one. Plain bagel so cross contaminated with everything bagel bits that it tasted the same. Prep counter full of crumbs, toasting tray the same. Not impressed in the slightest with slow service or lack of cleaning. There are nicer Noah's around, this is not one of those. A lack of training on the manager's part. 3 stars because the staff was very nice.

G

The burrito and bagels we ordered were good. Bagels were soft and fresh. I ordered through the app and didn't get the bagels toasted, so they didn't slice them for some reason? I would also not recommend the hot chocolate- it taste like hot milk. And I would also suggest not ordering ahead and expect to do curbside, you will have to go in to get it.

Been looking forward to this bagel business opening for sometime based on their location close to me. The staff are really friendly, the bagels are fresh and tasty but their sandwiches let them down.

Weird vibe on the morning I visited. Lots of customers waiting and a couple seemed unhappy. Service was a bit slow and flow was confusing. Bagel was meh, not nearly as good as Bagel Me.

I've been a couple of times, but i usually just get their bagel boxes. Well, i had a big order today for the office. I had to go back for missing items and because the coffee they gave me was not made correctly. The girl at the counter told me thats just how they make it, apparently all iced coffees should taste watered down and flavorless. Didn't offer to remake or give a refund. So I had to order another coffee, and one for myself. I ordered large for both and this is what I got. I will definitely be finding a different breakfast place. The customer service was not it.

R

Brand new location with a soft opening on Monday June 11th and the Official Grand Opening scheduled for Saturday the 16th. On my first visit I was greeted warmly by the employee behind the counter, very pleasant and friendly. I noticed Noah's has a wider selection of bagels compared to its competition. Peppercorn bagel is a definitely worth a try. Glad it opened close to my neighborhood as the community definitely needed a breakfast place. Hope it keeps up to its reputation of providing fresh and hot bagels and its excellent customer service as experienced in my initial visit. By the way Mondays they have a special deal where they offer 13 bagels for $8.00, definitely worth grabbing.

N
Nathan “Nate” Robledo

The last few times I've been here the service had been terrible. Getting orders wrong, unfriendly workers, and orders taking long. It looks like they have the typical staffing issues because one of them had complained that they had to work through their lunch. Your better off waiting in line at Dunkin if you need a quick bite to eat because they're staff is dialed in during rush times.

H

I use to love coming here, the food was always good never had issues. But after they switched management anytime I go there now it’s not good and takes forever. I ordered ahead today 02/24 and waited well over 30 mins for my order and then when I received my order the blended caramel cold brew I ordered was blended milk it was horrible and no coffee taste. I’m disappointed because I loved this place and it has went downhill

N
Nubian Girl

First of all what I don't like is for a employee to talk down to another employee in front of a customer, now I go here every morning and every time I kid you not their is a issue well this time I guess the young lady didn't hear me say I wanted avocado so when I saw them making my sandwich I reminded the girl making it and she went to. Heck and said it's not there then belittle the girl in front of me then had the nerve to tell me next time it cost this for avocado and I'm like I did tell her that, I mean it's avacado and I pay my way, if she wanted me to add the payment I am cool with that but don't tell me like I didn't ask. It just wasn't professional to me at all. And the sandwich I got a tuna sandwich and all I tasted was a ball of salt I ask them to taste the tuna and was told they don't taste their own food how is it you don't taste your food before serving it, is beyond me.

A
Alexandra Lewen

First and only time coming here. Food was ok, but the service.... saw my coffee made and it just sat there. Wasn't made correctly, all the flavor was at the bottom and it was missing about an inch of coffee from the cup. Service wasn't great, coffee not good and bagel was ok.

A
Archie Danesh

The food and drinks are really good but the customer service is horrible, some of the employees there have a bad attitude and will ignore you and walk away when you ask them the status of an order. Or will make you wait a long time, I had to cancel my order and walk out today cause the girl working there mumbled “I’m not even close to that name”.

C
Christopher James

Prepare to wait a long time for your order. Even if you do a mobile order, you'll be standing around for a while. I don't know if it's the employees aren't trained properly or they have no sense of urgency. I'm not expecting it out in 30 seconds, but 30 minutes is a long time.

C
Callum Mckeefery

Good bagels. Let down by terrible staff. You guys need to improve hiring or training.

This place will get your order wrong so often, starting to question my sanity for going back

R

It's difficult to rate this particular location. The bagels are good (especially the blueberry bagels), but their service is the slowest. I'm worked in a variety of food establishments and I don't know how it is so slow. It's clearly something systematic because the employees are working hard. Anyways, I recommend never coming here to order bagels in person. It will be at least 15 minutes before you order and then another 20-40 before you get your order. HOWEVER, if you download the app and order ahead, your bagels will be ready in 10-15 minutes. When you order via the app, you have to say "ASAP." If you select anything else, you might as well have just come in person (which, you remember, is not recommended).

S
Shea Silva

Good prices and quality; however, service is not good! I waited over an hour for my order. I ordered at 6:30am online, At 7:30am after waiting for over a half hour in store they were making the walk in orders before my order until I had to complain twice. Can't come back as they cannot handle my business in a timely fashion. I ordered 3 Brunch boxes...

Terribly slow. One at the time...docile employees. Floating on the cloud of an alternate universe.

To start off Noah’s NY Bagel consistently hits the spot. My family loves their bagels and challah. Spread is not heavy and over bearing, compliments just right. 2 stars for the following reasons. Price points are a little high when you buy a bagel sandwich plus drink for a family, expect paying $30+. The wait in line + the wait for your order can be pretty long, once waited over 25+ mins combined. I ended up downloading the app and started ordering ahead. Now we are able to just order, select a time and pick up. Once ordered via app, patiently waited 25 mins to find out my order was out of stock but employees failed to tell me. Had to wait another 5 to reorder. This establish definitely needs to consider a reorg.

Second time I've been here and it's mediocre at best...especially the staff. Both times were weekdays for a very late breakfast - 11:30am-ish. Both times, nearly no one was inside the restaurant, yet it took forever to get two bagels with cream cheese. The last time (today - 7/12/22) I watched as they were making the sandwiches/bagels. It was like they were in slow motion. No sense of urgency. Alarmingly, the preparer was making an order prior to mine...and I watched as she picked items from dripping trays - some sort of beads (capers) DRIPPING, tomatoes DRIPPING, onions DRIPPING and raw looking fish she tore apart and placed on the sandwich. My "toasted" bagels were sitting down the line 3-4 orders away getting cold. I found avocado smeared on the bottom side of one of my bagels. Just poor practices all in slow motion for people to watch. Bagels were good, just service sucked

A
Anisha

I've only been here a handful of times and it's always a chaotic experience. They are ALWAYS short staffed. Always. The poor girl at the front was ringing people up, making the orders plus running orders out to people waiting for curbside delivery. Oh, AND fulfilling DoorDash orders. The older lady, who I am assuming is the manager, was no help. I wish had cash to tip the girl at the register. Please please PLEASE hire more people. Bagels were good tho.

D
Derek Barraza

Bagels are good. I had the double stuffed breakfast sandwich. The eggs and bacon were not hit enough to melt the American cheese. Just ok at best. The customer service was the weak point. Lacked personal attention. The sandwich maker called my name when the sandwich was ready. I was seated 8 feet from her and I replied “over here.” She still put my sandwich at the other end of the counter. When I asked if she could hand it to me she replied “just a second” and walked away. She didn’t come back for nearly a minute. As she turned her back and walked away, I knew she wasn’t going to do anything. I got up and picked up the sandwich. When she returned she did not say anything. This is a missed opportunity for this establishment to make the personal connection and show their customers that they actually care. OVerall, a two star experience, one star for the bagel and one star for the overall ambiance.

R
Richard Givens

Ordering and waiting for that order takes way to long here. Been here for 30 minutes and still waiting on my order to be completed. A few folks here look more than irritated. The employees look to be working, but the wait makes me consider other options next time.

L
Lindsey G

Underwhelmed. Website didn’t have a clear place to order online, Google suggested DoorDash, fine a bit pricey (almost $10 for a simple breakfast bagel?) took 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches & 6 bagels. I paid for double egg, received one and both sandwiches barely cooked. Cheese unmelted. First and likely last visit.

The rating is given for the last three trips in the past two months on issues with phone orders. Three phone orders were placed for 2-3 dozens bagels. Each time I asked for the bagels sliced. The first order was forgotten, I had to wait on premise for 40 minutes fir them to make the order. The second time and third time I called to confirm the bagels were ready and sliced before I drive 28 miles to pick them up. The orders were confirmed over the phone. But the bagels were not sliced when I got there 2 hrs after the order was placed. I waited another 20 minutes for them slicing the 3 dozen bagels. It was very disappointing to look at how the bagels were “sliced” or “stabbed” as shown in photos. I was given verbal confirmation and yet the orders were still not ready. How could simple orders be carried out here?

K
Kenya Padilla

i come here at least once a week. usually order dozen box for the office and a egg sandwich for myself. I've been disappointed with this location before but never wrote a review. today i waited 30 mins exactly for my order of 1 BLT. the girls who took my order was not the friendliest. i asked for a free coffee i forgot to redeem, after i placed my order while i waited for my bagel- she said i couldn't anymore - ok that's fine, i missed it while i was at the ordering counter- i waited and waited for my order, the girl making the bagels was obviously new, and working alone. kept asking the order counter girl for directions on how to make it and ingredients. she had no sense of urgency, was walking dragging her feet. she then had it done and someone came to check the bagel and told her it was wrong, she missed the " no bacon" she put the wrong cheese. made it again....i was watching the entire time. then finally calls my name and i say i ordered two eggs and only saw her put one - someone else then checked her work and made her throw it away and they made me a new one by someone else. i get sometimes we dislike our jobs, but there are plenty of people out there looking for opportunities, willing to do these jobs with pride and a smile. we've all been new at a job and know the pressure of meeting expectations but a simple "sorry for the wait or any acknowledgement" would have been nice. this place needs better leadership.

B
Benjamin Smaglick

The food is super good and unique which is why I’ve gone multiple times. However, every single time I go, whether I order ahead or get in line, it takes an average of 40 min to get my order. There is nothing efficient or any kind of system in place that makes sense. The staff are not very friendly, they don’t acknowledge when orders are ready, some orders are done before others (when they were called in 20 min before) and it feels chaotic when you are in there. I’m not sure if all Noah’s bagels are run this way but it is so different and backwards compared to any other restaurant I’ve been to.

N
Nancy McLaren

Food is great! Staff are alright. They don’t have a very good system for making sure people get their food correctly but whatever it works. The biggest issue is the hazards of this place. Went in and actually sat down to eat and noticed my foot was slipping a bit on the ground. Then had to use the restroom and nearly skated my way into it. The ground had a weird oil slick feeling to it. Spoke to someone about it and they said that’s just how it is. Then another time, we tried to exit one of the doors and it was jammed shut causing people to smack into it. Spoke to someone and they said that’s just how it is. Someone will seriously get hurt one of these days, but that’s just how it is.

I did not want to write a review, as I tried to resolve my issue with the store by email, but something shocking happened: My complaint was about the sesame bagels I had bought (a dozen) all having huge air holes inside, basically the bagels were just air and fluff, no substance, only a bit of dough in the center near the hole. See photos. This was not right. Secondly, the poppy seed bagels were about 2/3 the size of the other bagels. They were tiny and super dense. Several of the bagels had their hole off center and looked like kettle bells. I think there is a major quality control issue at that shop or, if all Noah's bagels are like that now, the quality has considerably declined. Noah's bagels used to be really big and doughy. So after I emailed them about this, they apologized and issued a full refund on the order, which was nice. However, about 10 days later, they RE-CHARGED my card with the same amount, taking the refund away! Ever since, I've emailed customer service many times attaching my credit card statement as proof, but no response. Wow!

N

Customer service here is not good at all. I came here after noon, no line at all, not busy at all. I ordered two cold brews, one black and one with vanilla. There was two girls, one had glasses. They spent more time chattering about each other’s lives, then getting orders out. I waited and watched as they talked, walked to the back of house, and finally the girl with glasses got to make my drinks. Cold brew here is absolutely horrible, tasted very watered down. On top of that, I do not think they measure the amount of flavoring that goes in. The girl just poured the flavoring straight into my cup. It was not stirred or anything, tasted very gross when I took the first sip. I do not recommend coming here and will not be coming back myself.

Horrible service here, ordered on mobile for curbside pickup, arrived, noted on app since my order said it was ready, checked in to say I'm here. Waited 15 minutes, no employees coming out.... I have a small child with me, getting out of the car is a huge PITA, hence why I ordered breakfast with the option for curbside CONTACTLESS pickup! My box was sitting on the counter, cold food and when I asked why no one brought it out, they said they don't do that when they're busy, there were three people waiting for food, regardless, then DISABLE curbside pick up!!!!! How are we supposed to know you WON'T do curbside pickup when we ordered it that way. The staff were COLD like the food, both turned their head to not deal with me or answer my questions, only when I stood there saying, hello?? so you don't care, right? One finally turned and said our cashiers usually tell us, sorry, but it was about the most insincere apology. NOW the kicker, get home and my brunch box is missing ALL four blueberry muffins!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO they substituted with two other jalapeño bagels????? SORRY, that is NOT what my young son will eat when you replace FOUR blueberry muffins with two jalapeño cheddar bagels!!!!!!! How is this a comparable swap out???? You missed the mark on so many levels, clearly this place has horrible management and staff are UNHAPPY to work here and don't want to work here................. STAY AWAY!

This location is poorly managed. There are nice people working there but there are always inconsistencies with their orders. They get my order right maybe one out of every 5 or 6 attempts and I'm not asking for anything crazy. Waiting behind other people who are just trying to get their order corrected (like this morning) just compounds the problem. Slow order turnover plus incorrect orders buries this place during the rush. It's a shame, because I've been a Noah's fan for at least 10 or 12 years.

Had a bad experience here today. I ordered a to-go and was waiting nearby the entrance for the bagel to be prepared. After hearing one of the server call my name, I walked to the counter, and there were several packages on the counter. Since there was no name or receipt on the package, I didn't know which one was mine. So I asked one of the servers (tall guy) which one I need to take. He literally looked at me and then walked away. Embarrassed, now I asked the other server (a girl with glasses) which one's mine. She looked at me tilting her head and then walked away. So I just ended up taking the package that seemed to be mine. I know you guys are the busiest people in the world, and you guys don't even have a second to spare to find out which bagel belongs to who. But I was really upset by the fact that all the servers were ignoring my question and were showing the attitude that they don't care about their customer. I've never had this bad customer service elsewhere. NO matter how hectic the place is, I wish you guys appreciate your customer's needs.

Terrible place. Waited 42 min for two bagels. Paid for avocado and got a gross guacamole spread. Bacon was soggy and undercooked. Staff is clueless and stares at screen and knocked out one order every 10 min. Managers need to help their staff

Don't open if you're short staffed. 12/26 at 10am in the morning. Lady at register looked upset. Only 1 person at the register when 8 people are in line, 1 person making the bagels. Very unacceptable for a big establishment.

We ordered on doordash and we were there waiting within 5 min of ordering. They never made our order or called our name, and never completed the order on doordash. The manager told us they made the order and refused to make it again. He even accused us of trying to steal. I work in the service industry and would never treat a customer this way. Will never return or recommend this location to anyone.

I went to go buy me a jalapeño bagel, I had a bad experience with the people there that prepare the food and they kept chatting about their live, they were very rude. They shouldn’t be working there if they hate their job.

You are better off ordering in person. They advertise that mobile orders save time but we waited soooooo long and had to keep asking the for the status of our order. The workers were moving slow and when our order was finally finished they just plopped it down in front of me without saying anything. No apology for the wait either, they just seemed annoyed.

This place is awful. We were so excited to come here and have bagels but from the moment we walked in the service was so rude. The food prep staff were on their phones texting with their gloves on while making our food and then when we ordered, we looked into the bag and the bagels weren’t sliced. We asked for the bagels to be sliced and they said, we can’t touch them after we give them to you. They never even asked me if we wanted them sliced or not. I will NOT return here and our family was super excited about this place but do NOT return here. If they want this place to succeed they need to get new staff that cares about the customers and business

Extremely, unbearably slow. I have been here 3 separate times and each time the wait for the food is 30 minutes. The system is completely broken and ineffective, yet no improvements over the several visits I’ve made. The cost does not justify the overall experience. Good quality, zero convenience factor. Update: after over 30 minutes waiting, our order came out. The person calling my name said it was a doordash order, but I said no, that’s my name but I ordered on the app. She verified and gave me the food. 3 of 4 items were correct. The one that was wrong was too wrong to accept as it contained dairy and the order was non-dairy. It was super disappointing to wait so long to get the wrong thing. We brought it back, they took the wrong order, had to figure out what to do. This took another 10 minutes. Finally, they got the right order confirmed and said we would have to wait! AGAIN! They made it wrong but our CORRECT order needed to go to the end of the line. We were swindled our money for the order. We were NOT willing to wait another 30 minutes. No apology no refund. So unprofessional, terrible customer service. Very disappointed 😞

Ordered a bakers Dozen in person with 8 Everything and a variety of others. They told me it would Take ~8 minutes for the Everything bagels, I said that’s fine. 15 minutes by nothing. Went up to the counter and spoke to the only person there (different from the one I originally ordered with), didn’t know anything of order or what was pending. She couldn’t look it up. Everything bagels came out They sold them to other people and told me I would have to wait another 10 minutes for my bagels. I said no choose other Bagels and left. Never going back. Bad Service. It wasn’t busy either.

I'm not sure if they are short staffed and training new people but the service her has really gone down hill. This place was already overpriced for what it is (just okay bagels) but the last few times I've been here i've had terrible service. I ordered a vanilla latte a few days ago and they tried to give me a cup of milk and vanilla syrup and when I said "there's no espresso in this." they tried to tell me that I had ordered a latte with no espresso. Today I tried to give them another chance, I walk in and there is only one person making food and no one at the cash register to take people's orders and there's already a line. I ordered a nova lox sandwich and when I asked for extra lox the girl said it was $2.50 per slice?! I know she doesn't set the prices but that is outrageous to charge that much for a slice of lox. I just went with the regular amount and then they didn't even put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel.

Today my order came with 2 hashbrowns missing, a whole tub of strawberry shmear, and a bag of chips. Not only were there missing items the bacon on my bagel was a white limp noodle and the bagel it self was not toasted and the cheese not melted. This is the third time in a row that they have missed items and also prepared items incorrectly. Today was the worst experience because I decided to call the store and speak with the manager and was that an awful choice. He was very condescending and rude and told me to just dispute the purchase. I wish I could give this location a zero, but 1 star works since their food is good... if you ever get it or its made correctly.

Slowest staff on earth. 15 min wait for a bagel with nothing on it. Just plain toasted. Seriously???

The staff here is super rude. If you work in hospitality you should be kind to your guests. I didnt know if my order was up because I came from bathroom and there was several orders on the counter with no names. I tried asking employee Alexus if one of the orders was mine but before I could even finish she said give me a few minutes and walked away. Her body language and the way she said it and not letting me even finish speaking is why I wont be coming back. Turns out she is the Team Lead. I has to wait longer while my food getting cold because she didnt want to take a few seconds to check for my order. Thats horrible customer service. Finally minutes later when she did come back she had the same attitude and rude. The food was cold. Not good.

My husband and visited this location and experienced the worst customer service. We went out of our way to visit this location and were treated with such disdain by lady at register. I followed her instructions to the T to put or order in online as she said she couldn’t take it at her register. Then online notified me that it was too late to order online. She could care less that I spent all that time back and forth following her poor instructions. She chose to argue and be petty as opposed to own up to her mistake. We had even previously tipped her on initial order but apparently for no reason as her interaction with us was garbage and unwarranted. We are chill and reasonable people- this interaction made no sense. Disappointed to say the least.

Visiting from Arizona thought we’d grab a bagel and a coffee for the road. We waited for 5 minutes and was completely ignored at the counter until acknowledged by girl who informed us she’d be with us in a minute…. We left. With service like this, it’s no wonder we were the only ones in the shop. Must be nice to be such a successful business that you can hire rude employees because patrons don’t mean a Gd thing to you.

Came in here on my lunch break and was not greeted kindly at all. Young worker with Red Hair behind register, was mumbling seemed irritated with me for wanting to place my order. Very condescending demeanor. Received my bagel and latte and both items were made poorly, I will not be returning to this location. Highly recommend not visiting this location you’ll be disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order in advance, had all the receipts and confirmations to prove it, and showed up on time—only to be told my order wasn’t there. No explanation. No apology. Just blank stares and confusion. To top it all off, when I finally did get something, the bagel was awful stale, flavorless, and not worth the money at all. They don’t even deserve my 1 star.

R
R

Absolutely unacceptable attitude towards customers! Instead of calmly explaining in English, the staff starts raising their voice. This is not only disrespectful but also very unpleasant. If you have issues with serving foreigners, just put up a sign on the door so people don’t waste their time. In a proper coffee shop, the cashier could use a translator instead of raising their voice. The quality of the coffee is also disappointing. It is pre-made and stored in a boiler, like in a cheap motel. You expect a fresh drink to be prepared in a coffee shop, not reheated in a boiler. None of this justifies the price or meets expectations of normal service.

Terrible service - 30 min to get an order. Half the line left due to incompetence of staff. Staff would go to the back while orders piled up. Worst ran store - stay away

This place is a complete and absolute dumpster fire. Ferociously overpriced, terrible service. Don’t know how to take a basic order for a standard open face bagel. Paid $16 for this absolute piece of garbage.

Oh boy, where do I even begin with my Noah NY Bagels experience in Tustin? Let's just say it was a comedy of errors that left me questioning the very fabric of the bagel universe. First things first, customer service. Or should I say, the lack thereof? It seems Noah NY Bagels is on a mission to redefine the term "short-staffed." I walked in and was greeted by a team of bewildered newbies who were clearly in dire need of some serious training. And boy, did it show. The main event: the Texas brisket. I ordered it with high hopes, envisioning a mouthwatering, meaty masterpiece. What I got, however, was a sad excuse for brisket. I'm not sure if they accidentally slipped me a homemade disaster, but the meat resembled something straight out of a horror movie. It had a peculiar resemblance to, well, let's just say it looked like the aftermath of a bad digestive day. Yikes! As if that wasn't enough, my poor girlfriend fell victim to the Avocado Adventure. She ordered a bagel with avocado, only to receive a gross guacamole spread that was more like a culinary crime scene. The bacon on her bagel was so soggy and undercooked that it left us wondering if it had taken a dip in the nearby hot tub instead of sizzling on a pan. The staff's incompetence reached impressive levels as they stared at their screens, seemingly mesmerized by the digital wonders before them. One poor soul even managed to knock out an entire order, leaving us to question who was responsible for their training. Do they even have food handling cards? It's a mystery worthy of Sherlock Holmes. If you're looking for a bagel experience that'll make you scratch your head and contemplate the mysteries of life, then Noah NY Bagels might just be the place for you. But if you prefer your bagels with a side of competence and quality, I suggest you goto East Coast Bagel on Culver Dr.

The staff here are extremely slow. I am actually writing this review inside the store right now waiting for my order. It has already been 20 minutes since I placed my order "ahead of time" and I am still waiting. I actually saw a guy leave because he had to go to work and told the staff not to make it. How embarrassing. People have places to go and places to be. You need to tell your staff to be more urgent/efficient when working here. I am seeing them move at a snails pace. I dont know if I want to come back anymore which is a shame because it's so close to my house but it is not worth the obscene wait time.

Francesca Omega

Placed an online order - said it would be ready at 10:40 and ended up having to wait an extra 35 min to get it. They were so behind on orders yet had no sense of urgency. The people making the sandwiches would miss orders and had no efficiency. There was no line at the ordering area yet the pick up/waiting area had over 20+ people. Some people waited over an hour and never even got their order! Extreme lack of urgency, efficiency, and NO customer service. It was like nobody knew what they were doing...and yes before the business manager replies I have already contacted the website contact and guest services

just like others said in their reviews. I don’t understand how this bagel store operates under what kind of management. First of all , they make bagel so slowly so most of orders are so behind !!! I was waiting extra 25 minutes to get my orders. If I were a store owner I would fire this sotre manager first !!! Especially, it is breakfast which means we grab them and go to work asap!! Their whole system so messed up. I would go to Einstein bros bagels from now on.

I’m lactose intolerant. I ordered a farmhouse and asked to take off the cheese and cream cheese and they still put the cream cheese on. Of course I didn’t realize until I got home and opened the bagel. Now I can’t eat it. Not happy at all, paid for a bagel I can’t eat. Also want to add we waited almost 30 mins for our incorrect order!

Old Town Tustin ofrece boutiques y tiendas especializadas.
