A lot of things to love about Red Robins. The bottomless fries being one of them, and the burgers being the other. Cooked exactly the way we ordered them (one medium rare and another medium well) and tasteful to the last bite. Having the tablet for ordering refills or deserts is really great for when you aren't able to flag someone down. We did end up switching waiters TWICE because their shifts happened to end at the right times, but I think that was us getting more unlucky than anything and they were both very apologetic about the situation!

Tonight we came to red Robin for my niece’s birthday. Our server, Allana was so sweet and very pleasant from the very first time she came to our table. She had great recommendations on what we should try and what her favorites were. We never had to ask for a bottomless fries to be replenished or our drinks to be refilled. Allana is a great server. We are visiting from out of town and I wish I lived closer so she could be my server again. She is very friendly and smiled every time she came to our table or just in passing. And it wasn’t just at our table but also at adjacent tables. She was just as great with the other guests attending the restaurant. We had plans to go to a different restaurant tonight to celebrate and I’m so glad we ended up here. Thank you, Allana for making our night so great. XoXo Tiki party

This might be the best deal in fast casual dining right now. Bright and fun surroundings, excellent service with a consistent smile, and a bottomless drink, bottomless fries or salad, and a double cheeseburger all for $9.99. A Big Mac Combo meal right now is $12.39. Perfect spot to take a break from work for lunch, or after work pit-stop for sports and happy hour.

Had a great lunch with $10 Burger Tuesday. My waiter Martin did an amazing job. I had a small accident with the Malt Vinegar and he and the manager took care of everything right away and were very professional. I live out of the country now but have many fond memories of Red Robbin and this location did not disappoint!

Came in to the bar for takeout. Amanda was perfect. She knew when to engage and could tell when I didn’t need or want anything. She suggested an appetizer since I was still present. The curly/wavy mozzarella sticks are good, different but good. I’m from the East Coast - they were okay. The clucks, once home, were surprisingly very good despite the time I kept them in the container?! They also have excellent ranch dressing. The service was really great, the place clean and festive, also love their community spirit. They raise money for local schools and maintain an assistance fund that helps employees in need; employees contribute.

I came to red Robbin for by birthday, Lily, our sever, was AMAZING!! She was very mindful, very cutesy🙂‍↕️ I tried the new Jalapeño burger and it was super good, the fries were okay and the freckled lemonade was good. Overall the experience was a good one and my husband and I will be back. The only thing is parking is rough, we went on a Saturday and there’s like 0 parking and no one knows how to drive in a parking lot it seems.

Red Robin Gourmet Burger and Brewery in Tustin is a place where happiness is served on a platter, alongside endless fries and ranch that kept everyone in our group grinning like Cheshire cats. And let me tell you, our server was the MVP of our dining experience. She was so friendly and awesome that I wanted to request her for my everyday life. Unfortunately, my aging brain decided to play hide-and-seek with her name. Sorry, awesome server, you deserve better! Oh, the burgers! They were like a love story between my taste buds and my stomach, but unfortunately, my heartburn decided to crash the party. Note to self: next time, bring some antacids for backup. Nonetheless, the location and food were amazing, so I'm willing to forgive my rebellious digestive system. The burgers themselves were decent, with fresh tomatoes and lettuce that added a touch of garden-fresh deliciousness. But the real star of the show was the Peach Berry Freckled Lemonade. It was like a fruity symphony dancing on my tongue. The only disappointment was their spiked lemonade. I mean, come on, if you're going to spike it, make sure it packs a punch! It felt more like I was drinking a lemonade-flavored tease. Where's the fun in that? Red Robin in Tustin is a place where you can indulge in mouthwatering burgers, make friends with endless fries, and nurse a heartburn while you laugh it off. Just don't get your hopes up too high for their spiked lemonade. But hey, who needs alcohol anyway when you're surrounded by good company and great food? So go ahead and treat yourself, because life's too short to worry about heartburn... until it hits you like a ton of spicy fries!

At the beginning we had a little issue cause we didn't get a server someone stop by and said I will be with you but she never came back. I had to get up and ask the manager for someone to take care of us. After that we had Kayla who saved the day she was very nice friendly and on top of everything.

Service here was great! My wife and I got a pizza and a chicken sandwich. We had a couple of mishaps during our meal, but this is not the norm at this location I can promise you that. Management effortlessly fixed everything we had an issue with and above and beyond for us. We really appreciated the staff tonight.

Lady server with the Henna Tattoo provided exceptional service for my 2 co-workers and me. She took our order then got the table drinks and fries while we waited for our burgers. Then another round of fries after we finished our burgers. She was also very attentive if our drinks needed refills. She has a great attitude. We will be back again. Red Robbin has a great $9.99 Big Yumm meal.

Never been disappointed at this location. Food is always really good quality, and consistently so from all the times I have been here. Lots of options for all folks, and I would even say it's hard to pick anything in the menu and not like it in some way. The staff here are always really kind and inviting, likely great management! The interior decor is pretty nice; very warm and cozy overall, while still being lovely and fun. There used to be a lot more random art strewn throughout, but it's been lessened over time (but still, they have a great Big Lebowski portrait that always catches my eye). Highly recommend this spot for good American eats.

I wish I could rate 3.5 stars. The service was excellent, but the food wasn’t anything special. The fries were fine. And the burger wasn’t great. It was huge, so it lives up to the name, but it didn’t have strong flavor. It was generic. The fried pickles were ok, but not as good as at Texas Roadhouse.

Good burgers, onion rings and fried fish. French fries taste ‘stale’, but you get unlimited amount. The milkshakes are approximately 2 servings, so I usually take a cup home or share. Understaffed, so the service can be slow. TVs are spread out, usually with a game broadcast. There is a happy hour special too.

The place was not crowded, considering it’s a Sunday lunch time. I think the kids enjoyed it since they will always be happy for mac and cheese and fries (hehe). But then they also need to make the adults happy, since they are actually the ones who is gonna pay :D We ordered the kids food first and at the same time ordered one adult meal. After that we ordered the next adult meals. The first adult meal seems to have been forgotten cause the second batch of adult meal already arrived but the one adult meal was not there yet. When finally it arrived, the drinks for that adult took 2 follow ups to come. Another incident was the onion tower, one of the onion still have the powder. The server/manager offered to replace it but we are already done so we declined.

I'm happy that this place takes Food Allergies seriously and is as risk-free as it gets for celiacs. Designated fryer for gf fries and gf food is prepared in a separate area if you specify Allergy. The allergen info is on the Red Robin allergen website and it's very clear what toppings and sided you can have with a red, yellow, green color-coding system. I enjoyed the burger on a good gf bun, with relish, tomato, lettuce, and Garlic aioli, and fries. My meal arrived FAST - in less than 10 minutes, hot and with a labeled toothpick marking it as Gluten free, as per good allergy safety protocols. The food was good, the service was friendly. The negatives were that the two hostesses were quite passive and seemed like they didnt want to be there, and the WiFi password was trickier than necessary with too many capital letters and a punctuation mark and that made it take awhile for the hostess to explain since she had to specify whether each letter was uppercase or capitalized. Also, the "dipping sauce" on offer seemed like salad dressing, which was unappetizing. We recommend it. Easy parking, fast, tasty, decent priced food in a convenient spot, and Very Allergy Friendly.

Good food, especially the burgers. Always something unique to try on the menu or promotion. Great deals going on the day I visited. But the interior is dated, we're not in the '90's anymore.

I recently visited this local business and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. The space was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere that made browsing enjoyable. Prices were fair for the quality offered, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

Server was not great with allergies. Did not listen to the fact I have multiple allergies. Then argued with me when I said the fries had seasoning. I talked to the manager. The server then came back and continued to argue with me until I told him to please stop. I did not feel safe with my allergens. And I felt incredibly disrespected.

Honestly I've had some issues the last 3 times I've been there but I've been brushing it off and making excuses like well it's busy maybe they're tired. It sucks because I've come a handful of times before and really enjoyed it. The first problem I had like last month was although my server was really nice and attentive the Asian with a red headband and glasses brought our fries out really aggressive and annoyed. They were not placed down they were tossed down in an annoyed manor. I get that it was busy that day but jeesh. I brushed it off and the next time we came in she was our server and it was a complete 180 in attitude. ( because this time I'd be tipping her instead...) She was actually doing a good job very attentive but then it was really uncomfortable when she started ranting about how she needs a good review to get more hours because they scheduled her like 8-10 and it sucks. It does suck but that's something she should discuss with the manager not a customer at the table. Then I went today and the server was nice and friendly but she never came back for side refills and like 30 minutes later she came back and asked if we wanted the check instead. She was busy so I'll let it be but lately it feels like there's always an issue here. You can feel the frustration and exhaustion from the servers. Please hire help to take the load off of them.

I waited for almost ten minutes in the “lobby” for someone to come bring me to a table. It was like 3pm on a weekday. I got a tavern burger and fries and a lemonade. It was cheap, but the burger tasted bad. Specifically the lettuce had that rancid warm iceberg lettuce flavor. The fries were under cooked and pale, the lemonade was Minute Maid or some low quality equivalent. It was so, so low quality, I can’t imagine coming back here. They really need to do better. I thought this might be good because of how crazy fast food prices are getting, but honestly not even this place is worth it.

I came with a huge group of softball players and booked at least a month before we got there, when we sat down it took 10 minutes to get the order for our drinks, a hour passed and we got our drinks a hour after we ordered, they never took our food orders after almost 2 hours of being there and we were there for almost 4 hours waiting. Very disappointing that we spend 4 hours there waiting for what we payed for. They had a month to prepare so if they didnt want to serve us they could've said no before we even cared to come to the place. Instead they left us all for a lot of hours waiting for our food. Very disappointing never coming back there.

Algunos banchan comunes incluyen:

  • Sigeumchi Namul (시금치나물): Espinacas blanqueadas y sazonadas.

Bebidas y Postres: El Complemento Perfecto
