Imperial Tuxtla Gutiérrez Reviews
If you visit Tuxtla and want to try the homemade food offered here, I invite you to visit El Imperial restaurant, a classic for years. The flavor of the dishes is completely homemade, the stews are delicious, the prices are very affordable, and it's very tasty.
The service is fast, there are several daily menus, the dishes are delicious and the prices are affordable.
A great place for lunch and breakfast with a varied, delicious, and very traditional menu. It's known for its excellent seasoning.
As always, the waiters were very friendly, it's a place with a lot of tradition and history, everything is delicious and affordable 👌. Whenever I'm in Tuxtla I stop by for breakfast and lunch, I even order takeout.
An extremely extensive menu, everything delicious and at good prices, truly 10000% highly recommended and right in the city center!!
Excellent place to eat, affordable and very tasty. What I wouldn't recommend would be the huevos motuleños, because if you're hungry, you'll be left hungry, but everything else is fine.
Delicious food at a very good price, great location, and the delivery time is very good!
A restaurant steeped in history and tradition. The food tastes good, and the service is excellent. We ordered a few items they didn't have, even though they were for breakfast. Recommended for a quick breakfast.
The ideal place to eat with family and work friends. I honestly really like the beef stew they serve there; there are other varieties, à la carte dishes, and desserts. The prices are very affordable, and they always serve you a complimentary soup, bread soup, or chayote soup, depending on what's available that day.
It has always been a good place to eat and/or have breakfast, and for my taste it's fine.
A very good place to eat, although they are overpriced on drinks, which are more expensive than a meal.
They serve the classic breakfasts of Tuxtla Gutiérrez. They respect tradition very much in their menu, but at least at breakfast. The coffee was delicious, and my favorite, the fried plantains, were exquisite. I was very surprised that at breakfast they had the day's newspaper on the table. I thought they had forgotten it or the table was occupied. Nowadays, with so much technology, reading the newspaper this way is recognizable.
Simple place to eat, average food, regular prices. The service was very good. If you're looking for glamour, go somewhere else.
To get out of a pinch, it might be an option, but the food isn't very good; it's standard, the portions are good, the service is 2-3, a run costs 58 plus water, I think there are better options nearby. The medallions of rajas I ordered were very burnt, the cream of vegetables and the rice were good.
Bad service, I don't recommend it. I ordered chilaquiles, and they were way too salty. They changed the dish, and it was the same.
The food was very good, but... we requested the corresponding invoice. They only gave me a printed one at the time, and it's been a week, and they haven't sent me the electronic files. It was on June 1, 2017, in the name of Colegio de la Frontera Sur. I left the email address where it should be sent. Regards.
It's sad that such poor quality places exist. Aside from the fact that the place is almost rundown, their menu seemed average. Everything we ordered was of terrible taste and quality. I criticize it so all of us who come from outside don't have this bad experience.
