I ordered a French Dip through toe drive thru. I had a coupon in from their app for only $3! When I was little one of the only places for fast food was Arby's. I would only order the French Dip. I haven't ordered it in over 20 years. It was just like I remembered! I love to dip things. I'm always saying that, "I'm a dipper". It was really delicious! Thanks Arby's! I sure hope you are around for another 20 years!
Waited a bit but it was lunch hour...as always great food...love the choices...clean and friendly
Clean, fast, friendly staff. The steak nuggets are good, like a decent quality brisket. Won't blow your mind, but if you want it quick and juicy, it's a good choice.
They DO have the meats, baby! When it's hot as hell, nothing beats to roast beef sandwiches with Arby's sauce and a lemonade!

This Arby's was the best Arby's I've EVER been to. The speed and quality of food was amazing, but the best part was the staff. Mrs.Susan was the best part of the experience. She was so incredibly kind to us and checked with us to make sure everything was perfect. She was wonderful to talk to and changed our night. 💕 I've never had better service elsewhere!
The staff is awesome here. Very seldom am I not greeted with cheer. It makes may day. The other stores should use this one as a training store and how to leave home moods home and come to work with a cheerful smiling attitude.
Started out on a rough patch but thanks to Assistant Mgr, Shane , he saved the day . The new Pork Belly Sandwich was fantastic, as was the double roast beef , and the service was right on, the drive from Athens was will worth it. 4/ 8/ 21 Drive thur only . Kimberly very courteous. Just check your order before you leave .
This is a good Arby's to dine in or do drive through. Everytime we go to this location we don't have a long wait. The food always taste good.
The food(#4 and boneless wings) was fresh, hot and delicious. Service was good. Lobby was closed but drive thru moved pretty fast. Totally recommend
I saw the Italian sandwich on TV and it looked so delicious I just had to go try it! I've had better. It's ok for fast food though. Their curly fries..100! Their sweet tea... not so sweet at all. Customer service was great and quick! I'd go again and try something else.
Decent as far as Arby's goes. Lady working the window was nice. Service was slow. 2 vehicles in front of me when I placed my order. Took 13 minutes to leave get my food. Curly fries were awesome though

Slow service... The place was not that busy, but everyone there was waiting on food. Dirty. Every table and seat has been used and was dirty/sticky. Small portions. I ordered my usual French dip, and it was really short on meat compared my Arby's north of Houston. See Pic. Looks like a "skinny" version.
Ordered my food off of doordash and they brought me the wrong order I ordered cheesestcks and jalapeno bites instead I got spicy chicken sandwich sliders!!!
This is two times I have been given the wrong food in a row now. It’s dark and I thought I checked well enough but I didn’t. After a 1 hour round trip to get it fixed I can get my money back or have it remade. Am I asking too much to get reimbursed and get my food remade?
How is Arby’s out of sauce? They have the meats, but not the sauces to go with them. Don’t waste your time on the limited steak nuggets with barbecue sauce because they can’t seem to order barbecue Sauce to go with them.
Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich just how it came. All they gave me was turkey and cheese in bread. The reason why? They are understaffed. I was literally the only customer there. There was nobody in the drive thru, nobody inside. Guy was hateful on the phone when I called to complain. Like I inconvenienced him. Even though I'm the one who paid for the meal, to be correct. Pulled forward and waited patiently. Do not go to this location. Not the first time this has happened. Between giving me the complete wrong order to mess up constantly.
“What a joke. Arby’s Buffalo Chicken Slider used to actually be worth it — basically a mini chicken strip sandwich. Now it’s just a sad little nugget with bread, and they’re charging $2.49 for it. Shrinkflation at its finest. Save your money.”
It's Arby's! No explanation needed! **EDIT** from 5 stars down to 1 star...I WENT BACK TODAY AND AM 100% DISSATISFIED. ONLY 2 SLICES ROAST BEEF ON MARKET FRESH SANDWICH. WILL NOT BE BACK TO TYLER TEXAS LOCATION**
