Ordered pickup. I asked for no tomatoes. I was so upset when I saw tomatoes on my sandwich, so I used my voodoo black magic to curse this JJ location. Turns out I never put no tomatoes on the ticket. I am very sorry.

The #9...unwhich...whew! My sandwiches are always amazing. They are always made exactly the way I want them and never sloppy. They are always ready when I arrive for pickup and everyone is always nice and acknowledges me once I come in. I've never received anything but exceptional service. Seriously my favorite sandwich and I will gladly swim through traffic to get this. Sorry, no pics. I like to get to the wolfing as soon as i get mine. 🤣 Kudos to everyone!

I was so impressed with the reopened shop. The young lady working the drive through was so friendly and the staff was so high energy! I love to order the lettuce wrapped sub the “unwich” and everything was so fresh and tasty! I will be back for more! Nice to have this option again 😁💯 Way to go Jimmy John’s!!

Maybe pay them better…kindness shouldn’t cost anything…like “thank you” or “have a nice day” or “enjoy” when passing a customer the sandwich with a smile. Also, the question I asked about the app seemed to ignite annoyance in the staff as I was told they have nothing to do with the app. I can’t use my card in the app without Apple Pay and I don’t want to use Apple Pay. Do I still get pairings and free stuff? I don’t know, because even by putting my phone number in at time of purchase in the store doesn’t result in corresponding change in the app suggesting I even made a purchase. Also, I can’t get delivery to my work from this location in the app. Restaurant was very clean.

Ordered 4 sandwiches, and only one of them was done correctly. Everything was correct on the receipt, so just be aware that they've got kitchen staff that can't follow step by step instructions on a piece of paper.

This location has a large male with a pony tail and a beard who lacks any communication skills which are necessary for customer service. He said absolutely nothing the whole interaction. Not a word! So rude.

I will "NEVER RETURN" nor will I refer anyone to this Tyler, Texas establishment. The night manager, SAVANNAH , was "very rude" and "very unprofessional". I am shocked that Jimmy John's would employ such a pompous person who does not value their customers. After SAVANNAH addressed me about customizing the GARGANTUAN sandwich (mustard instead of mayo), she said I should have known what comes on this sandwich because she has assisted me before. This was a total bold-faced lie because I have never seen this person ever in my life! Why would anyone do business with such a crooked and lying manager who displays rudeness to their customers? She would not refund my money, or my tip, that was paid to the cashier (whose name is Asia) which is what I was requesting due to her poor customer service. I'm quite sure that this "IS NOT" the first time that SAVANNAH has treated customers, or staff, with this type of disrespect and crazy fabricated stories. I'm quite sure that your staff will side with SAVANNAH due to their fear of retaliation or their fear of termination. What a terrible, terrible experience! SAVANNAH certainly needs to be fired or put on some type of corrective action!!!!!!! I wish that I could grade this by giving ZERO STARS because that is certainly the type of customer service that I just received!

I tried to get a sandwich for my little girl and the young man consistently refused to toast a sandwich, I don't understand why? They would not help explain the reasoning behind or even attempt to help us with a solution when ordering for a little one. Very disappointing, we did not even bother staying as that is the level of service we were receiving. We will not return.

Absolutely blown away by the minimalist approach here. I ordered a Beach Club and was thrilled to receive a bold, avant-garde interpretation of one — completely meat-free. Nothing says quality quite like unwrapping your lunch and discovering the main ingredient has gone missing. I checked twice, just in case the meat was playing hide and seek. It was not. For the price of a full sandwich, I got an inspiring lesson in expectations vs. reality. If this was a social experiment to see whether customers notice the absence of protein, congratulations — I noticed. Hoping next time the sandwich includes all the parts traditionally associated with a sandwich.

So often, the crew working at Knight just doesn’t give a flip and acts like they Don’t wanna be there. It’s too late in the evening to turn around and go back and get it because I would be closed now.
