We had Christmas dinner here and the wait was only 20 minutes although the place was packed at 2pm. Food took about 10 minutes longer to come out but it was Christmas and I think they were under staffed. However our server never missed a beat and his ribs and my grilled chicken salad was perfect. No complaints here. Ho ho ho!🎅

Great food here. Excellent service. Grace was our waitress and she was awesome!! Quesadilla burgers were fantastic. My son loves the chicken tender plate along with his Shirley Temple. All around great place. Recommend trying here if you haven’t. Thanks!!

This Applebee's is way better than any other in the area. The staff is friendly and the food is always good! I come here often and always have a great experience. The fiesta lime chicken is my all time favorite!! Dekevian is amazing, by far the best server there!

my friend's salad was oddly spicy, totally unexpected. however, my burger was great. i had a craving. it hit the spot. will return occasionally. server was very attentive and friendly. sorry can't remember her name.

Stopped in while shopping for a quick bite. We were greeted promptly as we entered and seated. Our waiter, Chance ,arrived soon after and took our drink orders. When he returned we ordered. 2 meals for $35. After a short wait our food arrived. My wife ordered the Ribs and I had the chicken and shrimp. The food arrived hot . The food and atmosphere were good. The bar area was half full. After eating I went to restrooms. They were neat and clean. My only disappointment was the soap dispenser was a ketchup bottle that I didn't want to touch. Maybe they can have that repaired soon.

Was out of Salad I wanted. Got the Bourbon Burger. Husband got Shrimp Texarkana Mex Bowl. Daughter got the Chicken. Food was good. Waiter not so much. The grilled chicken was bland, absolutely not seasoning 😩 and the broccoli was mushy. The meal was small too, it reminded me of a Lean Cuisine.

I have not been to this location for several years. Honestly only went this time because I had been given a gift card. For starters the business was 3/4 empty. Primarly it was a bar crowd. First issues is that our table was not cleaned well. There was a sticky area, salt ,pepper and crumbs that I wiped off with a napkin. I tried th Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp skillet. It had seasoning but overall was mediocre. The onions were not caramelized well. Best part was the potatoes. To be marketed as a premium dish, it just was not.

My daughter & I went about 2:30-3:00 we paid $60 for the worst food ever! My daughter ordered steak it was so cold they warmed it up & it's dry! The rice on my lime chicken was so rubbery it was horrible! We will not be goin back!

Managers were incredibly rude and even seemed violent.... I heard things being slammed and cuss words coming the back. Despite rude managers staff seemed very friendly and sweet. I won't be going back to a environment where the people working are very hostile towards to each other and the restaurant is so obviously barely surviving...

If I could leave no stars I would. The bartender discriminated and wouldn't sell us anything to drink because he said we smell like marijuana. I couldn't believe my ears. He blamed us for being under the influence, I was like really? I told him he was discriminating and this was totally unprofessional because he was judging Us by a smell. Like how do you know if we were the ones even smoking it we could have just been around other people smoking. So you can refuse to sell me alcohol because you say I'm under the influence of marijuana, but you can sell alcohol and people will still be under the influence, please make it make sense! I will never come back to this location again and we walked out after ordering all our food because I'm not going to spend a dime in a place that discriminates, PERIOD.

This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We sat down and waited at least 20 minutes before our waitress, Jana, even came to take our order. After that, it only got worse. We sat there for over two hours watching other tables, who came in after us, get their food while we still had nothing. The reason? Jana never even put our order in. We asked multiple times how much longer it was going to be for our food and our only response was “let me go check” and no one came back with an answer. I had to go and ask to speak to the manager to finally find out what was going on with our food. Waiting over two hours because of a careless mistake is beyond ridiculous. Applebee’s is supposed to be a casual, quick place to eat, but this visit was a complete disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, and I will not be coming back.
