Love their burgers, but over $20 for a burger n soda? Don't love them that much.

We ordered two cheeseburgers not knowing that it came with two patties. The Junior comes with one. You are able to choose what goes on your burger and everything is made to order. Loved the free peanuts while you wait for your food and the fry is large enough for several people to share. My only complaint was the bill was $25 for two burgers, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. A little pricey for lunch in my opinion.

This location is always on point must have a great Manager who hires and trained staff to give great customer service. The employees are so friendly they greet you, they say goodbye no matter how busy they are. They welcome the customers with a smile if there’s an issue with your order, they make it right kudos to you Vacaville!

We love five guys! It never disappoints! The burgers are always cooked fresh and fast. All the staff are incredible but Chris has been especially helpful. The first time we were there we had a lot of questions but he answered them all with ease. We love the staff here. I especially love the grilled cheese with an extra patty. The buns are inverted and extra toasted.

It was a good burger and Cajun fries but not really worth $18+.

Really Great! The atmosphere is good, the hamburgers and fries were oh so good. Cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly as well. I am particularly they offer sweet and unsweetened tea along with the normal sodas. The young man who took our order was fairly new, but was well versed and took our order great. He was very friendly and professional. I would say it's a bit pricey, but for a hamburger that is more like home made than fast food...the price is understandable. The store is tucked away in a corner of the Nut Tree outlet area so if you don't know it's there, you might miss it. All around I would say... Good job. I will be back.

I personally think among the few famous fast food brands, five guys stands the best! their burgers are tasty, fries are superbly crispy and service is great! we've even tried comparing with other branches and indeed they keep their standards in checked. im not a burger fast food person but i do feel this one is great! I've been telling everyone since i got back to my hometown that this is the best fast food chain to visit if you are in US!

Got the burger bun less and they literally put no lettuce under the patty, but the service was son point I said something and they remade my sandwich so fast I barely had time to get back to the table. Pretty impressive. Overall the food is ok. Overpriced in my opinion.

Paid $20 + $3 tip for a kids sized combo. Kind of a lot for a so so burger.

I ordered a hot dog and they were out of hot dog buns. Whose taking inventory at this place? So I'm going to get more bread and less meat because they want to put it on a full size hamburger bun! Also I could have been sipping on my shake while I waited but that wasn't made first. And the tables outside done seem to ever get cleaned. Very dirty.

These burgers are excellent and they have great customer service, but I'm giving 2 stars cause on how expensive it's getting here. I bought a burger fries and medium drink and it was 32$, and on top of that their also asking for a tip. People want to blame everything on politics but It's simply greed.

Ordered bacon burger, and fries. I hate American cheese. Bacon burger does not come with that, which is why I choose it. I ordered via Door dash. It has cheese. Now I have to go out anyway to get dinner. Fries were soggy and under seasoned as well. This happens frequently. I don't know what crew they had on tonight, but they aren't paying attention.
