Pho Lee Hoa Phat Vacaville Reviews
The Pho 🍲 was delicious and hearty! Boba 🧋 tea is nice if you like it frozen. Only downside is the interior feels a little like a cafeteria. But food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Great vegetarian options!
This is our go to place for a good noodle dish. 🍜 We always love the vermicelli noodle bowl and the pho. Out of all the places I've tried, the pho always brings me back for more!
This is my favorite place to go to in town. I always crave it when I am out of town. I got all my friends to fall in love with it too. During covid, they had over the phone order and pick up. Even when it’s takeout it tastes amazing. My favorite is order 36 and the taro smoothie. It looks like a family owned business and it always great to support a fellow community members.
I've been coming here since 2012 on a regular basis - at least monthly. Service is quick, friendly and efficient even when they are super busy, which is often! I've tried several dishes and so has my friend. I have my favorite (19B) but there hasn't been anything I didn't enjoy. I recommend trying the spring rolls too (A3) with peanut sauce- yum! traveling a lot allows for adventures in eating and I just found a really good Pho restaurant in Vacaville! Right off Mason St tucked away in a corner is this yummy soup. Shrimp, fresh begs and herbs made it so good and aromatic! I'll be back!
Best price pho, very good food! very inexpensive! I love this place if I’m ever in Vacaville again definitely going back!!
Bun Bo hue is delicious. Saw a small cockroach roaming the dining floor and hid under the table leg next to us. Doesn’t matter - BBH on point.
One of my favorites in Vacaville. They have another one in Fairfield that's just as good.
Could tell walking in that this would be a good viet spot. The price is extremely good and maybe I would say the best in this area. The food was delicious and the service was great! The vietnamese coffee was really delicious as well and they made it sweeter for me when I asked. Highly recommend the grilled meat spring rolls and their vermicelli bowls. 10/10 all around.
It was Delicious I had the chicken Pho & Spring rolls 😋
A very beautiful and cozy place. Incredibly delicious cuisine and very few people. You should definitely try Pho Bo. It was cooked perfectly and the portions were huge. I left this restaurant full and happy.
First time here, and a friend who came with me recommended it. Allie/Alex, I believe that her name was the perfect waitress. She was patient and courteous. She not only helped us pronounce some of the wording but translated it as well as broke down each meal we selected. Every response was with a genuine smile and even engage us when leaving. The food: My first time eating food like this and even though this is true I LOVED the different palette of the ethnicity of this cuisine and not only recommend Pho, the food but this restaurant as well. The price is such a bargain steal!!!
Good noodle shop. We stopped by here for dinner. The service was fast and friendly and the food is good. They also provide cilantro as condiments for the noodle soup.
Good food and good portions. I don't have a good Vietnamese food restaurant in my town, so I drive over to this place often and they don't disappoint. I usually order a seafood Pho or a Shrimp Vermicelli plate but they also have beef and pork options. (The photo is of the BBQ Shrimp Vermicelli plate)
This place always has the best service, they're quick. I will always get #18 and #27. I picked #27 this time, their wonton soup is good!

Excellent Food at an Excellent Price! Conveniently located right off Hwy 80. Never Disappointed! #38 Combo is my Jam or Beef Pho Special #1, Fresh Shrimp Rolls w/Peanut Sauce and a "Cafe Suda"(Ice Coffee)
Very authentic, fast service and amazing food! The A8 spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had!

A great little place to stop by for pho that just hits the spot. Portions are great, and the pho is delicious! The place is a little cramped, but fine for a group of 4 or less. Service is fast and the staff is super kind. Perfect after a long day!
We came in for an early lunch after church on Sunday at 11am. We were the first customers there, but it quickly got busy and by 11:30pm and was 80% full. My wife really likes coming here because they have the Vietnamese beef stew whereas the other place in town stopped carrying it. For Pho, I like the flavor of the soup better at the other Vietnamese restaurant in town, but the food overall here is good. My wife and I both got the beef stew and my mother-in-law got the seafood soup. We also had an order of BBQ Pork Spring Rolls. Everything we had were delicious. Service is on par with other Vietnamese Restaurants, not great, but not bad either. Someone did come over to refill water without asking which I appreciate a lot! One the place got busy, it got noisy with blender noise as most people like to order their blended shakes. They have a good selection of beverage choices along with Vietnamese dessert drinks. Overall, Pho Lee Hoa Phat is a good place to grab tasty Vietnamese food and drinks in Vacaville.
The eatery is conveniently located in the shopping plaza where parking is easy. The price of the food is reasonable with good portion. The style and taste of the food are average traditional Vietnamese. Nothing fancy or special. The Chinese meatball spring rolls are actually Chinese sausage, to my disappointment.
Very nice and fast service. Pho was average, egg rolls were pretty good.

First time here was christmas day. Its tradition for us to have Asian food on christmas. Very good lots of food for the price, very tasty the only negative I have is I specifically asked if the food i was going to order had any seafood or seafood sauce as I am allergic and was told no. One epi pen later told me it did. I take a chance every and anytime I eat out so not upset just disappointed that I was told differently.

I came in by mistake because I had ordered from next door and went in the wrong door. So I figured I'd try something simple. I ordered an Avocado shake and some egg rolls. The Avocado shake was on Point! Delicious. The egg rolls were nasty. The crunch was good, but the filling tasted overpowered with carrots. As if they let it sit too long. Not fresh for sure. I took a bite off the second just to check. No good. Fresh made filling would have made a big difference. I didnt even finish one.
Our soup wasn't hot enough to cook the meat thoroughly. My dad and I lost interest and ended up just eating rice plates. Went there other times, hoping that was just that one day, but it happened a few more times but different days. Now, I'm not hesitant to eat there now. Maybe other people have better experiences.
It's okay pho. They top it off with fried garlic which *almost* ruins it for me. But that is a personal thing and I wouldn't rate it poorly because of that. The broth is decent. I've had better, I've had much worse. As a pho dish, the job gets done. I'm never unhappy after eating pho. But they always act like they don't want us there. And the eating area is atrocious. I'm not in the area long enough to rate it against other pho restaurants. But if I find another I like, I will hands down go there rather than here. Having said that, I don't hate this place. I'm always happy to eat pho. It's just that I'm so uncomfortable when I'm there. And the pho doesn't warrant dealing with it.
Affordable dishes, served fast, in a restaurant with ambience and cleanliness that aligned with the price point. The vegetarian Pho has a lot of veggies, but no flavor. The pork pho and cold beef noodles dishes are OK. We ordered the plum soda, it was pretty good - you should try it. All in all, good for a quick bite.
This is one of our favorite places in town but was disappointed to find this in my food tonight :(

Cleanliness was questionable when there were large flies and small flies (as if they just hatched). Went to pay for our meal and I see flies in the kitchen. The kitchen floor looked filthy, pipes and drains exposed. I question the Cleanliness of this restaurant. I won't eat here again, as the flies played a big role in my decision.
The food tastes good but the portions have gotten WAY smaller since I was here last. $40 for 3 dishes + a tip. The vermicelli dish doesn't even have 1/2 a pork chop in it and the entire bottom of the plate is lettuce and their large size pho is no bigger then a medium. Really disappointing, unfortunately I will not be going back and I have been a customer for 2+ yrs.

Been coming here for a while but this last time they had us wait for over 20 minutes and we never got menus. We did watch at least 4 other parties come in after us and be given menus and have orders taken. When we finally decided to get up and leave and someone tried to come and apologize as we were already leaving. Can't say that experience left me too eager to come back for a while.

Been goin to this spot for a while as a family, or just my wife and I alone. Customer service is mediocre. We have come for dine in and take out (which I usually pick up if we do take out) This last time my wife went in to grab it and she asked for more sauce. One of the workers grabed her some and another man came yelling at her that they already gave her enough sauce my wife said she asked for more and the employee gave her some. The manager or owner was very disrespectful yelling at my wife and his own employee now in his language. My wife said not to yell at the employee or her like that. She said you have now lost our business and we spend alot of money here and the owner said "You think I care about your business?" "I don't care about your business." I was livid. I will not return to this spot ever again. I dont know if its ok to treat people specially a woman with an infant like this but its a NO for me. I believe had I been there this would of never happened but my wife was with out her husband and this is how you treat her? Unacceptable.
Thank you for your business, Let me take your money for 6 people but you can’t eat here because we close at 9 and you are here at 8:40? 🤔🤔🤔 Then close at freaking 8:30 or turn off your sign! Is it that hard? You took so much money ffrom us for no service? Take care of your clients… money money money but give service service service… you said 10 times you are closing at 9 we chocked! we won’t come again. You are used to the easy money, orders to go… give some service to clients. And guess what! After us more clients came in rushing them … just to take every dollar possible and rushing people to eat! All restaurants close at 9 and then management and a waiter stay there at least until til 10 to take care of clients. This is how it works. You lost a good client. That’s all… shame on what you did.
My family has been eating here for years! I just came here and the first thing in needed was to use the restroom. I heard someone using the toilet next to me. I heard them flush the toilet as I was washing my hands, the man came out and walked right past me out the door without washing his hands. I followed him straight to the kitchen because I thought I recognized him from other visits. Hoping he was going to leave out the door, he actually walked straight to the kitchen, I swear at God! I told my family what I just witnessed and asked if they wanted to leave. I went to the main guy that's always here and asked him if the guy in the kitchen with the black hat on was handling food, he looked in the kitchen and told me he was only serving the food. I cannot believe it! I heard him kind of yelling at him in a different language, but that was it, i did not see him return to restroom to wash his hands. I would never make up a story about something like this but thought everyone should know.
As soon as you get remotely near the restroom it reeks of sewage. You can smell it down the hall. First bite of food I go to take has human hair wrapped and tangled around the piece of meat. I hate to bash a small business but come ON- you can do better.
This restaurant is dirty. The menus, tables, and even the bathrooms are dirty. The food tasted weird and stale. I have never been to a clean pho restaurant. But now I am steering clear from restaurants that are not clean and you can tell they are not clean if the menu looks dirty, tables are sticky and bathroom is dirty. Their bathroom stinks so bad and there was toilet paper everywhere. If they can’t even keep these things clean I doubt the kitchen is clean.
We order #4 large and #42, the food was okay. The noodle portion was so small in the large pho. The price on the menu was not the price that the owner charged us so we wondered why there was a discrepancy and the owner said it went up $1-2 which was fine with us. The problem was the owner’s attitude when we just mention “oh that’s thats not the price we saw on the menu” but he was rude and gave us a bad attitude saying the menu is wrong… when we just wanted to point out that it’s better to be clear about the prices for customers so that there are no surprises. Will not be returning here.
Even after seeing roaches not one but several craw around while dining in I gave them several more chances things happen... Door dashing another this time inside my broth soup there was a bug floating on top .. I gave them a year of chances ordered several more times after roaches were crawling around... But this is enough DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT BUGS!!! To the owners come on.. you know your infestation is gross we are paying customers.. the absolute least you can do is treat us to good food without bugs...
Pho was tasteless, no flavor at all. Customer service was lacking. The waiter had his thumb in my husband soup bowl as he was passing it to us, very gross!! This place tends to pack customers in a sardine-style sitting arrangement. So if you're looking for quiet ambience with a separate table, give the place a hard pass. Will not give this place a 2nd try.
I ordered xl combo, and I was served only enough to feed a 5 year old and the cost for $19!!!!!!!! Last time I ever go there
Left my wallet on the table in front of the register after paying for my friend's and I meals. Came back about an hour later to come get after realizing I left it, and was immediately dismissed by who I am assuming was the manager of the restaurant. My friend asked if they could check the cameras and they refused to do so at all. They only went to "search" for it at the table we sat at, but I literally brought my wallet and debit card up to the front in order to pay and I know I placed it on the table when I went to sign the receipt, so there was no point.
Avoid this restaurant. My friend amd I was accompanied by my friends service dog to monitor and allert low blood sugar level to this restaurant. Manager who claims he owns the restaurant demanded to see my friends ADA service dog certificate when the dog was quietly sitting by. I identified the dog as a service dog. I warned him that ADA and California laws prohibits restaurants from asking for service dog identification and that asking for such identification itself violates the ADA. Businesses can only ask two questions which we will gladly answer. I handed over letter from.her doctor indicating the specific disability and what the dog was trained to do but the business continue to demand not only proof but an ID with a picture of the dog. His response was, "I dont care' and "this is my restaurant, I dont care about law". Needless to say, we will pursuing legal action on this.
Food is what you get. It’s satisfying. But customer service lacks. VERY rude and impatient. In addition, DIRTY!! utensils. I had to ask for plastic spoons because they were no clean one on the table. Although it is very fast service.
The pictures of the dishes are misleading; they show much more meat than they actually serve. The first time I ate at this restaurant, I saw that the photos showed the dishes overflowing with meat, a generous portion. However, when they brought us the food, the portion was very small (with very little meat), literally. That's why I prefer to go to a restaurant in Davis, California, about 25 minutes from this place, where they do serve plenty of meat at a good price.
I ordered online paid $9.00 delivery through kylon. Never recieved my food. Called restaurant an hour later to get my food or a refund. Spoke with Tren.He refused to give me a refund. Called to speak to the manager and he hung up on me. Never recieved a refund. And never got my food.
