It's been so long since I been to a Red Robin but I'm glad the family and I went this weekend. delicious food great vibes and excellent service 10/10

This visit Red Robin occurred at the Valencia mall. I have never been disappointed in a visit to any Red Robin. The food is great, the service is excellent and the menu is diverse. I confidently recommend this Red Robin and all Red Robin's for an excellent dining experience.

food is mid but Anja is the greatest bartender of all time. staff and managers are amazing, too. i always feel so welcome here, highly recommend.

We've eaten here several times over the last year. We always sit at the bar and we always get great service. Breezy was our server/bartender tonight and she took good care of us, whether it was checking on water to bringing more bottomless fries before we asked for them. The best part was her extra special touch on my Oreo cookie shake. Thank you Breezy and we hope you're there next time we stop by.

It was our first time at this specific location. We opted to sit in the Bar area because there were a lot of available seats. Our waitress was also the bartender on duty, Hailey. What I loved about her was how she took her time with us. She didn't rush my husband into picking out a drink, and offered him generous sized samples to taste to help my husband figure out what he wanted to drink. She knew her stuff and it made it such a great experience The food did not disappoint either. We were really hungry when we arrived and it got out to us about 10 to 15 minutes after we had placed the order. Our burgers were still hot, fries were fresh, and the requested side sauce was there (which is quite a big deal). In my last experiences in other Red Robin locations, my sauce was forgotten and I would've usually asked a few times before ever getting it, or not at all. This Red Robin is rockin'. I would highly recommend as their service and food quality are awesome.

Awesome experience! Only 2 little issues: 1) we ordered boneless Buffalo wings and got bone in... and my chicken (on the avo-cobb salad) was really rubbery... weird texture. Service was great though! Lauren was super friendly and accommodating for our group of 7. :)

ANJA our server was very attentive and on top of anything we requested. Very polite and curious. The food was very good, and brought to our table in what seemed minimal time. The manager cliff stopped by and greeted us. Very enjoyable time and meal. The restaurant was clean, and ready when we sat down.

Great burgers and beers. If you never tried before, try their Red Robin draft beer and on the side you can't go wrong with their garlic frys.

We were at Red Robin for lunch. Was seated promptly and server came to our table within a few minutes. We placed order and our meals were served very quickly. Food was delicious! Server came back several times to check on everything during meal. Prices were very reasonable! It was a very positive experience!

Emori was mine and my husband's server! She was fantastic. Not many servers can memorize orders without writing it all down. She was on top of it, smile on her face, and very attentive. Even when I am clumsy and drop a drink on the ground, she was certain to help me feel better and bring us what we needed to clean OURSELVES up while she persisted to tell me husband he didn't have to wipe anything up off the ground. 10/10 best server I've had. She deserves a raise 👏🏻

What a great experience! We visited cus we were craving bottomless steak frites but we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. Service was attentive - we were offered more drinks and more fries before we were finished the ones we had. I made a passing comment that my husband doesn't do well with cheese so we asked for no cheese on the burger. What really impressed us was that we ordered garlic fries as a side and didn't know there was parmesan on it. When the server arrived with it, she explained that the chef took out the parmesan knowing that my husband is avoiding cheese. Great service!

Friendly service and good burgers but a tad on the pricey side! Tuesday you can get a cheeseburger meal for 10 bucks instead of $17. Always nice to be a rewards member and get a free hamburger for your birthday month. *Note: you must be a rewards member and have spent at least 10 dollars before your birthday burger is available. The food was fantastic. We were a large party of 8 and out server was very good. But food service was slow. Garlic parmesan fries were wrinkled and cold. No garlic on them. The waitress did bring new ones. Refills were good.

These comments are going to sound a little bit nit pickety, but I have a feeling they were understaffed. It was December 31st. But there was a little bit of a wait before our order was taken. The burgers were good but not mind-blowing. I've had better burgers at in and out. But I always hate being squeezed in between families in the smallest 1/4th of the restaurant when there's other tables open in the other 3/4th. I would eat here again if invited. It just wouldn't be my first choice in burger chains.

Excellent service, and I mean excellent. Friendly and kind staff. My only problem was I asked for well done steak fries 3x, and it always came limp and soggy. Warm, but not piping hot. A big disappointment as I was trying to enjoy my fish and chips. On the 4th try it came too well done. I have the feeling the cooks don't listen to the orders. When Red Robin does steak fries right, they're the best. I want to eat that kind of perfection again.

Super attentive servers and very friendly, only real gripe were just how greasy the burgers were. My family got three different types, and it just all seemed to sit in its pool of grease, so the bottom bun is just saturated and breaks apart.

Made a stop at Red Robin with my son after walking a bunch and working up an appetite after leaving the Saugus Swapmeet. We both ordered burgers that were super tasty, and it comes with bottomless fries. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great with kids and family when you're going in early in the day to avoid the rush. Love having the endless sides to keep the kids and family happy, especially with the choices of salad, fries or broccoli and being able to switch them. Service is with a smile and being about to check out from the table is nice.

Great burgers, sandwiches, and unlimited refills on the fries! The drinks can be a little sugary, too sweet for some, but you can always get a bit of water on the side. The indoor space was pretty big and spread apart, might need a few more tables in between to make it more intimate. The outdoor seating area sucks, it needs to be expanded and upgraded.... too small, too dusty, no decorations... way too bare bones. Seat inside whenever possible. Service is always good here.

Always go to this location, but it can be either a hit or miss. Sometimes burgers are good, sometimes cold, or sometimes missing something.

A little noisy and a little chilly in the bar area. Food took a while. I was trying to pay for my groups meal and handed the bar tender my card. She held it for a while and my sister-in-law was able to pay faster at the table kiosk. Kinda made me mad. My sister-in-law had done a lot for me and I had wanted to show her my gratitude.

Honestly the burgers were great as you can see on the picture, it was clean and professional. The staff was slow because they had only one person on the floor. Manager should put more than one person on the floor to not build a delay on service. Veggie burger was actually tasty and well put together.

Red Robin has a fairly diverse menu, beyond your standard burger and fries. In fact, one of my favorites is the "Simply" grilled chicken breast sandwich. I have tried several items like the veggie pizza and it is loaded with fresh vegetables, pretty good for a burger restaurant. If you enjoy fries, your server will bring refills, if you like garlic, the garlic fries are a great choice. Red Robin has a grain burger, fish & chips, chicken tenders and more. If you are looking for lighter fare, you will find a pretty decent selection, including several salad options. Ask your server if you have particular needs, they are really very accommodating. The food is fresh and consistent regardless what you decide to order.

We stopped in to have lunch with a friend and enjoyed our lunch. We ordered their BigYum burger deal and even though it looked small the burger was really filling. As usual you'll get their bottomless fries and soft drink. The burger was juicy and tender as well as delicious. Our server was courteous and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always checking to see we we needed more fries and/or drinks.

The service and customer care were excellent; however, we did notice a slight issue with the salad. The lettuce did not appear as fresh as we had anticipated. We simply suggest being mindful of this, as some customers might be more particular. We would recommend inspecting the vegetables before they are served. Nevertheless, the service was great, and I would definitely return again, and my double-down burger was so delicious.

Great place to go when you got a picky family like me. Can't beat bottomless fries. They have good burgers, fish and chips great onion rings. The kids love the mac and cheese. Adult beverages if you so require. Depending on how crazy you get with drinks it's around $20 to $30 per person.

Good burgers, and very friendly staff. Only reason I didn't give then a 5 star was because a small piece of plastic I found in my fries. The manager made it right though so I will be back again. The milkshakes are awesome as well.

Staff seemed shorthanded. I felt bad for our server in the bar. We didn't get silverware until after food arrived. No one refilled filled our drinks. Burger came unwrapped, asked for a salad and never got it. However, the food was really good and staff was friendly- just a lot of misses.

We went in about 50 minutes before they closed, our bad but it took a long time before we were even acknowledged. Later, it took forever to get a refill and then our check. My drink however was so good. Maybe a place to go to for happy hour.

I've been to this location several times and it was usually ok, but the most recent time I've been there will be the last time. I was highly disappointed in their service. First off, we sat in the bar because the tables were full and we didn't want to wait to be seated. The bar was actually quite full too and only one waitress was running the whole thing. I have to give her credit for her ability to run around doing several things at once, but they are definitely understaffed. Our food took a long time to show up, for just one burger with fries and fish and chips. The burger was fine, however the sweet potato fries were pretty burnt and the fried fish was HORRIBLE. The fish was super tough and chewy, reminds me of my frozen fish that has been sitting in my freezer for several years. It's really disappointing because a chef should be able to tell right away that a fish is in such poor quality and should not be serving something like that. I told the manager about this and she just said sorry. She offered to give us new fish but we decided not to get it considering it took so long for them to cook it. We just asked for more bottomless fries. She said someone is bringing it over right away....10 minutes later she passes by and we inquire about our fries, turns out that the server gave the fries to the wrong group so we had to wait for another batch. For a place that serves bottomless fries with so many of their food options, you'd think they make lots of fries at a time and constantly have them at hand to pass out. It's quite disappointing that we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our second round of fries, each time only giving us about 15 pieces at a time. Needless to say, we had enough. I'm giving 3 stars only because the waitress was being overworked and tried to help us.

Service was excellent despite being busy and our server training a new server. Food was good. My complaint is specifically about the fish. It had an extreme amount of batter on it and it was hard to taste the fish. I tried to peel it off but the fish was flaky so that made it difficult.

The food is good, pretty consistent. The service however is hit or miss. Seems like the restaurant manager likes to run under staffed.

Always fun . was given a pink burger when asked for a well done one . they fixed it and it was delicious. Onion rings delicious. Bottomless salad is fun. Long island was good and lemonade was good. Turn on a\c its hot in the building. Service was quick and the entire restaurant was pleasingly fun. A lot of space and was not crowded.

Good sangria, very nice staff. It was our first time there. The decor is pretty rough and our table smelled unpleasant. Not sure what was used to clean it. Perhaps a used rag. The cheeseburgers were subpar. Nothing that could be rectified. They were dry, tasteless and falling apart. They also put a sweet relish on them. In and Out is so much better. Not for us but it seems popular with young families.

Red Robin tries to satisfy via quantity over quality. Burgers are probably considered decent for a chain restaurant, but in today's standard where they are lots of specialty gourmet choices, their burgers failed to compare. Instead, Red Robin offers unlimited fries and other sides. While you may not be satisfied with the taste, you would definitely be satisfying your stomach by being very full.

I never write food or restaurant reviews but we were very disappointed with Red Robin. Their old location in the mall was nicer and had better service. My kid was crushed because they didn't sing happy birthday to him and our fries found the Bottom real fast. "Bottomless" fries are a joke. The servers act like they are so busy, 10 minutes to bring another basket of fries for my wife and there were like 9 fries in there. Really? I was going to only give 1 star but my burger was actually really good so here's 2. I think this location needs to clean it up. SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE KIDS, BRING MORE FRIES QUICKER, AND DON'T RUSH PEOPLE OUT. A $60 CHECK FOR A BURGER PLACE IS HEFTY SO I'M TAKING MY TIME....

I remember when Red Robin was my Go-To!! Now it’s mediocre at best. Their food still holds the promise of great! But, the service leaves a lot to be desired. This location has the absolute worst cell service ever, and yet here is no WiFI even to compensate. Toni, our sever at the bar, just went through the bare-minimum to accommodate us, overly visiting with her friends and not checking to see if anything was needed. Server guy asks us if we need anything when delivering a salad and hamburgers, etc??? Really?? How about silverware?? Obvious things should be , we’ll, obvious??? What has happened to decent service??? Yet, inflation is high and everyone “expects a tip” based on this low grade, sub par service at ridiculous prices!! Won’t be back!

FYI, this review is during Covid-19. I don't go to Red Robin often, but it's still nice to keep up with the times. We had the tavern (aka: smash) burgers, which were perfectly fine/tasty. I think the menu selection caters to everyone who is interested in a non-traditional burger. Not quite In-n-out ingredient quality, but what exactly are you expecting? The issue that we had was the wait staff. Specifically for the "bottomless fries". I recall waiting over 25+ minutes just to get our first/only fry refill that never came! Albeit we weren't exactly in a rush, but our waitress would pass by several times without update. Is red robin in a potato shortage or something? Which is why they are stingy with refills?

Positive: Jared and his servers were on point as best they could keep up with given the rush. Food was meh. The Sad: Sysco style tasteless food and all portions for the bottomless were sad enough to count each Item when delivered with one hand (Fries/sides) the bottomless fries🍟where requested Well-Done….kept getting soggy middle half nuked steak fries that wouldn’t even pass for cold fishing Bait Starch🙄🫤. Took awhile to get our drink refilled but it’s obvious the servers were outnumbered. The Pathetic: NO MILITARY/1St-Responder DISCOUNTS‼️ Senior Discounts aren’t even mentioned so we (party of 10) proceeded to decide to never participate in supporting Red Robin’s greedy ways and spread the word ASAP!

My wife and I usually love coming to Red Robin, but our latest experience was not it. Service was very slow and it wasn't even busy. It took our server about 15 minutes to get us our drinks, and on top of that our sodas were flat. When we got our food the portion of the fries was incredibly small, as if they used a shared portion for our orders. The presentation was terrible with to go ramikan cups. We were not offered bottomless fries until we had both completely finished our meal. Our server did not even check in with us. The food was good, but this is not the standard of service we're used to at Red Robin.

I’ve come to red Robin many times because I like the food. Tonight My Wife and I walked in and once we were seated, no one came to our table. We watched the waiter greet and take two tables orders who had both walked in after us, without coming by ours at all. He then checked on the table next to us and then walked past us. We got up and left. Sadly the service here has gone downhill and it’s been noticeable our past 2-3 visits. We were very disappointed tonight.

First time here. Food tasted super bland, no flavor. Kinda reminded of frozen food you would get at a grocery store and heat it up. Even then, that probably has more flavor. Service was also terrible, waitress wasn’t giving us enough time to chose our food. Won’t be coming back.

Wife and I went to Red Robin in Valencia, it has been a few years, and it surely disappointed. Service was amazing, no complaints. Prices not so bad. But food... Both wife and I had stomach issues after Red Robin. My gut, no punt intended, told me to go elsewhere, but I disobeyed it. It is what it is. Hope they improve quality. PS: We went to watch Dogders win Game 2 WS against Blue Jay's. Environment was fun and electric.

We ordered the Whiskey River Barbecue Chicken Wrap which my wife absolutely loved. I had the Red Robin Original Burger and we also got a kids cheeseburger with veggies on the side. We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive and kind. Unfortunately my burger was just OK. I ate it but would never order it again. The fries were some of the most mid fries I have ever had and even though they were endless the end came a lot quicker than I expected. The booster seat for our child was absolutely disgusting and the checkout machine felt sticky like someone with candy covered hands had been using it. Both of those things really ruined the experience. Overall I cannot imagine myself ever coming back.

Our server was a joke. They brought out our food and we had to ask for silverware. Then I had to wait like 15 minutes for a refill on my soda and then the server then went and started cleaning up a table after some other customers already left before he bought my refill to me. Never came and asked if we needed anything. Pretty sad if you ask me and not the way you treat customers. After I spent over a $150 dollars for dinner.

Placed an online order and paid for it at 6:25 PM. Order was supposed to be picked up at 6:47 PM per the online ordering system. I got there on-time at 6:47 PM. I was told by the hostess that it'll be just a few minutes. So I waited and waited and waited. FIFTY NINE (59!!) minutes later, my order was finally ready. Around the 40 minute mark I asked to speak to the manager but was told "Sir, the manager is aware of the delay." Others have also been waiting 40+ minutes for their pickup orders. When my order was handed to me, there was no word from the manager, no apologies of any kind. When I got home, we realized all our orders were wrong! My wife got a chicken sandwich instead of Whiskey River BBQ burger. I got Fiery Ghost Style Tavern which is not only wrong but also smaller than the Big Tavern I ordered. My daughter's burger was rare even tho well done was ordered. NEVER AGAIN RED ROBIN!!!

Came to red robin for dinner. It was a small party of 2 and we got seated pretty quickly which may have been the only good thing about this visit. Overall the restaurant wasn't so busy, all the tables with big groups had already received their food. We were seated for about 20 mins before our server came and took our drink order then promptly took off before we can place an order of wings for our appetizer. After we received the appetizer and began eating we noticed we were never given silverware, not even napkins at the very least. I had waved down the hostess since she was the closest staff member and asked for some napkins which she said sure then never brought them! After a little while we finally received our food asked for napkins again and after finishing our subpar meals finally we received 2 napkins. Throughout our meal our waiter never came to ask for refills which were empty shortly after the food arrived or even asked how the food was. Our drinks and fries were empty the whole time even after countless staff walked by our table. Only thing saving this review was that the food was actually somewhat decent.

I brought my niece here for lunch on 05/16/2025 and got a burger w/acacado slices, which the cook or his/her assistant put rotten (yes black spots all over each slice) avacado slices on it, removed them myself and waitress noticed and complained to manager who came over & apologized (not her fault unless she hired the inept kitchen staff). Anyhow it happens, buger by the way is a pre-made previously frozen Buba burger type burger and just full of grease and absolutly not fresh (thought red robbin was known for its burgers. We'll here I sit now once again a week later (May 22nd) and our waitress went on her dinner break after serving our food and said the manager would attend to us...We'll 40 mins later 2 of us had to go to the bar to get drinks because no one ever came to our table. I go to the bar and so-called manager copped and attitude and said your server went on a break..Well Ms Manager (Alicia) if your waitress was going on break you should not have given her a table...Not my problem doesnt mean we all should sit here and be ignored cuz she had a break scheduled. So seriously Red Robin in Valencia is the worst run resturaunt, has horrible cooks, burgers are NOT fresh (definetly pre-made frozen), tonight's manager litterally should be fired with her flippant rude attitude (as if it's the customers fault your waitress went in break and we needed more service). I honestly don't know how this place stays open. Highly disappointed and disgusted

It seems this location discriminates against foreigners now as my friend who is here on a student visa, getting a master’s degree, was not allowed to order a beer because his ID is Mexican, which is funny considering this has been our spot for years now and they’ve accepted his ID time and time again. I guess they only allow Americans to order beer here now. Shame. We went to BJ’s instead and got beer no problem. Guess that, or the Northridge Red Robin, will have to be our new spot

HORRIBLE!! They forgot our ranch when it said on the fricking sticker There was ran and there wasn’t in the bag. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with them. And then they give us our food in a freaking grocery bag when the other pick up order was in their own bag I’m so confused about that. and we ordered two cokes and a Dr Pepper but they didn’t even tell us which one was the Dr Pepper so we had to figure it out by drinking each one like so complicated. and lastly, the last freaking thing they messed up was that we paid for extra fries and we didn’t even get it like come on bro

It was a horrible experience. Service was slow, very slow to get our food. The waiter basically forgot about us. Before our food came which took a half our or more, we were offered no drink refills. Then he dropped ice tea on the table and soaked me. That would have been forgivable if it was not for everything else. The service got better once the manager got involved. She took a burger off the bill, got us refill of drinks and fries. The food was very tasty. We have been here before and everything was great.

Bad experience 😪 food was OK my burger 🍔 was bad 👎 😕 our waiter was the worst barley checked on us did not ask us for any refills . The sides were greasy and nasty. Won't Be coming here again.

Red Robin is supposed to be known for its “gourmet burgers,” but that was definitely not the case during my recent visit. I haven’t been here in a long time, and now I remember why. We ordered our burgers well done — meaning absolutely no pink — but they still came out pink inside. To make matters worse, when the food runner brought our burgers, he couldn’t even tell which one was which, so he opened them up and touched them with his bare hands! That was absolutely disgusting. We immediately asked for them to be remade. Who does this ??!! We were told that two burgers would be comped for the inconvenience, but instead, we were charged for every burger — including the remakes. It took a manager to come fix the bill, yet even then, the two burgers that were supposed to be comped never were. To top it all off, the service was slow from the start. It took about 10 minutes just to be greeted and seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The server was apologetic, but the overall experience was disappointing and unsanitary. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

My Grilled Salmon dinner was so awful and dry I didn't eat. My bad for not sending it back. I've been eating at Red Robin for decades. It was great when it was in the mall. We won't be back. We spent $174.00

Horrible service! This is the second time visiting this location and having to wait 20+ minutes for something as simple as a refill or a sauce. Not to mention the restaurant was empty each time with at max 5 tables filled. It’s sad to see waiters just expecting a tip nowadays but giving terrible service. Whoever is in charge of hiring, do better.
