We had an excellent dinner, with excellent service and the restaurant has a lovely room. We had a 4 seasons pizza to share, the filet that came with salad and spaghetti with pesto and shared everything. We had wine by the glass since we have different tastes in wine. We also shared a tiramisu and the gave us a limoncello with dessert. It was an enjoyable experience. Reservations needed in advance.

We chanced upon this restaurant while walking in the old town. Lucky to have a table without reservation as we were early. The food was pleasantly delicious and the portions size were generous. We enjoyed the experience.

Tucked away in the heart of Valencia’s enchanting Old Town, this Italian gem was the perfect change of pace from paellas and tapas. Surrounded by the narrow streets and historic charm of the quarter, the restaurant felt both inviting and authentic. Every dish we tried was beautifully prepared. The gratin arrived bubbling and golden, rich with flavor and baked to perfection. The meatballs were tender and deeply satisfying—an instant favorite with the kids. The pizza came from the oven with just the right char, balancing crispness with a soft, flavorful base. And the pastas, especially the pesto, were outstanding—vibrant, fresh, and impossible not to finish. The service was equally memorable. The servers carried a warmth and quality that made us feel truly at home, elevating the experience beyond just the food. It was one of those meals that makes you pause and savor, enhanced by both the flavors and the timeless setting of Valencia’s Old Town. A place we would happily return to again and again.

Restaurant Santa Rita – Valencia OMG – 5-star service for 3-star prices! The service, food, and atmosphere here are so good that if you haven’t discovered this gem hidden in the back streets of Valencia (close to the cathedral), you need to get yourself there immediately. The restaurant is run by Michael, a Derby-born Brit who moved to Valencia when he was nine – good move, Mum and Dad! He runs the place with real style and a hands-on approach, working seamlessly with the friendly team of waiters and waitresses. The food? Top quality and absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was buzzing, and it’s easy to see why locals and visitors love this place. We didn’t book and were lucky to get a table for two, but the restaurant was busy all night long – so if you want to avoid disappointment, I’d recommend booking in advance. Michael is fluent in both English and Spanish, making it easy for everyone to feel welcome. Final verdict: Please, please, please go to this restaurant if you’re in Valencia – you’ll thank me later.

Very aesthetic dining experience but too expensive for the area. Food was tasty but not worth the price. Valentino the waiter was so kind to us (I was not hitting on him!), just wanted to highlight his customer service. The cherries in the cosmopolitan/cheesecake were the best we ever had (and Valentino brought us extra hahaha). You should go!
