Good place, a bit small, good service from the staff and above all, very good tortas, from the original pork loin tortas... to the Cuban torta. Highly recommended.

We've been there twice now, and we always ask for things to consume and the employees always say they don't have them, they serve you reluctantly, and one time we had another person who works there, maybe the owner, come in and we asked for what we had just ordered and they told us if they had them, sometimes they say they don't have them so they don't serve you and in my opinion that's not right.
The day we went, there were a lot of people and only 2 people serving. We waited for more than 40 minutes. We ordered to go and the chicken burgers were good, just a little small.

The food was nothing special; they have this slogan about their recipes, how kind and loving they are, and all that, but when it comes down to it, they're all grumpy. What's up with that? Even though the place is small, the atmosphere isn't pleasant.
The sandwiches are definitely not that bad. Unfortunately, the waiters aren't the most polite. They're rude, they demand change, and other details. That's the rating we give them. We go to work in Zacatecas at certain times of the year, and well, we're, you could say, tourists, and they treat us badly. It's not cool. They should already include other payment methods, such as bank transfers or credit cards, and that way they avoid problems when demanding change or practically the exact amount. Another thing that happened is that the menu lists a different price for the Milanese sandwich than what they charged me more. The meat isn't beef or pork, it's like the frozen hamburger meat sold at Sam's. So, they should be a little more professional.

Terrible service: They never took my order, I waited 40 minutes and nothing, they serve people they already know first, the women who provide service are super rude, without a doubt one of the worst places to eat in Zac.
