It's the best restaurant for turkey. I've been going there with my parents since I was a little girl. My dad was a fan of the brown meat tortas, the consommé, and their always-present leg. Now that I live so far away, I miss those flavors so much, as they remind me of so many wonderful family moments. La werita, the always lovely waitress. Greetings from far, far away. I hope to return someday, and I'm going to eat my fill. 😜😝

Just like I used to eat them 25 years ago! Delicious panuchos, a bit different from what you're used to in Veracruz! But you can't find the salsa anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Whenever we go to Veracruz, we visit Chachis. The service for the panuchos is a bit slow, but it's worth it. The turkey broth is good.
A modest place, tucked away on the outskirts of downtown Veracruz, where you can find turkey sandwiches and a broth with that unique flavor you get from visiting your grandmother's house. The staff wears face masks and designates separate areas for social distancing. I suggest you go with patience or place your order in advance because the ladies take their time preparing the food. As for the price, it's within the typical budget for a typical workday (I've included the menu).

Very tasty... excessively expensive for what it is... but it's worth treating yourself once in a while... all turkey.
No saben preparar panuchos
It's not the same as before. We went today and were super disappointed. The tortas were $70 and the mini torta was tasteless, just salty broth. I don't recommend it.
I really don't recommend it, the price is too high and the service is terrible, as if they were doing you a favor by serving you terrible tortas and the panucho.
