I purchased a Caffitaly espresso machine about two years ago. Over time, I've tasted several different types of coffee in exclusive capsules for the machine. The aroma and flavor of these coffees are decidedly above average. The crema is full-bodied, and the sugar floats on top for a few seconds before sinking, just like the best coffees served at a bar. The exclusive operating system ensures excellent coffees even with just one cup a day. A must-try for coffee connoisseurs.

The shop is well-stocked, nothing to complain about... but one thing is fundamental as soon as you enter a shop! The welcome I entered the shop for the first time, obviously greeting with a good morning (assuming I don't speak very softly). The owner or clerk... I don't know who she was... was talking to another customer and continued doing so without even deigning to look at me! I certainly didn't expect her to abandon the customer and serve me... but a good morning or a big smile to the new customer... is the least I could do! Let's remember that the shop... like all existing businesses... exists because customers come in to bring money... otherwise, the shutters would be down... a good morning or a smile should never be missing! Of course, I then served myself and waited for the lady to wait, not the other customer! The icing on the cake??? As soon as the "old" customer leaves, the lady turns to me and says, "Hey, people these days are only demanding and don't know how to be patient!" Are you kidding? She's the first one to be rude to one of your customers, and the first thing you say as soon as she leaves with someone I've seen is criticize her? I'm sorry, but I'd rather spend a euro or two more and buy the pods elsewhere.
