internotre Vercelli Reviews
One of my favorite restaurants in Vercelli. The menu and selection of dishes are perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's style. Excellent wine list. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the desserts, as I have several allergies and intolerances, so I wasn't able to try them.
Being near Vercelli begged us to try their homegrown rice and we went by chance to Interno3. Wow! Best risotto ever! We had it with white truffle which made it a bit pricey but YES so worth it. Also had the homemade pasta with fresh porcini...another wonderful dish.
A welcoming restaurant in the heart of the historic center. Refined and intimate atmosphere. Delicious food where the chef's skill meets quality ingredients. The Russian salad served as a welcome appetizer is nothing short of a masterpiece! Highly recommended!
We had dinner there. The place was very welcoming, the food excellent, and the staff very attentive and friendly. We'll be back very soon. Compliments to the owner. Highly recommended.
We are on vacation in Vercelli and this restaurant attracted us, one of the few around that also has rice on the first course menu. We ordered the Ecorì Carnaroli rice (min. 2 people). For me it was EXCELLENT and EXCELLENT, creamy, especially with the 3-bed robiola and 2 beautiful and succulent red prawns from Marzara del Vallo. It had been a while since I had such an EXCELLENT and GOOD risotto. The place is really pleasant, you feel at ease and the service of the waitress was very kind and attentive with us. 10 star rating
It is a lovely restaurant that serves food in courses. It's a small but very cozy place. I was very pleased with the food and options. Recommended.
Interno3 is an innovative establishment (or perhaps we've reverted to our dear old village habits) that combines an excellent restaurant with a takeaway. This business format was once (and still is in some small towns) common in small provincial towns, where trattorias operated on weekend evenings and during the day, locals worked selling meat, bread, and ready-made dishes. Interno3 is like that, except it's right in the center of Vercelli, between Piazza Zumaglini and Corso Libertà! The restaurant boasts a lovely outdoor terrace that seats perhaps more than the indoor portion of the restaurant, which is entirely on the first floor (unfortunately not accessible to the disabled) because the ground floor is dedicated to the deli (in the sense of preparing takeaway dishes). The welcome is extremely warm, but it's accompanied by professional and attentive service. The first-floor location reminds me, for some reason, of the famous Le Cirque in New York. Certainly, the frenetic pace of the ultra-Italian restaurant on the other side of the Atlantic is in no way inferior to that of the other restaurants: here in Vercelli, guests are given all the time they need to savor the dishes on the carefully balanced menu, to which are occasionally added a few dishes made with seasonal ingredients that are available at the time and deemed suitable by chef Massara for an off-menu option. This was the case with Watson and I, who, on an evening marred by Italy's soccer defeat, were able to amply console ourselves with the Tajarin, which for the occasion were made with porcini mushrooms. However, not before an entrée of revisited Russian salad and a Fassone beef tartare with capers and caramelized Tropea onions for the appetizer. We continued with breaded and fried porcini mushrooms (were they really?) and concluded with dessert (a tarte tatin and a fruit sorbet) and coffee. Everything was excellent and very light. We accompanied the meal with mineral water and a bottle of Franciacorta Ardea Pacifica rosé vintage Centinari. The two of us spent €174, but considering the Franciacorta costs €50, the prices are absolutely fair. Worth a try.
This astounding restaurant in the heart of Vercelli is helmed by Massimiliano, a young chef who interprets Piemontese specialties in a manner that is always different, and with extraordinary results. A White Pigato wine (a specialty of nearby Liguria, around Genoa) was perfect on an extremely hot night when we chose to dine indoors (as opposed to our visit in September in this city that Stanley Tucci had visited for his program. He certainly would have enjoyed this venue). For this evening we had an antipasto that was as excellent as on our first but featuring various twists on the presentation. This plate is quite large; it is advisable to share the vitello tonnato, vegetable flan with fonduta, salami and prosciutto along with other concoctions whose origins go back several centuries in this region. Our main courses consisted of Tajarin al 30 Tuorli, handformed pasta with Porcini mushrooms, and Gnocchi made with carrots, along with Bra salsiccetta (salami) and Morbido di Zucchine. All was served piping hot and the flavors irresistable. The exquisite Pistachio Semi-freddo with strawberry coulis and chocolate was a perfect ending to a romantic evening. Reservations are recommended. Ours were for 8:40 and the small indoor room filled up completely 10 minutes later. (There is also a gastronomie selling wonderful food for take-home enjoyment downstairs, and we stocked up the next day).
Very nice personal and delicious plates. The products are fresh and regional
A refined and very elegant location. A wide staircase leads to the first floor where the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms are located. Gourmet dishes and impeccable hospitality. Excellent wine list. I tried the appetizer and a second course. Personally, I found the appetizer (egg) to be truly unique. A combination of flavors that I found simple yet unique. The second course, a sliced steak, was tender and tasty. I'll be back. The menu left me with the feeling that there's still much more to offer.
A welcoming place with just a few tables and attentive service. The dishes are beautifully presented and meticulously crafted with quality ingredients. We enjoyed the Fassona beef tartare, the fried porcini mushrooms, and the house antipasto was varied and tasty. However, the wine served in the glasses (€6) is truly meager!
