A world-famous fast food restaurant that needs no introduction. The staff at P.V. in Vercelli is friendly, fast, and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, and if you go to MC, you know exactly what you're getting. If you like it, go; if not, it's pointless arguments. Personally, I don't mind going there every now and then. Partly because of its proximity, and partly because of the time, arriving for dinner at 11:00 PM, after work.

Overall, very good. The burger arrived poorly assembled with the meat shifted, but it was very tasty. Afterwards, we had coffee, and I ordered a cheesecake from the interactive screen, but they were out and substituted it with a chocolate cake. It was very poor of them to offer that alternative. The service is very good, but the staff could improve their customer service, and the facilities are excellent.

Beautiful new location opened on May 31, 2023. Breakfast at McCafè is highly recommended. Children's play area with an interactive table. The My Selection Chicken Pecorino Toscano DOP & Yuzu Sauce is truly excellent. The My Selection Parmigiano Reggiano & Pear Sauce, however, failed: the pear sauce doesn't match the Parmesan cheese.

This morning we went for breakfast because the local bars open later on Sundays, but unfortunately it was a disappointment. At this Mac, the cappuccino was almost completely lacking the classic foam and was barely warm (three out of three). We ordered one plain brioche, one with cream, and one with jam. It's a shame that even the one that was supposed to be plain had cream! The service was approximate.

Terrible place. I ordered a sandwich and fries, but everything was cold. The fries were the worst: soggy and unsalted, they tasted like plastic. The sandwich was no exception; the meat was lukewarm and bland. Wasted money, wasted food. I'll never go back.

Worst McDonald's of the chain. Friday, December 12, 2025, I'd like to order ice cream, but it's not available... As much as... Saturday, December 13, 2025, 9:50 AM, takeout only, no table service, I can't get my sandwich even though it's listed on the computer. Obviously, the current offers don't work. Long wait times. I definitely won't be going back.

I ordered breakfast to go, but they delivered everything separately, without a bag. I also had to get the cup holder myself, even though I specified that the order was to go and therefore had to be put together in a bag. Furthermore, there are a lot of people in the morning, and you have to wait in line twice because there's no staff to help bring the orders to the tables. A little more organization and customer service would definitely make the experience better. WHY DON'T YOU OFFER TABLE SERVICE FOR BREAKFAST TOO????????????

At the McDrill, they never get your order right: sandwiches, desserts, and sauces are missing. Not to mention the sandwich preparation, which always seems to have been thrown out of the box. The fries are dry and have very few ingredients, and you order them without cutlery. And they often don't write down everything you asked for when you order. This has been going on for at least 2-3 years. It's better to go to Casale.
